So, I got you the truck, man, because you're super nervous. >> Y'all say that every time. >> Last time you smoked meth and fetamine. >> I ain't smoke no metham. Careful. Certain truck. >> Yeah, I'm ready to go home, man. You can call the dogs or whatever and do whatever you're going to do. Y'all just going to be wasting all time. >> Would you be willing to let me check your eyes just to make sure that you are safe to drink? >> No, I'm not going to consent to any build soy test, man. Every attorney tells you don't do that. If you're sober, why wouldn't >> I am sober. I'm 100% sober. I haven't used anything. I'm clean. >> [music] [music] >> What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Cornelia Police Department over there in Georgia where you had this Cornelia Police officer, Officer Campbell, pull this guy out the car because he said he looked nervous. And you having this guy tell this officer like, "Y'all always say this, y'all always try to find an excuse to take people out the car." And you will see how much of a tyrant that Campbell really is. And mind you, while I was looking up the police department, I found another video of this guy with the same officer alleging how he beat up his 67 year old dad and also let the dogs attack his dad. And it just goes to show, man, with this police department. This police officer in particular definitely got some stuff going on and it ain't good. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> So, I got you the truck, man, cuz you're super nervous. >> Don't ever tell me that. Y'all don't ever say that. Don't say that every time. Have I ever dealt with you? >> I don't know. I I'm tell you. >> Do I look familiar? You don't look familiar to me. >> I never met you. I don't know you. >> I don't know you either. >> Yeah. That's just what every All the cops say. >> Hey, you're nervous. Why are you nervous? >> You look at me. I I've never met you a day in my life. >> I know that. >> I know that. >> Okay. So, you know that I'm not causing no problem. Don't assume that it's me that tells you that all the time. Okay. So, there's a weapon in the truck that we can clearly see, right? And you're acting super nervous. >> That's why I ask you. >> I ain't got nothing to feel nervous about. >> I'll tell you this. Whenever you're asked to get out of the truck, you get out of the truck. Okay. There's a there's a case law against Mims. Okay. >> When we tell you to get out of the truck, you get out of the truck. All right. >> You just said ask. >> Now you're saying, doesn't matter. Get out of the truck. >> Yeah. There's the difference between a commander and >> Is there anything in that truck that's illegal with hand? >> No, there ain't nothing in there. >> Nothing at all? >> No. >> Okay. You have anything on you this evening? >> No. >> Okay. >> I don't do nothing. >> Hang for a second. Okay. >> Name and badge number. >> My name is 210. >> And your badge number? >> 210. >> 210. Okay. Appreciate it. Thank you. You working? >> You working? >> No, I was just hanging out with my girlfriend. You >> stay here or you going there now? >> Huh? >> You going there now or you going? >> No, I'm going. >> Are we in Bong, >> sir? >> Are we in Bong? You were involved. >> Whenever he got behind you, you were involved, >> but I didn't get stopped invas. >> No, he got behind you. So, >> but he didn't he didn't pull me up. >> Andrew came across your people. Say there's nothing about that truck. >> No, man. I don't do drugs. I don't do nothing. There's nothing >> behind you. He got behind you in Balling. So they won't see him. >> They can follow me. But once I hit different county >> or different jurisd I'm ready to go. I ain't got nothing in there. Y'all just going to be wasting your time. You never said you had anything in there, right? >> What? >> I never said you had anything. >> This officer sure acting like he got something in his truck. >> I never said you had anything. >> I didn't say I did either. >> I know. >> Okay. Law abiding citizen. >> I don't need to be s >> What What would be the reason of you searching >> again? >> Nervous something. You can say that about anybody. >> All right. No, I can Listen, nervous behavior. Whenever I walk in from the window, you're immediately aggressive. You're failing to maintain your lane. You're moving around. Let me finish what I'm saying. Let me finish what I'm saying. I understand that. Okay. I took an oath to defend your constitution, right? So, I want to make sure you understand where we're coming from. >> I'm getting stepped on right now. >> No, it's not. I got pulled out of my truck. >> I'm going to explain why. Okay. Him pulling you out of your truck. There is case law that protects that. It's Pennsylvania versus