City ordinance 25-52, subsection 5, means you have to hold any signs for arguing anything that you have to, okay? I've already been charged under that and charge against me was dropped. You need to hold those two that are behind you, all right? No. Well, I'm letting you know now you need to hold them. If not, then we're allowed to take them inside. You might have the chair set up out here for the city ordinance, all right? >> What about Americans with disabilities? Somebody can't sit in a chair? >> Let's go ahead and remove the chair, okay? You need to stand up and hold your signs, all right? >> [music] >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang back again with another video and another reaction. How are y'all doing today? And in today's video is from the Charleston Police Department over there in South Carolina, where you had this Charleston police officer come up to these two people telling them that they had to stand up and hold their signs. You will see where these two people were just minding their own business, having a peaceful protest, you having this officer come up to them saying, "Oh, yeah, sorry, uh you need to hold your sign. You can't have it leaning against the chair." I ain't never heard nothing like that before. And you having these cops come up to them saying, "Yeah, man, you going to have to stand up for this. You can't even sit in your chair." And it just goes to show that these officers really do be bored and really got nothing better to do. I'm going to watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> 25-52, subsection 5, means you have to hold any signs for arguing anything that you have to, okay? I think you're misinterpreting the law. I've already been charged under that and my charge against me was dropped. You need to hold those two that are behind you, all right? No, it's not all right. Okay. Well, I'm letting you know now you need to hold them. If not, then we're allowed to take them inside. That's not what the law says. Yeah, he was charged with that and all those charges were just dismissed. So, that is the That is not >> case, I had nine charges. And they were posted all over the place. Yeah. So. So. You're trying to make an example of her. What's your name? I'm Officer Smart. Smart, okay. And what's your badge number? My badge number is 101. Okay. And who dispatched you? Our dispatch? I don't know who dispatched me. Okay. Did you get that? That is not a valid law. Yeah. We already litigated that and all those charges were dismissed against him. You're going to charge me under under that law? >> I'm not charging you. I'm just asking you to hold them. No. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you I'm not going to going to do it unless you can show me a law which says I have to do it. Okay. I'll send you the Okay. And it was dismissed. It was thrown out. That law. That law doesn't say anything like what you're making it say. And you're not enforcing it anywhere. Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. Thank you. >> my supervisor to come out here and tell you? I don't want to see you folks at all. >> Yeah, we just want to stand here and pray. This is police harassment. No, sir, it's not. I'm just asking you to hold them. I've been nice to you. No, he's not being nice to me. No, they You body body slammed. He's been arrested and cuffed and thrown in jail for something that was dismissed. No. No. Yeah, we're we're not Yeah, it's a history and a pattern of constant harassment the moment he comes out here. So, we're just going to document that. >> you're here, I want to tell you they are not checking for heart beats. Nobody's ever turned away and they are killing babies in violation of the law. Unfortunately, I don't do medicine. I don't do medicine. Yeah. I don't do medicine, sir. I'm just here to ask you to >> Okay. Your signs are very important, Dave, and dead babies are not. I'm okay with you having your signs. I'm just asking you No. That goes for anybody. Yeah, I don't have any signs, so. If I do it against the then there's something wrong with that, but if I'm holding it, it's okay. Now I'm okay. >> I didn't arrest you. >> But this is Yeah, that's not And it was thrown out. Yeah, it was thrown out. >> It was thrown out. It was thrown out. It was completely dismissed. >> If you have the law, we can discuss it, but you're wasting our time. This is police harassment. Yeah. He feels that way cuz he was body slammed and cuffed. