I work harder than they could ever imagine to work. Look at them. They don't even work. They just ride around in trolley cars all day that they were given. They didn't work for nothing. But they want to take everything I work for. They're going to keep me out of my house when it's private property. I own this. The [snorts] fact that I have American rights, is that funny to you? >> Should just just >> I'm an American citizen. >> Just just just stay calm. They ain't got nothing. They're not going to have anything. >> [snorts] >> And I swear to my goodness, after I tell them, if you if you think you're going to take a label that's on a box that's not in my name and take me to jail, I will sue the pants off of you. >> Nobody's looking for you. >> You just told me you're looking for labels that aren't in my name. And I just told you there's labels in that room that aren't in my name piled almost to the ceiling. >> That ain't fine. None of this is fine. None of this is fine. You are on my property. None of this is fine. >> Evidence. This is all allegation because nothing happened. >> There's zero evidence. So what so what evidence do you have to get anything to stop us from going in his house? >> The description and everything matches him and gives us probable cause for a search warrant and they sign the search warrant. We'll conduct a search. If the judge says no just because they match >> like they said last time. They told you no last time. >> They told you no last time you were four deep at my house trying to search. >> This is the second time you guys have been here trying to search my house. >> I don't care. You guys were standing all like this with your vests tucked in your vest like like you guys are something. Get the [ __ ] off my property. >> This is America. >> Not not you goons. >> And if he's guilty, I'm going to be pissed at you if you're guilty. >> Hell no. >> You ever taken anything? >> No. >> Okay. >> No. This is This is a push round. This is a shove around is what this is. >> More like a reach round. >> Yeah. More like a reach around. Look at it with all they're >> I pity you all so much. >> This is intimidation factor. [snorts] They >> intimidating tactics. >> I've been to jail. They think they're This is Even if they convict you. Even if they find anything, I know. I know. That's the funny part. But even if they break the law and try to do this, >> I'll get rich. >> I'm going to laugh my way to the bank. >> I will laugh my way to the bank. >> Make me rich. Retire me, please. So silly. So silly. Clowns everywhere. Where's the circus? I didn't >> What that guy looking at? >> Where's the circus? >> Can you tell me where the circus is? His blue jeans fit better than mine. >> It's the casual trooper. So cold out here. I'm shaking, dude. >> Yeah. This is not right at all. Yeah. [snorts] >> How so? How long are you guys going to >> a lawyer? How I'm going to I'm going to I got plenty of money to hire a lawyer. >> Yeah. >> And that's exactly what's going to get done. I'm going to call them as soon as these goons are open. >> I'm literally telling you you can't go in your house. >> That's wild. >> That's dope. They can't do that. >> They can't. I know they can't, but I'm not gonna put my self in a position because these these guys want me to act aggressive. These guys want me to do something out outlandish so they can be like, "Aha, we don't we can't get your cardboard so we'll take you to jail on assault charge or disorderly conduct like they tried last time." You know, I was arrested in North Vernon. The cop lied about what he arrested me for and then they dropped all the charges because they didn't have any proof that he lied about. That's why I don't respect any of you. any and not one of you. >> I was charged with disorderly conduct because the cop lied because I got pissed off because he lied. >> That's that's why I got charged. Y'all start and I go to jail for it. >> There's no evidence of anything because nothing happened. What kind of warrant are you going to get without being a dirty goon? [snorts] >> They ain't going to get no >> being a dirty goon. >> Hey, we're looking for a cardboard box. Judge, can we get a warrant for a cardboard box? >> I'd be amazed. All of them officers for some cardboard boxes is just crazy. >> Oh, they already got a lawsuit on my hands. I already [snorts] got a lawsuit. >> Oh, they already are. Yeah, they're stopping you from getting in your own house. >> And I'm freezing cold. I'm going to get sick, too. I guarantee I get I guarantee I get sick. >> I'm literally shaking cuz I'm so cold. And you're not even letting us in his house. >> I guarantee you I get sick. >> Guarantee it. [snorts] >> You hear these sniffles already? >> I'm getting sick right now, dude. >> Look at this. [snorts] Look at that. already. >> Loss of wages, harassment. I want I I demand to know who called and said that bull, too. >> Yeah. Actually, he