And also, since this video was a little bit shorter, I'm going to play another video from the Columbia, South Carolina Police Department where you had this police officer stop this guy saying that he couldn't be at a park between 2:00 hours and that he could come back. And this video is from the Columbia Police Department, South Carolina where you had this Columbia police officer telling this guy that he couldn't be in this park for a certain amount of time. And he just proved how this officer really wasn't making any sense. What children say, that's why I'm here. And we're going to enforce it. You got to call that I'll them being safe. >> I didn't say that. What the children say, that's why I'm here. And we're going to enforce it. You got to call that I'll them being safe. >> I didn't say that. I didn't say that. You said that. You said y'all. Yeah, you said you got to call that we were being unsafe for the children. We just got here. I didn't specify I didn't specify no specific name on nobody, right? >> Oh, okay. Well, my My apologies for that, but >> Thank you. Okay. But why is general public allowed in the park, but I'm not? I've seen them a lot. Well, you told me I'm not allowed to come back till 4:00. >> You have 2:30 and 4:00. I have no I've seen them a lot in the park. Why? Other people are. I got a re-instruct from my superior and I'm telling you you ain't coming in this park between 2:30 and 4:00. Okay, yeah. I mean, I We have a complaint. We got a complaint, okay? Okay. I mean, All right. So anytime after 4:30, you can come in, but not right now. Not while you got parents and kids inside. All right. All right. No, I'm No, I'm just asking is it open to the public? Not between 2:30 and 4:00. So it's a private park? I don't have to explain anything to you, sir. No, I mean, I want to I want to go >> you have a complaint? Go down to the police department. I mean, I don't care what you have. If it's open to the public, then I'm allowed to be there. Period. Yeah, I'd like your superior down here. Yeah, this needs to know. Go down to the Go down to the police department. You got a complaint? Yeah, I I want your superior here today. Like right now. I want your superior on scene. Please and thank you, sir. That's one thing about them officers, man. They be stalling when it comes to getting their supervisors. Get into the park. You know what I'm saying? I'm going to follow your rules, but I want it explained to me why I can't enter that park, though. We've been a lot of issues involving inside the park. I mean, that's I mean, that's that's not my business. Not saying that you was part of the problem. Well, Everybody else make it different. Well, why am I being singled out? Why Why is Why are these people allowed to be in the park and I'm not, then? If the complaint's not on me. Who's the complaint on? I don't know. Well, why are you telling me that I can't if it's open to the public? Go inside the park, sir. Well, no. I'm going to follow your instructions and not enter cuz I mean, it looks like You know, I would just like your superior to here to explain to me why I can't. Why? You have a duty? What's What's your name and badge number, sir? My name is Officer Dingle. All right, what depart >> D I N G L E D I N G L E? Yeah. All right. Is this park open to the public? This is a public park. Then I'm the public. >> You are. Then why am I not allowed in there? Our job is to check I want I came here with food so that I can sit down and eat peacefully. I mean, is Is that okay? Are you going to arrest me if I do? I mean, I don't want to I'm not going to arrest you. Go inside the park. Mr. Dingle, exactly what time Okay. Yeah, but I don't have to Time to have 4:00, man. Go inside the park, man. Well, I mean, I'm not going to create a problem with you, all right? Okay. All right, cool. Cool. Cool. I just didn't know if that was a trap or like, yeah, like I dare you to do something. No, man. Okay. Okay. Rest of the 4:00 to 3:00 years, no. Okay, I got you. I got you. So I'm just going to sit down and enjoy my meal, bud. Thank you. Thank you, man. I know y'all Your job is tough, especially now. My guess is he didn't want to call that supervisor, so he just told him he could go on in. But even from the first video where you had this New York cop telling this guy that it's suspicious of that it's suspicious to drive around a parking lot, I never heard that before. I told you already I saw some suspicious activity. I saw You saw some suspicious activity. Go ahead. Suspicious activity, driving through the parking lot, not a client there. But as soon as he started questioning this officer, this is officer start pulling his hand out. He was hungry for that ID. I'm not I'm just asking you a question. That's all. That's So you never asked me and it's And basically, it's none of your damn business if I'm a client there or not. Or if I live if I'm there or not. And then you're having this officer manipulate the situation saying, "Oh, well, you know, I'll give you your ID back, but you know, if we're going to wait for my supervisor, I got to hold on to it." >> Give me my Give my license, please. Give my license. Time out what? >> want this to continue, it's a lawful traffic stop. I'm waiting for the sergeant. I have to hold on to this to give to him. But then you have officers like this Columbia officer telling this guy that he could go in the park. I guess he just like completely forgot what he said. He said, "Oh, you know what? You could go in." 2:30 and 4:00. So, it's a private park? I don't have to spend anything in your shop. No, I mean, I want to I want to go Go inside the park, sir. Well, now, I'm going to follow your instructions and not enter cuz, I mean, it looks like, you know, I would just like your superior here to explain to me why I can't. Why? You have a duty. What's What's your name and badge number, sir? This officer went from you can't get into the park, but when he asked for that supervisor, he wanted to switch it to, "Oh, well, you know, never mind. Yeah, you could go on in." But, that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. How you feel about this New York cop for pulling this guy over all because he said it suspicious to drive through a parking lot. And when he was trying to tell this officer like that literally makes no sense. You having this officer not even trying to hear. He just wanted that ID. And you have him manipulate situation saying, "Oh, well, you know, if we're going to wait for my supervisor, I'm going to keep your ID." And it just goes to show, man, this officer wasn't doing nothing but just feeling it for this guy's ID the entire time. And then you having this Columbia officer who, I guess, who just had Alzheimer's or something. I guess he just forgot what happened because he's telling this guy that he can't go in the park for 2 hours. And then when he asked for that supervisor, he must have remembered real quick. He said, "Oh, you know what? Uh he does have rights. Yeah, you could you could go in the park. It's public. Yeah, go on. Go on." It just goes to show what these officers just be picking and choosing what they want to enforce. They just be making up their own laws. But, that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
