wrongfully detain him well not wrongfully detain him because apparently he jaywalk which is just a ticket but it seems like these officers kind of had like a personal thing with this dude because they video I called out to the suspect stating hey man come here for a second the suspect continue to walk southbound for three strips while looking over his shoulder at us I called again for the suspect to come here while cardinus yelled Police Stopped the suspect stopped and took a bladed stance with his right side towards us and his hands in his pocket uh the suspect began to walk forward again I ordered him to stop due to his suspect's prior Behavior indicating that he may have a weapon is non compliance with our commands and targeting gays I feared that he may produce a weapon and attempt to you saw him cross the street you said twice so he cross he crossed the street once from the corner of the northwest corner of bledo and fge in the crosswalk on the CR that one was fine he walked down in front of Co wetzels and he crossed diagonally across the street without coming to the next crosswalk that was down here but he wasn't at the end he walked like a few squares and then crossed yeah he was like halfway and then cut across he was at the corner of this intersection he was he cut in between cars making us I mean we didn't know who he was he got a mask on we didn't know if he was looking at cars or what so then that was another reason talk gotcha so basically it was theer of movements towards the waistband The Mask all that stuff that is consistent with either burglaries or we have had shootings down here yes and that's what made you initially want to make contact with them but he jaywalked which gave you reason to go talk to him and and that's where the evading evading evading came in play I'm good with all that sounds good to me cool all right um like how this is just so funny for this officer too all right take him to jail like bro like that that's that's
