He wanted to tow my car and everything. Like, really? You don't got nothing to do, sir? >> Why are you disputing with him? If there's an issue, you contact. >> But that's what I told him. I called the police. He wants to tow my car. No, he because he wants to tow my car. >> Someone else. Okay. So that's what I So that's why I called 911. Thank you, sir. That was a a good good head [ __ ] to tell me. My car's right there. They want to sign me a ticket for my car being on my lawn. I'm not allowed to park the car on my lawn. I want to see where is that law at that prohibit me from parking my car on my lawn. This is my property, sir. >> Yes. >> Are you moving the vehicle? >> It's in my property. Now you explain to me, sir. Where else can I put my vehicle at? >> I don't know the rules on parking. >> Hey, you see what you mean? I don't know where else to put it. Look, my driveway is full. Where else can I put my car? >> I think they're looking up the code right now. >> Sir, just so you're aware, there's a city code violation that does state >> your vehicles cannot be parked on the lawn. >> All right. >> Okay. Since when? >> That's that's city code. That's between you and now in the court. >> So, let the city middle town let me know. They send me sign me another citation for that, too. And then I'll have to go and dispute it for that. >> All right, that's fine with me. If he wants to sign another citation, no ID to the car, not to me. >> The citation is not to me. The car is parked there, not me. >> Sorry. Just saying you don't want to move the car. Just please just need your ID, >> sir. I don't know how to move it where I'm going to put it at. You tell me. Tell me where I'm going to put it now. You tell me, sir. Give me Give me where. Cuz wherever I put is going to touch the lawn. >> Right here. There you go. So if if if it's not your problem, >> it's not their problem. But they keep harassing him where he has his vehicle parked. >> Wherever I put is going to touch the lawn where you park >> right here. There you go. So if if if it's not your problem where I park, >> sir, what what come what crime did I committed for? You can ask me for an ID. >> I'm talking to you. It's not about a crime. If it was a crime you committed, you'll be arrest. >> So what why you wanted my ID for? For give me a citation to me, too. For what? >> You said it. You just said you want your appearance ticket. You're going to go to court. I need >> No, look at the car right there. I gave the ticket to the car. Sir, I need your ID. >> Sir, why should I give you my ID? >> Cuz I'm speaking to you. >> I don't have no ID. I don't have no ID ID. >> I don't have none. >> Okay. You're refusing? >> No, I don't. I'm not refusing. I don't have no ID. If you want to check my fingerprints, that's all you can do. But I'm not I Sir, I told you I don't have no ID. What you want me to do? >> I don't have no but I don't have no ID. >> Here I go. >> It's very easy for me to get your information. I stopped you when you drove your ridge line before. >> So there you go. So, I don't have my ID right now, sir. I don't have my ID with me right at this moment. I don't. I left it in my in my friend's car. >> I can try, but not here. >> Wait, hold on. >> That's what I'm telling you. >> Right now, >> there's a city code violation. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. And I need his ID. >> I don't have my ID. I left it in the truck. >> You want? >> I'm asking for him. >> Sir, I already told you I don't have my ID with me. >> Issue. He has a ticket in his hand. >> I already told you I don't have my ID. I already told you I don't have my wallet. >> No problem, >> man. You can take my name and you know my name is Candido Gonzalez. >> I don't I don't know it personally. I know I've dealt with you before. I knew when somebody drove by, they threw stuff at the house when you had that incident. Like I said, I stopped you before the ridge line when registration your license was suspended. >> Something like that. Yeah. >> Yeah. So, that's what I'm saying. It we don't need to make it extra. >> That's what I'm saying. There's no extra. He's making it extra. >> He's the one making it extra. I told him already, listen, when I came >> a ticket, I'm going be honest. That's so you don't think that there is no law. >> Okay. Okay. >> Since when the law started, >> let me see >> when it was started the law. >> This is when doesn't show when that law started. >> No, I'm not sure. Honestly, >> I don't think this specific print out of it has the start date to it. But >> all street parking, you can park it in your driveway. You just can't. >> Sir, sir, sir, let me ask you a question. Be be reasonable with me right now. where I'm going to park it in in here. How? Either way that I put it. Either way that I put it is going to touch the lawn. So you tell me where should I park it? >> How many vehicles are at this restaurant? >> One, two, three. The boat that >> Okay. And the car in the backyard is >> the car in the backyard. Me, my wife, and my kids. >> Now I do understand it. Like I get it. It's your lawn. I get it. Like when you are living in a city environment, >> these cities have the right to make their local laws. >> Okay. The