your dog. >> I don't answer questions. >> All right. Well, >> and also this is I don't want you on my property either. >> She didn't need you to do about the dogs not having any water to shoot. >> Go [snorts] for it. See you in court. I told her I didn't want to answer questions when she came up. >> Well, you don't have to answer any questions. I don't. Okay. Not searching your house. We're not doing anything like that. We just need to make sure that the dogs are have food and water. That That's it. >> I think she's retaliating cuz I told her to kick rocks. >> I thought I'd come over here and try to deescalate the situation. >> There's nothing to deescalate. She should have deescalated and just left. >> You tell them to animal control to get a warrant. >> I did. Yeah. I mean I Those are all things that I can do. >> We get a call. We have to answer it. >> It doesn't mean you have to do anything during that after that service call, right? I believe that this is retaliation cuz I told her I didn't want to answer any of these questions. [music] [music] >> What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Tukum Carry Police Department over there in New Mexico where you had this animal control officer come to this guy's house because one of the neighbors called and said that, "Oh man, this guy isn't feeding his dog." And you will see when this animal control officer came and he told her to basically kick rocks, he wasn't not answering no questions. She better come back with a warrant. You having her getting her feelings and they decided to get the police involved and you can see that this guy was really not having it. You having these officers asking him questions about his dog and he's letting them know. Y'all want to ask questions to all this? Y'all better go get a warrant. I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Huh? >> I don't answer questions. >> All right. Well, >> and also this is I don't want you on my property either. >> The dogs not having any water. >> Go for [snorts] it. See you in court. >> What happened? Go get a warrant. Got it. Go get a warrant. Go get it. Go on. Go on. Go get a warrant. Kick rocks. >> I know. They >> cuz I got to I got to fill out a nipper and all that kind of stuff. >> Oh, do you? Wow. I never asked about that. Okay. So, she got a she got a complaint. She wants [snorts] to answer the complaint, right? >> Okay. >> And it >> and I told her I didn't want to answer questions when she came up. >> Well, you don't have to answer any questions. Okay. And you have every right to you don't have to answer questions, but the dogs are tied up out here with no food or no water. >> What's the How long What does the ordinance say? >> What's the ordinance say on that? >> I'm not sure of the city ordinance on that. It'd be under animal control. >> Go get Go get the ordinance and we'll go from there. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. So, that's all it was. I mean, we're we're not searching your house. We're not doing anything like that. We just need to make sure that the dogs are, you know, have food and water. That That's it. >> Yeah. I think she's I think she's retaliating cuz I told her to kick rocks. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Well, she didn't call me over here. I heard it on the radio. Yeah. >> So, I thought I'd come over here and try to deescalate the situation and try to, you know, >> there's nothing to deescalate. She should have deescalated and just left. >> Okay. Her ego was definitely too fragile for her to just walk away after getting told to kick rocks. >> She should have deescalated and just left. >> Okay. Well, she's got to answer the call, sir. >> Yeah. Well, she did. She did. I don't know. I mean, what what's what's the crime? What's the crime that that was committed here? >> What's the crime? Well, >> it can't >> What's going on, sir? How you doing? >> Good. How you doing? >> Okay. I just want you all to know that I'm not a anti- police or I'm not a danger to any of you guys in any way whatsoever. Okay, >> cool. We appreciate that. >> Yeah. And the crime that's that could be charged with or committed is uh what's what's the word? Uh animal cruelty. >> Okay. >> Because you you're not providing them with water and food. >> Okay. >> So I mean that's all it is. >> I mean I think that's I think that's that's very pretty speculative whether we're being cruel to the animals or not. >> Okay. >> Um you know as part of her investigation she saw that we were out here with the dogs. >> Okay. So there's there's really no way that that that any kind of animal cruelty charge. >> So can I ask you how long has it been tied up here? >> Kazia, how long ago did you give Daisy a bath? >> Uh like 15 minutes ago. >> How why did you put her over there, Kazia? >> Uh because I need her to dry off. >> Okay. Well, that's understandable. Where did they use that? Are they usually in the backyard? >> Yeah. >> Okay. See, it was very simple. >> Yeah. But I don't I really don't have to answer those kind of questions. And I I believe that this is retaliation because I told her I didn't want to answer any of these questions. >> Okay. Like I said, she didn't call me over here. I came. Okay. Because I'm the senior officer on duty. So I came over here because I thought there was a problem. Okay. >> Yeah. >> You tell him that you tell him the animal control to get a warrant. >> I did. Yeah. I mean I Those are all things that I can do. >> So a warrant for what though? That >> to come over here and talk to me or mess with the dog or come on my property or anything like that. >> We get a call. We have to answer it. >> I understand that. >> It's called a call for service, >> right? So that's all I'm trying. >> It doesn't mean you have to do anything during that after that service call, right? >> I mean, it doesn't really mean you have to do anything about it. >> You have the Do you have the ordinance? >> Okay. So, also this this uh investigation that you guys are conducting, it needs to end here pretty soon, too, so we can get on about our business. I got to wash that dog over there. >> So, you have a good day and >> Okay. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. All right. Thank you. >> What's going on? >> I don't know if you remember me or not, but we had an issue over here and you pointed out some people that were running or something couple months ago. >> I just want to say thank you. >> Of course, man. >> I appreciate you. Like I like I said, man, I have no problem with >> law enforcement. I just don't like >> No, >> silly investigations about a dog we just gave a bath to. >> Yeah. >> You know what I mean? >> No worries, man. Like I say, I'm training right now. I'm my partner here. That's why we're here >> just just to see things. But I did I never got a chance to say thank you for for giving me that info on the house. >> No problem. And I appreciate you guys >> Yeah. >> doing what you do, honestly. >> No worries. You have a good day. >> All right. You too. Have a nice day. Thank you. >> All right. See you guys later. >> Even when it comes to animal control, they don't like it when you don't answer their questions because from the beginning when he told her to get off his property, you could just see how hurt her feelings were. >> I don't answer questions. >> All right. Well, >> and also this is I don't want you on my property either. >> Not having any water. >> Since you don't want to answer my questions, I'm just going to assume you don't feed your dogs. And even when the cops came, you haven't had one officer say, "Oh yeah, I'm just trying to deescalate the situation." There's nothing to deescalate. All she had to do was just leave and not come back. >> Thought I'd come over here and try to deescalate the situation and try to, you know, >> there's nothing to deescalate. She should have deescalated and just left. >> We know she couldn't just leave. Her ego was too fragile. Her feelings were hurt so bad she had to get that book out and try to look for a violation to put on him. >> See, it was very simple. >> Yeah, but I don't I I really don't have to answer those kind of questions. And I I believe that this is retaliation because I told her I didn't want to answer any of these questions. >> Okay, like I said, she didn't call me up. >> Or maybe her feelings were hurt so bad it took her a long time to look up the violation. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about this animal control officer for coming on to this guy's property first saying that she got a call and he's telling her, "Well, I ain't answer no questions. You can get off my property." Obviously, her feelings got hurt, so she had to come back with some police officers. And even then, you having that cop saying, "Yeah, you don't have to answer questions, but like, can you just answer this?" And it just goes to show no matter animal control, firefighter, or police officers, you hurt their feelings, they going to do everything they can to get the cops involved and try to just pin you on any violation they can find. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] [music]
