then it appears the female officer pulls the woman to the ground and punches her five times both the driver and the passenger were arrested in [Music] [Music] charge what's up YouTube BBC back here with another video another reaction and in today's video is from Toledo police where basically these officers uh assaulted his lady uh forced her out the car and throughout all the actions everything she just got 50k and the officers got a slap on the wrist yeah as wild so I'm going to watch you get my reaction let me know what y'all think about the comment section make sure and like subscribe and all that man and let's get into the video in Toledo a Toledo woman is walking away with cash after she claims she was hurt by Toledo police city council just approved the deal this afternoon kayn smart sued the city after she says she was assaulted during a traffic stop incident caught on camera and now the city's paying up it team reporter Christina tonight with the new information and this is some of that video of the incident in question kayn smart says she was assaulted repeatedly by an officer and now the city of Toledo is proposing to settle that case and pay her $50,000 January 1st 2023 police say the driver of a red car went past flashing police lights and a tow truck officers pull the driver over and then attempt to get both the driver and the passenger kin smart out of the the car here's what happens next why you open the door like that you went through an accident car shut your mouth shut your mouth shut your mouth the passenger does not listen to orders to get out of the car and then the too police officers ashin and Adam Hobbs take action St officer Hobbs pulls the woman out of the car and then wrestles with her out of the car help me according to a police report officer Hobbs used joint manipulation and Strikes to try to get smart under control they eventually get her handcuffed and then you see the driver get out of the car it appears she has her cell phone in her hand the driver also struggles with police she's handcuffed and police say she's pulling away pushing and kicking the officer while handcuffed the officer uses what Toledo police call hairhead control techniques then it appears the female officer pulls the woman to the the ground and punches her five times both the driver and the passenger were arrested and charged but it doesn't end there smart filed a lawsuit in District Court against the city of Toledo and the two officers who responded to that call she claims her civil rights were violated she was assaulted and her arrest was unlawful after months of back and forth there's a deal with the law Department proposing a $50,000 settlement paid to the passenger in the car that night the city of Toledo denied the allegations made in court and says the officer's actions did not violate any constitutional rights as for officer Pluff and officer Hobbs there was an internal investigation by Toledo police that found that officer Pluff violated the Department's policy on demeanor and Hobbs violated the policy on demeanor and unnecessary use of physical techniques officer Pluff suspended for a day while officer Rahab Hobbs that is received a 20-day suspension including 10 days without pay and a verbal reprimand at the case against the city is still pending in district court today the IT team reached out to the attorneys for the woman behind this lawsuit we're still waiting to hear back and that's the end of that video and that interaction my take on that bro that's just that's just [ __ ] like the fact that they just got a slap on the wrist and me personally I don't see why they even did that to the passenger when she wasn't even the one driving you know what I'm saying like she she would just chilling on her phone like like right here don't tou me man get off me according to a police report like that was the passenger like why are you being rough with the passenger for you know what I'm saying like that made no sense and and then you had the lady officer once the uh driver got out the car you know the lady officer was taking her down and then she proceed a punch right here both the driver and the passenger like what the [ __ ] you telling me they just get a slap on the wrist a day day suspension 10 days without pay or whatever the [ __ ] they gave these two officers and you got this lady literally punching her when she's already on the ground driver and the passenger were arrested like I don't understand why this lady has a job bro I really don't I don't understand why this lady has her job and when all the driver did was get out the car and just started recording you know and then on top of that just like she has her on the ground and she just punching her like what the [ __ ] like these officers got some serious issues and they need to see the [ __ ] therapy bro before they even think about becoming a police officer and for 50k that's wild cuz I was seeing in the comments they say ain't no way they they got they got screwed over in the city in the police department not even like taking full accountability they're just like oh you know they inv they violated this which they shouldn't have did that bro n they they just beating around a bush on that [ __ ] but that's my take on it I really do feel like these officers need to be fired and don't have a job and need to see therapy especially this lady officer for punching this lady five times when she's already on the ground like I don't understand why you had to do that you know what I'm saying but that's my take on it though let me know what y'all think about the comment section how do you feel about this and how do you feel about the officer's punishments I really want to know how y'all feel about the punishments but make sure to leave it down comment section make sure and like subscribe and all that and y'all have a wonderful day [Music]
