I was already in my driveway when I seen you coming down the street. >> you clock me? I don't feel like >> Well, I'm not saying you're wrong. >> So, so here's what I'm telling you. I'm pacing you. >> So, you're guessing at it? >> How much have you drank today? >> 0.0, sir. I do not drink. >> I'm waiting for a guy who's pretty close by. I'm going to use my tint meter, okay? >> 2%. >> I'm going to check this side, too. >> Everybody likes the nice policeman because what does a nice policeman do? Nice policeman don't do his job. >> No, I didn't have a radar gun. Your speed and plus me pacing fast conditions, okay? >> How fast was I going? >> I just explained it to you. >> You don't have a radar gun. >> I don't >> Listen. Uh so, I don't have a radar gun. However, I'm pacing you. >> If you're going to pace, I was already in my driveway before you even up over that hill over there. >> I'll ask you this. We got uh problems with drugs in this area? Do you care Would you give me permission to to search your vehicle? >> Uh not solely tint. I've got him for uh two fast for conditions. Then as he he stops and he turns into a residence. He jumps out the car. Cuz I thought there might have been some J8 activity. But oh yeah, I'm you notice I'm 100% with you on that. Yes, is that his speed was >> unreal. >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't have to. >> I invoke my Fifth Amendment right. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving. Look, this is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. >> Answer this door or we're going to kick the door off. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Please. >> Thanks for paying your taxes. >> I need your ID. >> Is that a request? >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the road. >> Let's un-violate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video it's from the Kansas City Police Department where you had this Kansas City police officer lying multiple times on this guy when he pulled him over. One, he wants to say that he was speeding, but he couldn't tell him his speed. He just kept saying, "Oh, you know, I was pacing you." But yeah, he couldn't tell him how fast he was going. And then he wants to lie to his supervisor and say, "Oh man, when I pulled this guy over, he jumped out real fast." This guy got off the car like normal, like just real calm and collected. And it just goes to show when these officers be doing that fishing and they can't find what they're looking for, they're just going to make up a whole bunch of lies. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Hey, say to me again. You're on traffic stop. Matter of fact >> You know what the 45 you were at the location? >> Go back this way. >> Yeah, I don't know I ain't coming on radar. I mean I was I was already in my driveway when I seen him coming down the street. Like >> Mhm. >> It's odd. >> But >> And did you clock me? I don't feel like I'm not saying you're wrong, but I don't >> So here's what I'm telling you. I'm pacing you cuz I can I can pace you for an eighth of a mile. >> Okay. >> Like I said, sir, I was just leaving a Christmas party. I didn't think I was speeding or anything. I was outside. >> All right, just hang on for a sec. >> Okay. >> How much you had to drink today? >> 0.0, sir. I do not drink. >> Okay. >> I had to park over here. >> right. >> Okay, Sean, what's this going on, man? >> Uh I'll try to get you out of here. Um I'm waiting for a guy who's pretty close by. I'm going to use my tint meter, okay? Because I have reason to believe that your tint is too dark for state standards, okay? >> Wow. You're really going the whole mile, aren't you? >> Well, I'll just ask simple questions. Do you have a job? >> Yes, sir. >> Do you do the best job you can? You don't have your vehicle registered in 45 days, we can tow your vehicle. >> Yes, sir. >> So But then there are other people that are like, "Hey, man, you know, you can't do whatever." >> He's a good kid. He helped me coach basketball before. >> Oh, yeah? >> Yeah. I didn't say you could get out of my car. >> Huh? >> I didn't tell you to. >> Essentially. >> What? >> Those windows are tinted. It's just that It's just you got to roll it down. >> I'll roll them. >> Right there. Right there. 2%. >> 2? >> Yeah. Sean, you're at 2. 2% >> Is that good? >> No, it's got to be 35 or higher. And it's the same case you got. >> I'm going to check this side, too. >> Here you go, man. What? >> It's just the It's just you got to roll it down. >> You got to roll it up? >> [clears throat] >> 2% 2? >> Okay. Let me check this one, too. I'm going to check this side, too. Here you go, man. >> [clears throat] >> Man, what kind of person would you think we are if we're out here cutting corners and just not doing our job? >> An unreliable individual. And it's like, damn, he not doing his job. He just one of them guys. Everybody likes the nice policeman because what does a nice policeman do? Nice policeman don't do his job. >> So, what about the other police officers that aren't nice and they don't do their job correctly? >> That's how they categorize nice policeman. And it's like, man, it's not nice. It's not being mean. It's just the job. >> I pay my taxes and I've never been arrested. I have no warrants. >> Right. >> This is not justice. >> 2% >> They're good? >> No, it's got to be. >> They're not high. >> Let me check this one too. >> I just see your case is good. >> I'm going to check this side, too. >> It's Christmas. >> Huh? >> It's Christmas. >> Uh you know. Jesus, I just gave you a shot up and now you keep talking. >> Okay, sir. All right, so uh you can see my lights are off, man. You're going to be free to go. Um I'm going to get up out your way in just a second. All right, so I'm going to hand that back to you. Um so I'm going to cut you a break. Now as far as the speeding, I'm going to hand that to you. Uh