What reasonable articulable suspicion has he committed? >> Having his hand in his pocket is not a crime, but he has not committed a crime to be detained. He hasn't committed a crime. >> I want to see the video. >> I want to see the video. >> Can you run the tag? The vehicle hasn't left. >> You ran the tag. >> I know he hasn't. You haven't committed a crime to be detained. >> I'm going to pay somebody. You >> listen. You're not making >> He's expressing his first amendment. >> Does he want to get out here and run? >> Are you guys arresting him >> for disorderly conduct? for disorderly conduct when you didn't even have a reason to detain him. Easy lawsuit. [music] [music] What's good YouTube? It's BBcast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video from the Redbank Police Department over there in Tennessee where this Redbank Police officer detained this guy because he believed that his vehicle was stolen. You will see where this officer then wastes no time. He didn't even read the tag off this vehicle. He just straight up detained this guy for literally no reason at all. And you would think that this officer would read the tag to see if this vehicle was stolen or not. Nah, that just made too much sense. And it just goes to show, man, whenever you ain't kissing an officer's boot, man, they going to definitely find a reason to take you to jail. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all thinking about in the comment section and let's get into the video. >> What reasonable articulable suspicion has he committed? Hey, I will stand here. But reasonable, articulable suspicion has he committed for you to detain him? >> I will be calling a lawyer and filing a complaint. What reasonable articulable suspicion has he committed? >> It doesn't matter. No, that is having his hands in his pocket is not a crime. What reasonable articulable suspicion has he committed? >> What reasonable articulable suspicion has he committed for you to detain him? I got my hands on. >> Vince, calm down. This is an easy lawsuit. You have not committed a crime. What reasonable, articulable suspicion has he committed for you to detain him? >> But he has not committed a crime to be detained. He has not committed a crime to be detained. Sir, can you please explain what crime has he committed? Easy to record, but step back. >> Okay. Yes, sir. I'll step back. I'll absolutely step back. But what crime has he committed? >> No, sir. I live here. >> You're interfering with our >> No, sir. I'm not. >> How is that a crime? I'm not interfering with your investigation. I'll step back, but what crime has he committed to be arrested? This is going to be an easy lawsuit. Do you guys not understand that >> he hasn't committed a crime? This is ridiculous. He's never He has not committed a crime. This is ridiculous. >> I want to see the picture. >> I want to see the picture. I want to see the picture. >> Can you run the tag? The vehicle hasn't left. >> He ain't ran the tag. >> I know he hasn't. You haven't committed a crime to be detained. >> These officers wanted to run his IDs before they ran the tag. Just goes to show what they really was there for. >> Can you run the tag? The vehicle hasn't left. >> I know he hasn't. You haven't committed a crime to be detained. We'll absolutely be filing a violation of our amendments. This is a violation of our fourth amendment. A violation of unlawful search and seizure. This is a violation of our amendment rights or constitutionally protected rights. And there's enough of this stuff on the internet. You guys should understand that. Educate yourselves and do your jobs correctly. I understand you're looking for a stolen vehicle, but run the tag. The vehicle hasn't left, and you're harassing a civilian that has not committed a crime. This is ridiculous. >> You got me in handcuffs. You got the house. I'm going tell you something. Listen, you're not making >> He's expressing his first amendment. Run the tag and do your jobs. Vince, set back. >> Hey, Vince. Vince, Vince, Vince, I'm recording. It's all good. I'm recording. >> Are you guys arresting him >> for disorderly conduct? >> For disorderly conduct when you didn't even have a reason to detain him? Easy lawsuit. Easy lawsuit. Easy lawsuit. I will be calling my lawyer and I'll be filing a complaint. What's both of your names and badge numbers? >> Sergeant. >> Sergeant Callen, what's your badge number? >> 328. >> 328. What's your name and badge number? >> 343. >> What's your name? >> Mikey. >> 343. And Mikey Lynn. I appreciate it. I'll be filing a lawsuit and a complaint on both of you guys. >> This is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. be filing a violation of our amendment rights. This is ridiculous. And you guys know that. This is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. This is why nobody has any faith or respect for the police anymore. This is absolutely crazy. Suspicion is not a crime. Anybody? >> These officers didn't bother with that truck. I guess it wasn't the stolen vehicle that they were looking for. And it's just crazy because this officer had no reason to have this guy detained. >> Matter. No, that is having his hands in his pocket is not a crime. What reasonable articulable suspicion has he committed? >> Vince, calm down. This is an easy lawsuit. >> It's kind of hard to calm down when you having an officer just point his taser at you for no reason. And it's just crazy because these officers wanted to run his ID first before running the tags on the car. >> Can you run the tag? The vehicle hasn't left. >> He ain't ran the tag. >> I know he hasn't. You haven't committed a crime to be detained. >> You know how cops love to play it though, they got to run that ID first. And when these officers don't have a crime, they just going to take you to jail for disorderly. >> Are you guys arresting him >> for disorderly conduct? for disorderly conduct when you didn't even have a reason to detain him. Easy lawsuit. Easy law. >> Oh yeah, it's a thumbs up because it's not going to come out of his paycheck. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about these Red Bank police officers for detaining this guy literally for no reason at all? You having these officers investigate a stolen car? Mind you, they could just run the tags on his car to see if this is the vehicle that's stolen, but that just makes too much sense. These officers have to get that ID and run his name real quick. And when this guy was not very happy about how these officers detain him, I mean, who wouldn't be? So, yeah, he got very much pissed off. And then you having these officers saying, "Well, we don't got a crime here. You know, he's very angry. Let's just take him to jail for being disorderly." Because, mind you, these officers did all of this and just took him to jail. They didn't even look at the vehicle. And it just goes to show what those officers were really there for, man. They was really there just to get some IDs of running for warrants when they found out he ain't had no warrants. They just said, "Well, let's just take him to jail for this. We already knew we messed up." That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music]