Memphis. It's a US Supreme Court law. When a law when a law enforcement officer orders you out of the vehicle, which anytime we ask you, it is to be polite. It is an order. You must follow. Whenever you are told to get out of the vehicle, you must exit the vehicle. Pennsylvania versus Mims covers that. >> And then that was extended by Marilyn v. Wilson. Okay. We're not here trampling on your rights. We're here. I'm doing my job making sure that you're not up to anything. And you're leading me to believe that there's some criminal activity. >> There's nothing going on, man. Could >> Can you see as a reasonable or prudent peace officer being with all my training, knowledge, expertise, running down meth and fetamine off these streets looking for drunks on the streets? Whenever I walk up after somebody's failing to maintain their lane, they're immediately aggressive. >> Why didn't you pull me over earlier? >> I was trying to give you somewhere to pull over. I was figuring you were going to pull over into the gas station and then you yanked it over here. All these people are here because I called off. We're turning left on the Level Grove. >> We're turning right on the Woodford Drive and then you flipped it in here. That's that that leads to us to believe that you could be running too. Do you see what I'm saying? I'm trying to make sure you're understanding where we're coming from. >> We're asking you. He asked you to search your truck because all those things that I just listed to you leads us to believe that there could be something in that truck or something that you're up to that you shouldn't be up to. >> I'm going alone. >> Okay. Have you had anything to drink that would make you fail to maintain your lane? Anything like that? >> Nothing. >> Would you be willing to let me check your eyes just to make sure that you are safe to drink? >> No, I'm not going to consent to any field soiety test, man. Every every attorney tells you don't do that. >> If you're if you're sober, why would >> I am sober? I'm 100% sober. >> Okay. Your eyes aren't reactive to light. When's the last time you smoked methamphetamine? >> I ain't smoke no methamphetamine. >> When's the last time you've used any sort of uh opioids or anything like that? >> I haven't used anything. I'm clean. I don't do anything. >> Adam, come here. You've been trained in this stuff. Look at his eyes. Let me see your eyes. Here. Look away from this blue box right here. Look away. >> Yeah. I ain't going to shine it directly in your eyes. I promise. I know it's bro. >> See, ain't nothing on there. >> Give just a minute. Lawn business, >> sir. >> You got a lawn business? >> No. No. I just do construction and stuff and blower just a less than blower comes in handy, man. More than one. >> Yeah, that's true. >> What? I see the rifle on the back. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Did you get anything recently? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I got a six point. >> Really? Where? >> Uh over in. Yeah. Good. Good size deer. >> Everybody's hunting nowadays. I don't do much hunting, but >> Yeah, it's fine. >> I I've hit a couple. >> Here in these back roads, I've hit a couple. >> Yeah, I had one hit me. >> [ __ ] If you go you wait a little longer, they'll be crossing the road here in a second. >> You ain't kidding. I got hit right here. One ran in the side of my truck just out of nowhere. >> Yep. There you go. Wow. This problem. Yeah. How long you been on the one? >> No, I'm not in Baldwin. I'm in Fort. >> Oh, okay. >> But like he explained >> Yeah. >> He was trying to pull, you know, he's watched you turn so many times it kind of sounds like you were running. >> So we start coming this way cuz he's not belong. We don't know what you're up to. Especially now that you know what I mean. How many you watch YouTube, bro? You see how many people they start shooting [ __ ] car all this crazy stuff nowadays. People don't People are relentless nowadays. So it's like, you know, we start coming. So yeah, that's good. That's good. >> Where you headed to, Boston? >> I'm headed to uh the place that I'm staying at, right? >> Oh, for you. Where up there? >> Huh? >> Where up there? >> Just up here on the left. Couple miles. >> What is it on Mud Creek? >> Yeah, >> it's on Mud Creek. It's just a house up there. >> Do you stay where? >> Uh Shore House. You renting it? >> Yeah. >> Is it before Garrison Road or you stay in one of those rental houses right there near Garrison Road? >> It's not that far. It's not that far. Okay. >> Where you coming from? >> Uh girlfriend's house. >> So explain to you why explain to you why we're all out here, right? >> Cuz I turn right here. Pull in. >> So he So here's the thing. He hit the blue lights back