And in today's video from the Davy Police Department over there in Florida where this Davyy police officer pulled this guy over and hopes to get a confession out of him. You will see in this video, this guy calls his attorney off the attorney shield app and then this officer even stated that he doesn't need to talk to that person. He just want to talk to him because he was trying his hardest to get a confession on him for him to admit the traffic violation that he allegedly did. But you will see that he was not going to answer this officer's question and he would just only listen to his attorney and you already know when you get that attorney online, them officers do not like that at all. I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Attorney Shield, are you able to hear me? this for you. >> Okay. I don't need to talk to that person. I'm dealing with you. Either driver vehicle. >> I don't answer any questions. >> I didn't ask you a question. >> There you go. >> 48. >> Do you know the reason for the stop? >> Uh, I don't recall. >> You don't recall? All right. My name is Sergeant Murray, David Police Department. The reason why this I'm stopping you is you're doing 68 and a 45. Were you aware of that? I don't recall. No. >> What's that? >> I don't recall. >> You don't recall? Any issues with your driver's license, unpaid ticket suspensions, or anything like that? >> No, sir. >> What's that? >> No, sir. >> Okay. You still live in >> That's correct. >> Okay. The same type for a minute. Okay. >> Y >> I was using the um autopilot on the Tesla. >> Mhm. and uh it pulled out in front of him and he was speeding really really fast and I was like trying to like not go slow in front of somebody speeding that quick. So I like sped up to not get rear ended. >> Uhhuh. >> But like I wasn't going to tell on myself because obviously that's self. >> You're already one step ahead of me, right? So you did the right thing. You don't you have the [music] right the fifth amendment right to not have to answer any questions you don't want to answer. Um and as long as the cop is away like the back in his car, you and I have attorney client privilege. But the second the cop comes back to your window, anything you say can be used against you. So attorney client privilege doesn't exist anymore. Okay. >> Can you hear me? Okay. >> Yep. You're uh he came back to the one. Yep. >> Okay. >> I was talking to the attorney. >> Okay. No problem. >> That sounds like you did all the appreciation. Huh? >> I don't answer any questions. >> I didn't see you over there. >> Yeah. Were you trying to get my attention? >> No. >> Okay. I didn't I just saw you there. >> We're on FaceTime. >> Huh? >> We're on FaceTime. >> Oh, there's a attorney. >> Attorney? >> Why do you have an attorney on FaceTime? >> Uh, I don't answer any other questions. >> Say what? >> I don't answer any other questions. Okay. >> I'm just here to help answer any questions he may have. >> You talking to me? >> Yeah. >> What's going on? >> I was just explaining I'm only here to answer any questions that Mr. may have. >> Okay, cool. That's awesome. >> Can I ask what you got from BQ? >> Uh, I don't even recall this ball. The one that was blue. It >> looks good. It's fine. I get from DQ. >> Hey man, so I'm standing here while our officer takes care of what he's doing. Um I'm not going to ask you like any incriminating questions, but uh like what do you do, man? Just out of curiosity. It's like a nice car. I mean, you don't you don't have to answer it, but I was just like I'm just curious. In other words, I don't believe that you afford this lifestyle. So, let me know what you do and I hope what you're doing is illegal. >> What do you do, man? Just out of curiosity. It's like a nice car. You don't you don't have to answer, but I was just like I'm just curious on myself. >> I uh off 101 amazing conversation with you. I respect and appreciate what you do, but being is in the nature that's just in the meantime. >> Okay. Yeah, that's cool, man. >> You've been great. >> Yeah. I just wonder if you did like music or something like that. >> What? >> Marketing. >> Marketing. Okay. >> You You normally have like an attorney. I've never seen that before. It's called an attorney when you >> attorney shield. >> What? >> It's attorney shield. >> One more time. >> Attorney shield. >> Attorney shield. >> Yeah. >> What is I don't know what that is. >> So, it's like an app that you can download um that people can use anytime they have an interaction with law enforcement. And we're just a service provided that we can help people um navigate through traffic stops, answer any questions, inform them of their rights, and it's our goal just to make all interactions with law enforcement as quick and safe as possible for everybody involved. >> Okay. So, you're you're not like his attorney, you're just a attorney. >> I'm an at and I am his attorney for the duration of this call because it is a paid service. >> Okay, that's interesting. I didn't know that was a thing. Yeah. >> Learn something new. >> Cool. We going to serve you some traffic stops? >> Yeah. It's like call you call the attorney and be like, "Hey." Yeah. >> You got What is it? You got to pay for it. >> Yeah. >> How much is it? >> Um I've been a part of it since the beginning. So I pay it annually. So I forgot what I paid for this year. >> You invest into it? >> Yeah. >> That's when you ask your businesses. >> No, it's not my business. It's just uh >> I think you invested it. >> No, I'm not invested in it anyway. I've just been a part of it since they launched. