And in today's video is from the Canadua Police Department over there in New York where you had this Canadu police officer, Officer Alvarado, pull up on this father and his son that were playing Pokemon Go. You will see what this police officer thought it was suspicious for a guy to be hanging out with his son. And you will also notice that this gentleman right here, he does have autism. And you having this officer, I guess not to be trained with people that have autism. He over here trying to question this guy, wanted his ID, searching through his stuff, suspecting him of being on drugs on top of that. And you will see that he even goes up to his son too to ask him a few questions. And it just goes to show that man, some of these officers, they really need to get better training because this could have turned into a situation that got really ugly. If this guy decided not to give this officer anything at all, I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. Guys, what's happening today? >> Pokemon Go. >> Oh, all right. What are you finding? No, I'm just hopping out. What are you guys looking for? >> No. Is there anything good in the area? >> Uh, it's actually a go wild area event. So, this shiny booth, new Pokémon, stuff like that. >> Okay, nice. How are you guys related? Uh, >> my dad. >> Oh, nice. All right, man. You want to come talk to me over by my car? What's going on? >> Right over here. >> Well, I drive by your pants or what? >> Oh, did not know that. My bad. I'll go change. >> Yeah. What's going on? >> I just said to use the bathroom. Nothing Nothing major, though. >> Okay. You got an ID on you? >> Sometimes I dribble. There you go. >> That looks like a lot more than a dribble. I don't want your owl card. >> Ow. >> So, what are you guys doing? >> We're playing Pokemon Go. Like we said, >> we just went up and used the bathroom. And >> who did? >> Me and him. >> Okay. So, how did you use the bathroom? And now your pants are wet. >> Like I said, I dribbled. I'm being 100% truthful with you. I like to be control of my body. >> Okay. So, >> I will get changed. The pants are way too wet for just a little dribble to be honest with you. So, do you want to be honest with me? Did you Were you boozing earlier? >> Are you serious right now? >> I'm very serious because a grown man with wet pants that I mean he's got to be on something. >> You want to breathalyze me? You can. >> Well, I'm telling you, >> you're rocking you're rocking back and forth. What do you got? What do you got on your pants there? On your knees. >> Dirt. Whatever it is. Food. I don't I don't know what I don't know what you're looking for me to say. It's piss. I'm telling you. >> Well, obviously it's best. What I'm trying to figure out if you're walking around with your son and you got your wet pants on and you're playing Pokémon Go when another grown man's trying to talk to you. >> What do you want me to tell you? >> Basically, this officer is saying that it's suspicious for a grown man to play Pokémon Go. I know plenty of people. Hell, even my own uncle plays Pokémon Go. >> And you're playing Pokémon Go when another grown man's trying to talk to you. >> What do you want me to tell you? I don't know what you're looking for here. I'm not trying to I didn't I don't drink. I don't do drugs. >> Okay. I'm telling you. >> How long have you been sober? >> I haven't drank a day in my life, dude. That's what I'm trying to tell you. I can go change if you want me to. >> Okay. Have you ever used drugs? >> No. >> Okay. How long have you been sober? >> My whole life. I have not drank. I had one drink when I was 21. I didn't like it. >> Okay. Do you smoke? >> No. >> Okay. Not even cigarettes? >> I used to smoke cigarettes. I don't smoke anymore. >> Okay. >> Can I go change so we can continue what we were doing? >> Do you feel like you're in an okay state to care for your son? >> Yes, I'm perfectly fine. I'm I'm really confused why you're questioning me like this. >> You uh I'll I'll go through it again. I drive by. >> Mhm. >> I see your pants are wet. You're walking around with a little boy. I want to make sure that everything's okay. That's what I'm doing. >> Everything is fine. >> Okay. Do you have any warrants or anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. Candidate 8262. >> Can you start me and assist the citizen at Camelot in Buffalo? I got an ID when you're ready. