There's a throttle right there. >> No, it's not. That's not a throttle. That just changes gears. >> Design speed of no more no more than 25. >> Gas. >> If it's gas. If it's gas. >> It doesn't say if. >> Okay, so what what do I do from here on out? Okay. >> You have to walk it the rest of the way. >> Okay, so what is there a bike lane? I need help understanding this. >> Bicycle a pedal bicycle, right? >> Mhm. >> You're allowed to ride a pedal bicycle. >> But that's what? I can turn my motor off and I can ride it like a bike. >> RIDE IT LIKE A BICYCLE. >> NO, SO HOW ARE Y'ALL ABLE to determine how I'm riding? >> If you ride it 20 miles an hour your feet are not >> So you mean to tell me my feet always moving on that. >> don't know that. I don't know that. >> And you seen them moving. >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. >> I invoke my fifth amendment rights. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving live. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually a traffic stop. >> Answer this door or we're going to kick the door open. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Please. >> Thanks for paying your taxes. >> Let me see your ID. >> Do I have it? >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the road. >> Let's unviolate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB case back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video it's from Lower Chichester over there in Pennsylvania where you have this Lower Chichester police officer stop this guy because he was on his bicycle. This guy's bicycle is electric powered but he can use his pedals, too. And you having these officers stop him and saying, "Hey man, you can't use this bike right here though you have a motor." Oh, well, you know, it's electric, too. You know, you're breaking the law. But if you have a pedal bicycle, you can use it. And this guy was telling them, "Well, my bike does have pedals on it." But yes, it is electric. I can use either or. And these officers didn't even know what he was using. And even though they can handle some real crime, they just can't help themselves for harassing people that's riding on bikes. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get it to the video. >> The the the girl's selling a red scooter. >> That's completely different. >> Okay. >> And then it's got then it's got the blind on it. >> I don't know why the hell you would ride these on the street. I have no idea. >> But then you have the bikes and then the bikes. >> Uh-huh. >> All right. You are a motorized pedicycle. >> Okay. No more than 25 miles an hour. That goes 20. I just told y'all that. That goes 20. It don't go 25. >> Right. >> So, I don't understand what the issue is. >> for no more than 25. No more than 25 means it can't go 30. >> Okay. That goes 20. >> If it was 30, it would completely go into a different a different category. >> Uh uh It would bump you up maybe to this category. >> gas. >> It's not. It's >> I I I >> Can you do you have a throttle? There's a throttle >> No, it's not. >> Twisted. >> That's not a throttle. That just changes gears. >> Hold up. >> It's It's not a throttle. I'm not trying to be smart, but I just don't understand this, man. >> This is you. So, everything that falls under this category falls under you. >> Has operable pedals. Design speed of no more >> No more than 25, right? It means it doesn't go past 25. >> Gas. Gas. >> If it's gas If it's gas >> If It doesn't say if. It says gas. >> electric powered by any battery. If it's gas, it has to have one 1.5 horsepowers. >> Okay. So, what do you need >> What do y'all need from me, man? >> And right now Don't do it again. I guess it's basically what I'm doing. >> am I supposed to ride? >> Nothing. >> You can't. >> They're not allowed to have >> You can't. >> So, what is there a bike lane? I need help understanding this. >> Sir, listen to what I'm saying. A bicycle a pedal bicycle, right? >> Mhm. >> You're allowed to ride a pedal bicycle pedal bicycle pedal bicycle >> Mhm. >> with the lane of traffic. >> Mhm. >> So, this if you're going this way >> Mhm. >> on this side of the street >> Mhm. >> If you're going that way, you're on that side of the >> Mhm. >> [clears throat] >> You're not allowed to have electric assisted >> Okay. >> transportation in in our township. >> Okay. >> Well, pretty much in any I mean, it's kind of well, it's pretty much anything. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> No, I'll take it. I'll take it. What do you guys want from me? Cuz I promise you Officer Fleischer >> Yeah, that's me. I don't I don't have an outside vest contact. >> I will go Monday morning. I'm going to go right to the judge. >> Okay. >> And I'm going to show him this because this don't It It don't make sense. >> All right. Well, I mean I mean the judge is not going to come help you, but you're more than welcome to. Yes. >> I'm just telling you what I'm going to do. So, what do you guys need from me? >> said you're from Chester, right? >> It's just It's just It's just a It's >> I live in Trainer. >> The only thing we want from you now is awareness. That's it. >> Okay. So, what What do I do from here on out? Just tell me how I'm supposed to do this. >> I mean >> Because how are y'all Wait a minute. Wait a minute. >> In theory, in theory, you should ride this away. You have to walk it the rest of the way. >> Okay. In theory, but guess what? I can turn my motor off and I can ride it like a bike. YOU RIDE LIKE A WAIT. WAIT. WAIT. SO, HOW are y'all able to determine how I'm riding it? >> Because if you roll at 20 mph, your feet >> So, you mean to tell me My feet always moving on that. >> I don't know that. I don't know that. >> And you seen