near the church back there. And then you kept rolling up through here. There was a store you could have stopped at. Turn lane you could have stopped in. You know, it's just awkward. You turn left out through here and you kept coming out through here till you got here. And you look like you're going to turn in the neighborhood here. >> Yeah. So >> right now >> put put yourself in our shoes. >> I get you know you got some weird you deal with some weirdos and stuff. I get that. >> So he ain't >> I ain't straight. I'm not running or nothing. >> You on paper anything? Nothing. You on paper or anything? >> Probation? >> Uh no. >> You're on probation? >> I ain't I ain't on I ain't on parole or nothing. >> You ever been in trouble? >> Not nothing. >> Not really nothing. Just misenership. >> Yeah. When was the last time you were in trouble? >> Probably two years ago. Three years ago. That was just an animal shelter. >> No hate towards this dude because even I had to learn too, man. When these officers trying to talk to you, just don't say nothing, man. Because they ain't trying to do nothing but try to ham you up. >> It was just an animal shelter. >> Oh, okay. >> You just trouble for some animal charges? Yeah, I've already been in court a little bit. >> But it's just I went looking for my dogs and uh they were closed and >> I've been show animal shelter. >> You show you ass animal shelter. >> I didn't [laughter] Well, I mean we got we went back. >> Yeah. Okay. Yeah. They showed you animal shelter. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I get it. >> Okay. They they called me. >> What's the address on your license? I haven't even asked you. Uh 7641 Duck Bridge. >> Dun Bridge. >> But you staying over here on Met Street. Yeah. >> How long you been over there? >> Uh just just started. >> Just moved there. >> Like two weeks, three weeks. >> Uh yeah, about that. >> You know, you know you got so many You only got a certain amount of days to check. >> Yeah, I heard. >> Yeah, 60 days. I just certain amount of days. All right. >> Yeah. Yeah. Should be all right for >> But this is Listen, here's my thing. thing. I don't really harp on that one, but if you catch a ticket and your license and your address is wrong, >> and it gets sent to your old address. >> Oh, yeah. >> Court date notification, you miss court, guess what happens? >> Warrant. >> Yeah. No license, get a warrant. Yeah. It's no fun. >> No fun. >> So, that's why I tell people I said, "Listen, I ain't out here writing you a ticket for not changing license." But when that mail don't come in the mail, >> Yeah. that makes sense. So, >> all right. Cool. >> What is your current address? What's the number? >> Alto, Georgia. >> That's where you live now. >> Yeah. >> I thought you were going to Mr. >> Yeah, I'm staying over here. >> Oh, >> but my uh last address is over. >> So, what's your address now? You get your mail at your last address, Phil, or you get your mail where you live now? >> Yeah, I get my mail at my last address. My mom lives upstairs just to make sure. >> Okay. He gets his mail at his mom's house. >> It's this one here, right? 7T Georgia. >> That's the address you get a mail at. Okay. >> Listen. >> I'm not trying to harp on you and cause you any fuss. You got to understand from where we're coming from, we're out here looking for people who ain't up to no good. And you're you're giving me a lot of signs that you could possibly be up to no good. Does that make sense? >> Now, after I'm talking with you and after I'm looking at you and you like, listen, >> you're fine. Okay? You are getting a ticket for failure to maintain lane. you're getting a warning for fair to yield. When blue lights come on, you stop. Doesn't matter how long. Even if it's you the finding a safe place and all that, we appreciate it, but don't do that because then it it gets you in a situation like this where we're thinking you're hiding something in the car cuz when we were at the red light, you're moving all around in the car, right? And I'm assuming that was you putting your your gun up. >> No. >> No. What were you doing? >> I was playing phone. >> No. >> I'm not going to write you a ticket for this. >> No. >> Well, listen. You're getting a ticket for failure to maintain lane. When you pass me at Duncan Bridge, BC Grant, and I have it where you were coming through the four-way. While you were passing me, I saw you all the way over that white line, my man. So, listen. What I need from you is a signature. Signature is not admission of guilt. It's just you saying you will either come to court or pay the fine and that you have received a copy of the citation. Okay? And we're going to go over your copy. Okay? >> You got an Yeah. Thank you. Your copy of the