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. >> Copy. >> And no alcohol or anything in the bag? >> No. >> Okay. Would you open the bag? >> Yeah. Here. I'll put that down there. >> So, have you guys been around town all day? >> Yes. We stopped because we went to Free Clothing. And >> where'd you go? >> Free Clothing. Jordan Clinic. You know where that is? >> Uh-uh. >> It's the old Thompson Hospital. >> Oh, down by the City Pier. >> No, library. >> Oh, >> the library area there. Got this. This. This. >> Okay. Peroxide for medical and water. This What's in this here? >> This? >> Yep. >> Pokemon Go Plus+ here. >> Does that open up? >> Does this open up? Yeah. >> No. What is it? Like a charger or something? >> It's an auto catcher. You can hook it up and it can throw Pokeball by itself. >> Okay. All right. >> What's in the side pocket? Front pocket. >> This um microphone. Another showing driver ID only. >> Anything in the boxes or no? >> Microphone. and ring light. Okay. And what's in these front pockets? Handy Neo pin fan box and chargers. >> What's the little square there? Charger. >> Night safe. >> Charger. >> Okay. All right. All right, I'm going to talk to your son and then I'll let you go. What's up, buddy? So, I noticed that hands were wet, so that's why I was talking to him. Has he been acting weird or has he No, he's been all right. >> Yeah. >> All right. What do you guys been doing? You guys been doing Pokémon Go all How long you been doing that? >> About like 10:00. >> Okay. All right. Sweet, man. You getting ready for Thanksgiving? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You excited? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. All right. What's on the Christmas list? >> Nothing really. Nothing really. >> Yeah. >> All right. Well, good deal. Yeah. I just wanted to stop and check. You're all good to go. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right, man. How old are you? >> 10. >> 10. All right. So, what grade are you in? Fifth grade. >> Uh, yeah. I'm almost 11. >> Nice. When's the birthday? >> December 23rd. >> What is it? >> December 23rd. >> Oh, so right before Christmas. Like a double whammy. >> Yeah. >> All right. Well, you guys have fun, right? >> And you got your own phone, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. If you need us, just call us. Okay. Okay. >> Have a good day, man. All right. >> All right. Thanks. >> Can't even play Pokémon Go with your own kid without officers thinking you're being suspicious because from the beginning you haven't officer Alvarado accuse this guy of being on some drugs. >> Any drugs or alcohol today? >> No. Changed. >> The pants are way too wet for just a little dribble to be honest. So, do you want to be honest with me? Were you boozing earlier? >> Are you serious right now? Then you have in this office that think it's suspicious to play Pokémon Go. >> Trying to figure out as you're walking around with your son and you got your wet pants on and you're playing Pokémon Go when another grown man's trying to talk to you. >> What do you want me to tell you? I don't know what you're looking for here. >> Oh man, a grown man playing Pokémon Go. He must be on some drugs. And then you having this officer going through his bag. >> This What's in this here? >> This? >> Yep. >> Pokemon Go Plus Plus. >> And this officer knows he has no business going through this guy's stuff and trying to see what's in his bag. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this Canadwell police officer for approaching this guy all because he was just chilling with his son playing Pokemon Go. Having this officer accuse him of being on drugs, saying, "Hey man, when was the last time you used drugs? Hey man, you sure not on nothing?" "Hey man, why is your pants wet? You know, you have to be on something." And then he even tries to use excuse of playing Pokémon Go as him thinking, "Oh yeah, you got to be on something." Like I said, I know plenty of people that play Pokémon Go that's older than me. Even my own uncle plays that game. There's nothing suspicious about that. And then on top of that, you having that officer even go up to his own son and asking him questions when he has no right to go up to his kid at all without a parent being present. And it just crazy because this officer couldn't even consider the fact that this guy has autism. Like, he didn't even think of that at all. Like I said, this officer definitely needs a little bit more training because if this guy would have used his rights to not let this officer get his ID or search him, I do believe that this interaction would have got ugly and this kid would have got traumatized by this police officer for what he was about to do to his dad. all because he think it's suspicious for a grown man to play Pokémon Go. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] [music]