them moving. Hold on. Come on. You I've never gotten stopped for this. >> You You rode past the girls, right? >> Be lucky. >> He never got stopped for this. That should just tell you that they got nothing better to do. >> But you're only The only reason why you're stopping me is because of what I said. And I heard your response. I heard you. >> Well, that was That was probably >> That was not me. >> That was probably you. >> probably you. It's cool. >> Yeah. But that's fine. >> It's cool. >> That's fine. >> It's cool. Read that. I will. I will. >> You got to pedal it. You got to pedal it and you got to be >> I'm pedaling. I'm pedaling the whole time. >> That side. If you're going this way >> I I don't like that because somebody can hit me. >> That's how That's how it works. That's the law. I stop everyone one time. >> Okay. So, since we're doing that, can y'all start making sure that these tires are cuz you This is a brand new tire. Do you Look. Brand new. Do you know why they're brand new? Because I I flats riding right here. >> Yeah, well, they get flats in the middle of the road as well. >> I don't never get a flat when I ride in the middle. And how are you determining if I'm making a left or right? Because I'm in the middle. You don't know if I'm going that way. Uh if I'm riding this way, coming up here, and I get in the middle lane, and you stop me, how do you know I'm not making a left in that street? No, I'm just hypothetically speaking here. >> Oh, well well they they have to wait to see what happens. They have to wait to see what happens. >> Okay. But I'm just trying to say, why did you stop me? >> Because I stop everyone I don't know. Once, second time, it's ticket and your bike is being taken. Those girls Those girls she's get they're getting citations in the mail. The girls that you stop and talk to, they're getting citations in the mail cuz that's the third time that I've talked to them, right? So if I see you again, I'm going to stop you again if you're not just pedaling. >> Okay. So what do you >> feet If your feet are going and you're just >> My feet are always going. >> I am Listen to >> Because that's the only way my bike will go. >> Listen listen listen to >> Yes, sir. >> If I see you traveling down and your feet aren't moving, you're going to get stopped again. Every electric bike Every motorized vehicle in town gets stopped by me at least. >> Well, y'all need to tell Walmart to stop selling them. Tell every You can't. So that don't make sense. How does it make sense, uh officer? I mean, let's be real. Let's be real. >> But but here's the thing. >> How can I If I go buy a bike, you can sell them, and I come and buy a bike from you. >> There's tons of stuff that's for sale that people really can't have. Well, you can't use that You can't use that excuse. Walmart uses it. Walmart doesn't have have everything >> Okay, give me an example of what you're talking about. >> Well, I mean, I'll give you alcohol for one. >> alcohol. >> You can buy alcohol, but that doesn't mean that that that you know, everybody should be buying it. >> You need a license to buy alcohol. >> Correct. >> Okay. I don't need a license to buy that from Walmart. >> it, you do. >> It's a thin line. >> Head on and stay on the right side. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. One more time, if you're going that way >> I I I I heard him. I heard him. I I heard him. I heard him. I heard him. I I understand. Okay, that that I would have accepted because another officer told me it didn't matter as long as I was in the bike lane. No, I said another officer. No. All right. All right. All right. Thank you, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. They're having to protect people from the dangerous electric bikes. And then you having this officer saying, "Oh, you know, you can use a pedal bicycle." Well, this bicycle has pedals on it. I guess he's basically doing So, where am I supposed to ride? So, what is there a bike lane? I need help understanding this. So, how are y'all able to determine how I'm riding it? So, you mean to tell me my feet always moving on that. And you seen them moving. As long as you using your pedals, you're okay. Just don't use that dangerous electric system. And when he said, "How do y'all determine I'm riding this road? How you don't know I'm finna make a turn?" And they just got quiet for some reason. And how are you determining if I'm making a left or right? Because I'm in the middle. You don't know if I'm going that way. No, I'm just hypothetically speaking here. >> Well, well, they they didn't have to wait to see what happened. >> They had to wait to see what happened. >> They had that long pause because they didn't wait themselves. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about these Lower Chichester police officers for pulling this guy over because of his electric bike? You having them saying, "Well, you can't use this bike. It's electric or motor powered. But if you know you use your pedals, you're okay." And they don't even know if he was using his pedals or not. They just saw this electric bike and they said, "Oh, yeah, let's get him." Because clearly they have nothing better to do. And when this guy was telling them, "How do y'all know I wasn't finna make a turn or anything?" They They got quiet because they really didn't know. They're over here harassing people on bikes when they could go deal with stuff that's way more important. You have in this office to say, "I just gave those girls that had bikes a whole bunch of tickets." And it just goes to show they really do love harassing people that's on bikes because it's the easiest thing they could do. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