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You're sorry, you're sorry. This is the most important thing the police have to do. Yeah, no, this is the most important thing the police have to do. Harass a a 70-something-year-old about a sign leaning against the chair. This is the most important thing the police have to do today. They got so much to do. You having a supervisor come out and help her with this problem. You have to stand up holding the signs, okay? Correct. It's a city ordinance. You know that as well, okay. Yes, sir. You know you charged me and the other person. Yep. And they were dismissed. They were dropped because that is a I'm telling you right now you cannot have the chair set up out here per the city ordinance, all right? What about Americans with disabilities? Somebody can't sit in a chair because they're they're too frail to stand? Are you filming me? >> Yes, I am. Of course I am. So, go ahead and remove the chair, okay? You have to stand up and hold your signs, all right? Yeah. And this is going right to his attorney. Yeah. It's worth getting arrested today than to deal with this attorney and this misapplication of the law. Why do you ignore the killing that's going on here? So, I'm going to leave. Okay. Do you mind terribly if I pulled my car over here so I could load it instead of carrying everything over here? I'm telling you We will we will afford you that opportunity to do that. Yes, sir. Get everybody's name. Yep. Joseph? Okay. And your name is Smart. And I can't see your name, sir. >> Stallings, yes, ma'am. Okay, thank you. Yes. And this definitely appears like harassment to me. I'm sorry. I'm Dave's prayer partner for 6 years and he's under constant state of harassment. And he has been out here for 6 years with a chair and with signs. And this is a new application. I'm a little No, no. Yeah, and it was dismissed and thrown out. It was dismissed and thrown out while he was body slammed on the ground. Okay, that's great. Uh No, you don't really enforce it. So, yeah, we're suing the city, just so you know. So, yeah, this is not It's harassment. It's a cause of action against David for exercising his constitutional rights and I'm an attorney and it's very clear to me that's that what that is. And I went to court with him and all of it was thrown out as absolute garbage. And so, this is the most important thing that four officers have to do is harass a 73-year-old man about sitting in a chair to try to stop babies from being murdered. This is the most important business of the Charleston Police Department. Is it really an incredible waste of taxpayers' money? Incredible waste. And it's harassment. So, my my cart is now considered My cart with gift bags for pregnant women is now equipment. So, nothing We may have nothing under any circumstances on the ground here while we're praying. Nothing. We've been doing this for 6 years, putting our bags with our Bibles and our other things on the ground. And now we can't And also, I have a broken leg. So, what I can carry is limited and I've been using this cart for 6 years. So, now it's equipment. Now it's equipment. So, I'm going to say that's harassment. That's harassment. It's It This all of a sudden became equipment when it was meaningless before. And I've been bringing it for 6 years. >> Okay. So, now it's equipment. Remove the equipment, can you please remove it? Yeah, I will remove it and we will add that to our lawsuit. Okay. Another prime definition of having nothing better to do. Cuz from the beginning, you having that first officer saying, "Hey, you going to have to hold your sign or you know, we can take it." >> hold those two that are behind you, all right? No, not all right. Okay. Well, I'm letting you know now you need to hold them. If not, then we're allowed to take them inside. Yeah, they're really protecting the streets by making people hold their signs. And she's really trying to enforce this code, but yet it already got thrown out when he got arrested the first time. >> going to going to do it unless you can show me a law which says I have to do it. All right, I see you later. Okay. And it was dismissed. It was thrown out. >> I don't care if it got thrown out. I'm telling you to do it now. You already know it shouldn't surprise you how the supervisor is going to be. I'm telling you right now you cannot have the chair set up out here per the city ordinance, all right? What about Americans with disabilities? Somebody can't sit in a chair? Remove the chair, okay? You have to stand up and hold your signs, all right? The fact they have four cops over a guy having a sign is just crazy. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about these Charleston police officers for approaching these two people over their damn signs. You having them just peacefully protesting and not bothering nobody really. You having this first officer saying, "Hey, you going to have to hold your sign. You can't just have it leaning against their chair." Even though that he already went to court for this and they got dismissed. She didn't even care. She said, "No, you got to hold it. Oh, you know, the code says you have to do this." And they're literally telling this officer, "It got thrown out that they're not doing it." You have her get a supervisor out there. The supervisor was no much better telling him, "Oh yeah, you can't have this chair. You going to have to get rid of the chair and hold your sign." And the fact that they needed four officers for that is just crazy. Like I'm pretty sure like I ain't been to South Carolina in a good minute, but I'm pretty sure there's way more things that they could deal with and go handle versus harassing a guy that's just holding a sign. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