citation, sir. Your court date is going to be the 10th day of February at 4:00 at Falling Municipal Courthouse. I'm underlining the address there. Okay. Don't forget this court date. I'm putting a little box here so that it gives you a quick little reference. All right. If you choose to pay the citation, you can do that at this website. If you want to call and make have any questions about the citation, you can call this phone number here. Okay. That is your copy of the tickets. This next one here, all this is is a warning. No fines, no fees, nothing like that. Just saying that we talked about when blue lights come on, you stop your truck. Okay? There's that for you. >> And then your license, sir. It's about time you get a new one. >> I know, right? >> All right. Have a good night. >> Appreciate it. >> And in this video, this is the same officer getting called out for some stuff that he did to this guy's father >> from doing your job. And what exactly is that? To to to do something to a disabled veteran. Hey, can you talk to me? >> I'm not. >> Oh, so you can't talk. You let you you just like a disabled veteran get bit by a dog, man. You can get in the car and go >> uh this public in it. >> It is. >> So I So I'm free to stay, right? >> I'm not going to sit here and argue with you about it. >> But I'm free to stay. >> You're not going to stand here and yell. >> Okay. Okay. Well, um uh Mr. Campbell, >> but I'm not going to sit here and keep being recorded. >> But I'm going to record you because it's my right. >> Fine. >> But is is also you shouldn't let a dog go on a disabled veteran that just turned 67. You don't have to. You get in your car and you can leave. >> The same as you can stay, I can stay. >> The reason I come out here is cuz you're yellow. >> Because I'm talking to this man right here. Y'all stood on my daddy's neck. >> Well, yeah. You put Please keep the film >> because believe me, I'm gonna put a for you request in to get that. >> That is fine. It's right there. >> Yeah, it sure is. >> You can have it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. That that's that's awfully awfully terrible what you would do to a disabled veteran, a black man that just turned 67 years old, just turned 67, and you going to let a dog go on my dad and and that's all you can say is I can go. You have nothing else to say for yourself. You feel big. >> Hey, look, man. I'm not trying to get you on camera because you ain't got nothing to do with this. But what he did was wrong. And he's also done almost the same thing to her. >> And is it hard for y'all to believe that he won officer of the year? Because from the beginning, he wants to tell this guy that he looks nervous, but he doesn't want to put in the fact that it's really cold outside. >> So, I got to tell the truck man cuz you're super nervous. >> Yeah, that's just what every all the cops say. You're nervous. Why you nervous? And he wants to say he looks nervous, but this officer looked pissed off when he wouldn't let him search his truck. >> Huh? Search his truck. >> Yeah, I'm ready to go home, man. >> You could just see the steam coming out of his nose. And then this officer wants him to do field sobriety test. And this guy was not going for it. >> Would you be willing to let me check your eyes just to make sure that you are safe to drink? >> No, I'm not going to consent to any field sobriety test. >> If you're If you're sober, why would >> I am sober? >> When's the last time you smoked methamphetamine? >> I ain't smoke no methamphetamine. I don't blame him. I wouldn't do no field sobriety test either after officer just accused me of doing meth. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about this Cornelia, Georgia police officer for pulling this guy over and just straight up accuse him of doing meth, saying that, "Hey, man, just let me do a field sobriety test. Hey, man, let me search your truck." Like, this officer was really fishing for something, man. And he was upset that he couldn't do anything about it cuz as soon as he said no, you could just see how mad he was and frustrated he was that he couldn't search this guy's truck. And I mean, I don't blame him. you having this officer accuse him of multiple things. On top of that, they're over here asking him multiple times, "Where you coming from? Where you going? Where you coming from? Where you going?" And even in the other video where you had that guy confront Campbell about the situation that happened with his father, he didn't even want to talk about that, which just leads me to believe that this officer ran away, didn't want to talk about it, just shows the type of corruption that's going on with that police department. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