local >> to maintain whatever type of, you know, order they want. >> Okay. >> The city of Middletown doesn't want people parking their cars on their lawns. >> You have a boat, a trailer, a car in the backyard, and two other cars here. It doesn't have it doesn't leave enough space for the additional cars you have. >> Exactly. So, I haveunately limited space for unlimited cars. >> You know what I'm saying? If I get a house, if I have a certain amount of driveway on it and I want to have >> five cars, I'm entitled to having five cars. >> You're entitled to have >> in violation of the city code. That's on me. >> It's not on the city. >> No, you can't park in the freaking Don't go with that car outside because they'll freaking come and get you for no insurance, >> no plates, no nothing. No, no. Don't even move it outside. Don't trust these police. >> Don't that car. Don't put it in the street and then they'll give you a ticket for no insurance, no this, no that. You don't want that, baby. Move this one, not that one. >> So, I mean, >> let me let me move that one to my daughter's house. Excuse me. >> Is it Is it register? Is it good? The car is good. [clears throat] >> I mean, you can't park on the streets here. >> I understand that. I understand that, sir. I understand. I've been here 25 years, you know what I mean? I've been here too long. And he came last time and I explained to him, I said, "Listen, my son-in-law's truck is broken down in there. That's the reason I have this over here." He's like, >> he left. No problem. I said, "Fine." Now, today he comes and I saw her giving the ticket. I said, "Sir." And he's like, "Oh, you got" and I said, "I was eating." And I said, "Oh, she park it." Okay, so forget about it. Let me finish eating. You know what I mean? Oh, if you don't move it right now, I'm a tow. Oh, >> well, it can't be parked in the street. >> No, I understand. But he gave me a ticket. I was eating. I'm eating. >> Well, when you're I'll be honest with you. When you're When you're getting a ticket, man. >> Milo, get away. You came out again. >> Go ahead. >> When you're getting a ticket, >> he already gave you discretion the first time, correct? >> You came out upset that you're getting a ticket the second time. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. That was today. Today he when I I was eating. I'm eating in my living room. My My granddaughter said, "The police is taking a picture of your car." >> I come outside. [clears throat] I look, it's him. >> And I said, "Sir, I'mma move it right now." He said, "I already did the citation." I can show it to you. I show you my ring camera and I show it to you. Okay. He's like, "I already s." And when he said that, I said, "As [ __ ] it." So, I'm going to go back inside and finish eating. And he's like, "Oh, if you don't move it right now, I'mma tow it." And I'm like, "But what's wrong with this guy now?" You know what I mean? Like, come on. He's he he he he's been he he's been harassing me in Home Depot, too. Home Depot, you parking. He's over there, too. Harassing people. Like, come on, dude. >> Just another example how officers really got nothing better to do because from the beginning, this isn't the first time these officers came and harassed him about his cars being parked. >> They want to try to sign me a citation for having my car on the road on my property, not on the road. They already gave me a ticket for having on the road >> and was even threatened to tow his car out of his own yard. >> Huh. The issue today he signed me a ticket. Now he wants me to move the car from the lawn. Like what's his problem? He wanted to tow my car and everything. Like >> but yet they want to tell him that it's none of their business where he parks his car. But yeah, y'all keep giving him tickets. >> I don't know where else to put it. Look, my driveway is full. Where else can I put my car? Cuz wherever I put is going to touch the lawn. >> Right here. There he goes. >> It's not their problem. But you sure harass him about his ID by having his own car parked on his yard. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about these Middletown police officers for harassing this guy about his car being parked? You having these officers first give him a ticket for having his car parked on the road and then he moves into his yard because it's on his property. Then you having these officers come back and harass him for having it being parked on his yard. And it just goes to show they really got nothing better to do but harass a guy where he has his car parked. And the thing is they keep coming back and coming back. But the thing is, they really thought that he had a warrant out for his arrest. That's why they kept harassing him about his car because he thought that he had a warrant for his arrest. And that's the thing. You have these officers where they just be digging and digging trying to find something because they think that you have a warrant out for your arrest just for you not to have a warrant out for your arrest. So now they got to give you a whole bunch of petty tickets and just mess with you literally for no reason at all when they could just go handle some real crime. That's my take on it though.