as far as the the speeding, now I didn't have a radar gun. However, you your speed and plus me uh pacing two fast conditions, okay? But I'm going to cut you a break on the tail lamps, and you got 2%. I'm going to give you that as a gift. All right, I'm going to warn you on that. All right. But you do have to pay or appear in court on uh this date right here. >> For what? >> What's that? >> For what? >> For the speed. >> I wasn't speeding. >> I I just explained it to you. I don't I don't Listen. Uh so I don't have a radar gun. However, I'm pacing you. >> If you want to pace me, you got to be my grandma to be able to even up over that hill over there. >> Sir, I'm not I'm just going to interject real quick. This is not the place for a condemnation. >> You know what I'm saying? Where you going to be at when Jesus comes back to pick on little Shawn McAlister on Jesus' birthday? You're a bum. Have a Have a good day, sir. >> There you go. >> You are a great officer. >> He's a hell of a kid. >> You know what? I don't want to hear all that. >> I don't want to hear this. This is nonsense. I'll >> Okay, Sean. >> [ __ ] that goes on in Wyandotte. >> All right. Now, can I ask you this? Hold on. Can I ask you this? Hey, buddy. Uh Like I said, you're free to go. >> I'm a taxpayer. I have no warrants. I've never been arrested. >> That That's correct. Um so, I'm asking you this. We got uh problems with drugs in this area? You care Would you give me permission to go to search your vehicle? >> Is that what you need to do? >> No, I'm just asking um would you give me permission to do it? >> Are you asking a hypothetical question? >> Yeah, just either yes or no. Would you give me consent? >> you were to ask me, I would say you yes. >> Okay. >> So, I'm asking you, would you give me consent? The to to check your vehicle and and you can stop me at any time. >> let you check my vehicle, you can get rid of the speeding ticket? >> Nah. >> Then no. >> Okay. Very good. All right, sir. Be careful. >> If you want to get rid of the speeding ticket, you can check it all day. >> That That's okay, sir. You already told me no. You're fine. >> 22's tonight. >> No. Uh not solely tint. I got them for uh too fast for conditions. Basic speed. I I got him at He was going eastbound, 90th and and right in front of uh the lake. And he was hauling ass. Like noticeably too fast for conditions and he looked like he was going to run the red light if I hadn't have been there. So, he continues on east and I continue on east on Leavenworth. And um I'm pacing him. I'm at like 57. And he's leaving me leaving me behind. But then so finally, he turns on 75th Terrace. And uh as soon as I as soon as he's he he stops and he turns into a residence. And um he jumps out the car like like as like a [ __ ] And so, I went ahead and just measured his tint. You know, just to kind of go along with it to see if I could uh cuz I thought there might have been some J8 activity, but >> 25, where you calling from? >> I gave him a cut him a break on that, even though he was 2%. >> Perfect case. Okay. >> Yeah, so I Oh, yeah. I'm I'm 100% with you on that. This is that his his [ __ ] speed was unreal. Okay, thank you. >> Just from how he's stuttering, he's not being 100% real with his supervisor. When he went to court for it, they saw how much of a lie this officer was. Then his ticket got dismissed, and they also sent him a letter saying that they were sorry. Cuz you got officers like this that would lie about anything just so they could go out and fish. So, one way this officer was trying to fish, he said he wanted to go check his tint. But what he really was doing was trying to look into his car. >> I was pretty close by. I'm going to use my tint meter, okay? Because I have reason to believe that your tint is too dark. Okay, let me check this one, too. I'm going to check this side, too. >> I need to go check the other side so I could look more into his car. Then you have another officer doing some cops plain. Yeah, you could be a nice officer, but he's not doing his job. Not correct. Because you have an officer that's mean as hell, and he's corrupt as hell. >> They're cutting corners and just not doing our job. An unreliable individual. And it's like, damn, he's not doing his job. He's just one of them guys. Everybody likes the nice policeman because what does a nice policeman do? Nice policeman don't do his job. >> In other words, if a cop is being a tyrant, that means he's doing his job. And this officer lying so much, he couldn't even tell how fast this guy was going. And then he wants to say, "Oh, yeah, and this guy jumped out the car." >> How fast were you going? >> I >> I explained it to you. You know I don't I don't Listen. Uh so, I don't have a radar gun. However, I'm pacing you. >> If you were pacing me, how is it that you might have got me before you were even up over that hill over there? >> He jumps out the car like like as like a mother And so >> Man, he sure did jump out that car. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this Kansas officer for pulling this guy over? Got straight to lying wanting to say, "Oh, you know, I was pacing you." But couldn't tell him how fast he was going. And then he wanted to lie and say, "Oh, yeah, he jumped out the car." But yet, this guy just got out the car like normal. He didn't even know what was going on. And then you having this officer check his tint. But in reality, he was looking through his car cuz why he got to go on the other side to check that tint for? And then he wants to ask him if he could search his car after giving him a ticket because this officer was so much into his fishing that he just could not believe that this guy didn't have nothing on him. And that's what happens when you having these officers that fish. They just be lying and making up traffic stops. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