does have the right to face his accuser. >> That's right. >> I'm not being accused of nothing. You are. >> Oh, that's right. Yeah. I So, who's my accuser? I do have the right to know. >> I would love to know. >> Everything will be in deputy Ray's report. >> Okay, good, >> good, good. I'd like to know my because I'd like to know [snorts] my accuser because it sounds like all [ __ ] >> It is bull. They hate self-employed people like me, dude. They hate them. They hate them. The government hates people like me. >> And I know my rights. They're They're not [snorts] treading on the right one right now. >> Self-employed people that make good money, they hate them. >> I'm an American. And these [snorts] guys, this is America. You're telling me he can't go in his own house? Wow. Wow. >> That's all right. It'll be worth it. >> It'll be worth it. I'll sue every one of these months, dude. I'll sue them all. I >> I'm a witness. I'll go to court with you. Hell yeah. Hell yeah. Good. And I got video evidence, too. This pisses me off. As hard as I work for my money, this pisses me off, dude. >> What did you get when I when you got out of my car? >> Cereal boxes right over. >> So, this clown This clown tells me that someone called saying that we stopped my car to get a package off their porch. Today, today >> I've left one time to get coffee. >> Drop you at a mercy box because you don't have a job right now and I'm trying to help you on your feet. And this is how they do. This is how I like this guy. He hasn't said anything. That's a good cop. >> The smartest one here. Yeah, >> that's a good cop. This guy, he's a >> He is a Yeah, >> that guy might be a good cop over there. There might be a couple good cops over there, but this guy blocking my door is a idiot bag. Yeah, you guys do know you're stopping him from getting in his house that he >> This is illegal, right? >> This is illegal. >> And you Yeah, he's right. This is illegal what you're doing. How the hell are you going to get a warrant on allegations with no evidence? >> They don't have They ain't going to get a warrant, dude. This judge is going to be like, "You guys are wasting everyone's time [snorts] and asking for a lawsuit, begging for a lawsuit." >> Yeah, you're >> Which which they're going to get. >> See you later, bud. >> Out of here. >> That's one that knows this ain't happening today. Just holding [snorts] Americans out in the snow and cold. This make you feel good. >> Here's another one. Which one? Yeah. Get off my doorstep. Going to get >> Not one time have I ever seen you throw box in your hand. Not one time. >> Not that it looks one in time. >> [snorts] >> As a matter of fact, we're staying in here unless I tell them they're not allowed on your porch again. >> Hey, actually, you know what? Hey, get going. >> Actually, no. Good point. Peek out. >> Well, looks like the judge said that this was BS and he wasn't going to sign nothing because from the beginning, these officers literally had no right to stop this guy from going inside his house, especially without having a warrant. >> I can't go in my own house. You just walked me from going in my own house. >> Not at this point. >> And your attitude shows aggression on my property. >> Can't go into your own house, but doesn't have a warrant. I don't know what's stopping me from going in my own house. And one thing about officers, man, they never want to admit what they're doing is wrong. >> You know what you're doing is wrong. You can't come to house. >> It's illegal. >> Kick them out of their own house. Your job is to protect the American Constitution. >> The only thing this officer wants to protect is his own ego. And this isn't the first time that these officers were harassing this guy. >> They told you no last time you were four deep at my house trying to search. This is the second time you guys have been here trying to search my house. >> Yeah. Get off my doorstep. Going to get It looks like they didn't get that signed warrant from that judge that they were hoping for. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about these Jackson County Sheriff officers for not letting this guy go into his own house? You having them saying that they're on investigation. They're accusing him of stealing some packages, but yet they don't even have a warrant at all. So, they had no rights to not let this guy go into his own damn house. And he was very much pissed off about that. I mean, who wouldn't be? You're sitting out there in a cold want to go in your own house that you paid for and these officers like, "No, you can't go in yet." They acting like they paid the bills. And just for this deputy to walk off this guy's porch because he couldn't get that warrant that he was hoping for literally just wasted everybody's time for no reason. That's my take of it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful merry Christmas, man. >> [music]
