basically this officer pulled up and he asked this guy what he was doing and how he was doing didn't have his Li on so he he didn't even really initiate a stop and then all of a sudden he said well you're detained now and give me your license and go sit on the ground basically just started giving demands out like this guy's a damn dog or something so so I'm going watch you get my reaction let me notice like the entire time like that he stopped this dude his lights for his uh patrol car were never on here his lights were never on so that he never really even initiated a stop he cuz his first claim was he wanted to come and check on the guy and ask him questions and have a conversation with him then he wants to switch it to oh well this is a stop but his lights were never on he never initiated anything so that's why I really do feel like this officer was just being petty and he got in his feelings because this guy just didn't want to have a conversation with him and which you're you know in all cases you don't have to talk to the cops you don't have to have a conversation with them they just want to be nosy and kind of know what you got going on that's that's really what they want at the end of the day and when you don't give it to them they give you petty tickets like how this officer gave him that ticket he's telling him well if you don't sign I'm going to take you to jail because you know you've been to jail before and that was like another weird thing too that he was like mentioning like this guy's like past convictions like from 2001 to 2005 or 2002 it's like simp fact is like bro why you even bringing up old stuff that happened like years ago you know over like a simple Petty whatever he's even trying to claim he's stopping this guy for which me personally that's why I said it's always good to get a dash cam that records a front and back because you just get officers where they just lie about anything just to get your ID just to say well you did this give me your ID now you go go to jail and then try to tell him to go sit down like if he's a dog or something I I'm don't have to sit down okay yes you do I'm asking you nicely please sit
