And today's video is from the Mesa Police Department over there in Arizona, where you have these Mesa police officers harassing this guy numerous times. He walked across the street when allegedly he crossed it illegally, but yet there was somebody next to him doing the same infraction, but these officers tend to go to him first and they just leave the other person alone. And their excuse for that is, "Well, you know, your prior history." And that's just another thing. These officers really don't be believing that people could change their lives and do better for themselves just because they made a mistake or two.
