couldn't find her we couldn't identify her how you doing sir good good I'm the one that took your initial report yeah I know I remember you okay yeah so you made your initial report I'm just going through it so you understand where we are yes you made your initial report and at that time we couldn't find her we couldn't identify her later the next day um she gave her version of the story to another deputy and she described the encounter similar to what you described except she said that you approached her she didn't know who you were and she was threatened you know a a strange man that she doesn't know you know like getting that close to her she didn't know who you were did you see did you see that in the video sir your video is just one element of what we include in our investigation okay I don't man I don't know what he saw I don't know what he saw to even say that because you could clearly see in the video oh [ __ ] you could clearly see in the video this guy was literally just recording whenever that lady was arguing how you feel about yourself with this other lady not dressed like they were just going back and forth and then he and then this officer talking about he don't know what could have been edited bro I don't get how could you edit that you literally see her coming up to this guy and he and he's talking about like approached her look uhoh I don't know what the offic to tell about he approach okay I don't I don't know what editing went on with that there's no editing the sir sir I'm just telling you that we don't you know like gu that she gave her opinion okay you told me what happened you didn't have any Mark or scratch on you that doesn't matter it's Sur relevant okay sir your video was your video no no your I'm trying to tell you I've and her continuing on with the threat you can see it I don't know what video you saw but you can see it I'm I'm telling you can hear that you cannot see her make any contact with you you know that's not true that is true cuz why would I have to move to get my phone out of the way if she didn't make any contact okay you understand what I'm saying do you understand what I'm saying no no no this is a conversation but the thing is that there's an injustice here no no no but there's just an injustice if if the coin was flipped what would happen sir you guys were ready to take me down that day if I didn't have a video so to as in real life what would you do if the coin was flipped if if she called and said that a man did this 12 appreciate that so who I called in the first place cuz I've called you three times respond to HQ at the roundabout references call all right I just wanted to get an explanation of why this is happening and why nothing's being pressed on the matter with the report with this lady so I just just watched apparently she went to another District so we know who she is now so we'll just F charge on [Applause] it all right um but with all the question so that's what it is we didn't know who she was no you guys didn't know last week though we knew it I think we didn't have all our 14 we just had on the 20th cuz I have the date there when you guys had her number her address on the 20th is when you guys had it I was out of town it's July 5th now you getting a good shot of me yeah yeah we're going to file charge before you now [Applause] so what charges are being filed just simple battery so you guys didn't see anything else in that video other than simple battery what do you want well there's attempted robbery she's tried to take my phone out of my hand so if she succeeded she would have broken it the phone is worth over $1,000 yeah we're doing what doing simple battery for you okay all right all right what else doing simple battery simple battery so what do I do that's a misdemeanor right you don't need to do anything we'll follow the charger say the turn to reach out to you okay cool you got 14 right yes is in the report yep okay we got her 14 hour I guess she went out to another district and follow report so now we got everything all right cool good to go yep all right thank you hey Mr Russell how come you couldn't do that sir all right thanks thanks and that's the end of that video bro my take on that this office he didn't know what he was talking about he was just yapping at that point talking about oh it could have been edited it could have been this like bro there's nothing you can edit about that video that is raw footage there's no skips or anything so for that guy to say that oh we don't know knowing Dam well if it was him man they would have got the security cameras at the grocery store they would have asked Witnesses they would have they would have did everything if like he said the coin was flipped but shout out to the supervisor that came and basically let them know that they are press the charges against that lady you know she will be um get a charges you know put against her for battery so that's good for him and shout out to that dude because you know a lot of cases you know they don't get charged or anything they just walk away that's what she thought and she thought she was slick going to another Police Department making a report too like I feel like in her head bro like she was trying everything in her power to like sneez and just maneuver her way out of getting like charged but this guy he fought
