Venable the officer was able to identify Kara through previous contacts and was aware she had pending charges of a party to a crime delivery of methamphetamine what did I even tell you guys without seeing this [ __ ] video I think an officer had a question oh my God there's tint of course why am I surprised of course there's a [ __ ] Tent City in Lacrosse little Los Angeles but more meth I'm not entirely sure but can you hang tight the front of my car for me uh oh yeah I'm not gonna go anywhere that's fine I'll let you through my tent city if you answer me right along Robert while they were enroute Cara was getting impatient and called for a boyfriend 23 year old Dakota Gillette Dakota arrived on a bicycle and insisted that care should be free to go oh hell yeah does Dakota live in the tent with her Dakota hobo at law is here I'm about to I'm about to get real upset here okay well we got an email there we got an email that investigators had some stuff they needed to talk to her about I love how every single person that the Lacrosse Wisconsin police run into they already know them they know their family like Kara come on for sake we know you stole batteries from Dollar General to make meth in your tent come on all right the code is about to get real upset after the officer confirmed the pending charges an advice she was under arrest Cara immediately started to back away and shout all right so she was detained now she's officially under arrest if you guys did no there's a [ __ ] difference between that foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] Dakota started escalating the situation A Crowd began to gather around them oh my God it's a posse of hobos he ignored their commands when they told him not to get involved the officer then decentralized Dakota onto his back and advised he was now under arrest oh I love that term decentralized him onto his back that's like well then the suspect head-butted my fist 15 times injuring my Knuckles decentralized him that's a term I haven't heard in a very long time oh my God what the [ __ ] it's just embodies Lacrosse Wisconsin right here turn your head sideways this is exactly what their sister saw growing up the crowd became verbally hostile and continued to come closer to them okay so like I've been in situations like this before where crowd starts Gathering it's really awesome how uh pepper spray works very good when you just do a nice big fog of pepper spray people don't want to hang out when you do that hobo Posse is here to unaress Dakota and Cara we got people at the table we could use a couple more dispatch we got a gang of hobos dispatch I've been in this area for too long I'm afraid my father might [ __ ] off and go buy cigarettes never come back like there's Dead Island grievance right now from the ground yes I can yeah baby no I don't that's bro you just got decentralized you need to calm down what's going down hey I'm just talking with him no we're sitting up hey you know what my least favorite part of of interesting people like this because they're always on the ground lifting them up you have to get underneath their armpits and then your hand smells like onions and unwashed body odor I can smell this kid right now when I see you on the outs I never forget a face he's not an attorney anymore come back the code is a gangster the master still you're not putting hands on me I want a female officero all I'm searching is well give me a female officer crust us Cara none of us want to [ __ ] touch you either you have the right to like not smoke [ __ ] meth you look like you work at Waffle House okay so the female officer thing we can do a little bit of educational stuff here there are some departments I don't know which ones were departmental policy says like if you're actually going to search female yeah call a female officer out you have to most departments though it's like if there's a female officer available do it anyways just so they can't say you tried to touch their teeth or something obviously there's no female officers around and so they're like no we're gonna pat you down make sure you don't have a gun or a knife and then you're going in the car because you're just causing a scene which it's not against the law there's no law saying that a female officer has to search a female suspect did someone say Hospital bracelet does she have a hospital bracelet on of course she does of course she does God good eye oh my god dude all the [ __ ] hobo attorneys are coming out of the woodwork now we got the the cook at Waffle House coming over and he's like that is a law you can't have female where did all these attorneys come from don't touch me okay okay everyone else is trying to get it you don't know what you're talking about shut up I like you I'm gonna Sue this car with my feet you're gonna get big story you don't even know what you're doing a charge right there I don't know no cops heard it it's on video but it's like you know threats you feel my hand all right I'm definitely holding my lawsuits my hands no they blurred it they beat it it's fine you can open up a hundred lawsuits you're not losing it at least yo this man is dropping in bombs with hard R's I love this cop though he's like okay open up a hundred lawsuits he took one two three two throw cars you're already in the car dude that's two gamer words so far for real [Music] words you got an Inward and f word and hard word he said all three gamer words within the span of like 60 seconds I'm requesting the CI number good for you here if you don't have for me of it there's another awesome add it to the list because I'm not giving out you know what you're talking about I'm not a drug investigator what's up oh Joe was charged with felony battery threat to an officer and misdemeanor counts of resisting disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia the thousand dollars all right so what did he get we got probably felony assault on an officer because he grabbed the officer around his throat probably obstruction because he was trying to keep her from getting arrested I don't know let's see Dakota was charged with felony battery threat to an officer and misdemeanor counts of resisting times two and bail jump times three he was released on a 500 signature Bond I think just though oh they see they just keep giving them another chance and another chance another chance foreign