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. >> How recent is this? >> Uh 2024. >> 2024. >> Yes. >> Oh, okay. Okay. >> Oh, so what? Like you guys, where are you guys based out of because obviously the hours? >> Yeah, we're all over. >> So, >> so how so how do you so if a person wants to, you know, get an attorney like this? >> Well, you have to put in a request or like what? Like >> is it immediate? >> It's an emergency type of service. So any there's always somebody going to be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. So any part-time a person's a member of our platform. They're able to just press a call and they'll be an attorney waiting on call. >> Okay. Okay. Oh, that was cool. >> Yeah. >> Learn that before. That was crazy. >> Learn something new every day, man. So yeah, facts get marketing, right? >> Yeah. >> What do what do you like cater most? >> Just uh anything digital? >> Any digital? Like preferably Whole Brands. >> Was it >> preferably Whole, excuse me. Whole brands. >> Whole brands. >> Like the video website. People would need a one-stop shop. >> Yeah. Yeah. Oh, damn. That's why the money nowadays in uh anything on the web, especially cyber security. It's a big one. >> That's what I want to go to school for. He's coming back. >> All right. Mr. Wilson, you're getting a citation for the speed. All right. Have you had a ticket before? I don't want to answer any questions. >> Okay. I'm just trying to so give you information so I can explain the ticket in the mailer. That's all it is. This isn't anything incriminating. >> I'm listening. >> This is nothing that you need your attorney for. Whatever it may be. I'm just making sure that you understand a ticket and how to handle it. That's what it is. >> I'm listening. >> Continue. >> I'm listening. >> Okay. First option you have is paying the citation which emits guilt. Okay. If you do that, the court may assess points to your license and school. Other options that you have is you can plead not guilty, go to court. You can do that yourself or have a ticket attorney represent you. The other option you have uh is going to be there's like five more options that are explained in that not only that mailer, but on the back side of the citation. >> And with the uh the ticket number on there, will that include um access to dash cam and all that good stuff as well? >> We don't have dash cam, we have body cam. >> Okay. So, if you're looking for something that has to do with the reason for your speed, all of our vehicles are calibrated. And then if your attorney or if you wish to request that, they can provide you a copy of all of our calibrations. >> Okay? >> So, some things I know you don't want to answer any questions, whatever the circumstances are, that's your your freedom to do. Some things should be handled in conversation. >> Like I told the gentleman, if it wasn't for the nature of the stop, I appreciate what you guys do and I'd have a long conversation for what? Sorry. >> The nature of the stop, I'd have a conversation. I appreciate what you guys do. But being is in the nature of the stop. This is just how I'm proceeding. >> What's the issue with the nature of the stop? >> No, I'm just remaining silent for the nature of the stop. That's all. >> Oh, I mean, I get that. >> All right. I just don't want you to think it's any form of disrespect. It's just >> I have I have no problem with you. I don't have any anger any like bad feelings. Listen, at the end of the day, it's business. >> I'd rather have a conversation with somebody. >> It could lead to a ticket. It may not lead to a ticket. That's completely completely up to you. I've been doing this for a while >> and things can go either way. But the way you want to represent yourself and handle yourself, that's completely your fault. >> Of course. >> All right. But you have 30 days to handle the citation. Whichever option you choose in there, make sure you do something with it. If not, they'll suspend your license. >> Okay. >> All right. Do me a favor. Just try to slow down. That's all I ask. All right. Drive carefully, guys. >> All right. M questions about contesting the um the citation. >> Um I mean, what do you think? I mean, I know that when it pulled out, the guy was doing as much as I was doing. I was just trying to avoid being pulled over. I know that's kind of outside of your uh >> right >> wheelhouse, but what's your um suggestions? >> Yeah. Yeah. So, if you feel like you had a valid reason >> if you had if you feel that you had a valid reason to like speed up for safety of the vehicle, you know, it's always worth you can either consult an attorney or sometimes you can even just go to the traffic court and talk to what the prosecutor or whoever's there um and just see. Um so, you don't have to admit the guilt right away, but just as long as you, you know, do something within that 30-day time frame. Okay. >> I know that in Florida we have the ticket clinic. I just don't know don't know how much of admission to guilt that is. I haven't had anything on my uh driver license in a long time. >> Okay. Well, it sounds like it's worth at least calling them and, you know, getting some more information. >> Okay. All right. I appreciate you. >> Absolutely. >> And that's one thing true about them Travis stops. Officers will try their hardest to get a confession out of you because from the beginning, you having this officer trying to get him to admit to speeding. >> Do you know the reason for the stop? Police Department. The reason why this I'm stopping you is you're doing 68 and a 45. Were you aware of that? >> I don't know. >> Come on, man. just admit that you were speeding already so I have it confirmed. Then you having the other officer saying, "I ain't trying to ask you no incriminated questions. I just want to know what you're doing for a living." >> I'm not going to ask you like any incriminating questions, but uh like what do you do, man? Just out of curiosity. It's like a nice car. I mean, you don't you don't have to answer, but I was just like I'm just curious. >> In other words, I hope you're doing something illegal to make a living so we can arrest you. And even towards the end, this officer was trying to get him to admit that he was speeding. >> This officer is really trying his hardest to get him to confess to speeding. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about this Davy police officer for trying his hardest to get a confession out this guy. You having this officer first saying, "Hey man, I don't need to talk to your attorney." And then he wants to say, "Well, why were you speeding? Any reason for your speed?" "Hey, man, just slow down." Like, he was really trying to get this guy to admit that he was speeding. And that's one thing about these officers, too, man. They don't like it when you get that attorney on the phone because that's when he wants to say, "Well, I don't need to talk to that person. I just need to talk to you because at the end of the day, they really don't want you to have the attorney online because they're trying their hardest to hem you up." That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
