You have an ID on you? >> No. >> Let me see your right hand. >> That's all right. >> Do you want to go to jail for obstruction? >> That's what you want to do to me? >> You don't want to identify yourself and you can go to jail. Either you identify yourself or I break your finger. >> Oh, well, if you want to break my finger, that's >> You want extra charges? This guy didn't do anything. I'm telling you, he came the same time we did. Like, >> always identify yourself. That's obstruction. If you don't, especially when we're doing an investigation, >> if he wasn't in uh involved as he saw him up front and he was like, Keith, that's not the other guy. >> Think this is right. >> All you got to do is identify yourself and you wouldn't be in this predicament. But why would I need to identify myself? >> Explained it to you guys. We get a call for service. >> You didn't get a call for service on me. >> Two males and a female. >> They didn't say two males and a female. >> Needed a supervisor for what? >> Yeah, I'm getting arrested for nothing. >> Did you identify yourself to this deputy when she asked you? Because we're investigating a crime. >> I wasn't part of the investigation. So, you're going along with this, too? >> Are you going to listen or you just No, I'm done. I don't need nothing else. >> You don't want an answer? That's fine. >> I don't need an answer. [music] >> [music] >> You don't give a officer their daily dose of that ID, they going to take you to jail. What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Penllis County Sheriff's Office over there in Florida where you had this Penllis County Sheriff Deputy, Deputy Mitchell. This is actually her being an instructor in a class. You know, the first thing she teaching, got to give that ID. And in today's video, you will see where they were coming to these two other people. And this guy right here was just standing next to them and he was just recording and you having these officers ask for his ID and he was telling I ain't give him my ID. I ain't doing nothing wrong. And you'll even hear the other people even tell the officers that, oh, this guy, he he didn't even do anything like he's not even part of the situation that we're calling about. But you already know, man, when officers addicted to that ID, they just got to get it. And that's in this case with Deputy Mitchell right here. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about it. Comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Guess somebody said uh that they thought we were trying to break into a house or something. I didn't even go over near that house. like that. We just got out. We walk we got into a wreck and for her therapy we just go out and walk when she can't sleep and stuff. >> I got you. When did you When was that? Like recent? >> Yeah, just a few minutes ago. >> No, the wreck. >> Uh the wreck happened back in March 2024. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. >> I gota So, just to get out of the house like when you're >> restless night. I can't stay in one position very long. >> I gota shoot. I feel like that too. Then what are you doing, man? Just riding. >> What I do? Yeah, >> I don't think you did anything, but >> you didn't have an ID on you? >> No. >> No. Okay. Let me see your right hand. >> That's all right. >> Okay. Do you want to go to jail for obstruction? >> If that's what you want to do, tell me. >> Okay. >> You don't want to identify yourself, then you can go to jail. >> I don't know his last name. I only know his first name as Sean. >> Let's take your backpack off cuz I don't want to have to cut it. Okay. >> All right. >> You want it? >> Yeah. pull if you have. There you go. >> It's all right. >> Come on, man. Just give your last name. >> I don't >> I only know your first. >> Yeah, I know. But there's no reason to ID me. >> I explained to you why we had to identify everyone. >> You don't got to identify me. I wasn't the one that these people pointed out. I'm here filming. >> You got a supervisor? >> I do have one. Yeah. Lots of super. >> So, either you identify yourself or I break your finger. What would you like? >> Oh, well, if you want to break my finger, that's ridiculous. I mean, that seems like excess. >> You can go to the jail as a John Doe and then not be released or get any kind of bond. >> If I'm going to jail, then, you know, I'll identify myself. But >> you are going to jail, so you can identify yourself >> right now. I don't think I'm going to jail. Well, you're in hand, guys. So, we can take your photo. We can do it that way, too. >> Yeah. >> And take his uh helmet off for me. >> Is this in here? >> I got the thing in my pocket. >> All right. Well, when we grab your stuff, I'll throw it in there. >> Jeffy Mitchell. All right. >> I got a knife in your pocket. So, I ask you about that. >> All right. Going to poke you. >> No. >> Anything concealed the stuff that you didn't find, but I don't want to have to give you a cardal. >> I'm not worried about anything. I can get his name. >> Huh? >> I can get his name. He's uh >> He has a wallet. >> Does he? He uh he's he's always filming. >> Yeah, he was filming. We're on that one. >> Uh Jose had gone out with him. Uh or Well, he's usually actually like >> really poly with us, but >> he just doesn't ever like to. Yeah. All right. Let me work through this, too. >> Did you give an ID? >> Yeah. >> ID. They're good. >> You checked them both? >> I didn't check her. I believe she gave >> Oh, no. She did. Mitchell, were you were Were you able to get her ID or No. >> Yeah, I already She sent 54. >> Cool. Thank you. >> You already know they had to go run them for warrants before they had to do any type of investigation. Was he uh 54292? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. All right. Were you Did you guys even just be up front with me, man? >> Did you guys even just walk up to that fence line like right where you parked? >> Yeah. >> That property there. Did you walk up to that fence line like look over or anything like that? >> I just got out. You know what I mean? That's all I did. >> Okay. Did you walk around to help her out of the car or anything? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right, man. >> I mean, this guy didn't do anything. I'm telling you, he came the same time we did. Like, >> I understand that. I'm familiar with him. Do you know him? >> No. My first time I've ever seen that. >> I'm familiar with him. The reason he's going though is cuz always identify yourself to us. That's obstruction if you don't, especially when we're doing an investigation, which we are right now. >> Yeah. >> Um, but otherwise, I mean, >> I just want to give you a hard time. >> Did you put him in the stuff? I understand that. >> No, I can't. Yeah. >> Um, but you got his ID, you said. >> Yep. >> Oh, that's good. All right, you guys are good. Uh, continue your walk. Just >> I apologize. >> No, you're good. Just I guess be careful where you park. Some people just >> I understand. >> Even if it seems sketchy. Um, other than that, you're good to go. All right. You have good, right? that he saw. But I don't think he wasn't uh involved when I saw who it was here cuz he saw him up front and he was like, "Keep, that's not the other guy." But I didn't know who the two guys that you guys were out with. >> You think this is right? >> All you got to do is identify yourself and you wouldn't be in this predicament. >> But why would I need to identify myself? >> Cuz I explained it to you guys. We get a call for service. >> You didn't get a call for service on me. said two males and a female. >> They didn't say two males and a female. I followed the sheriff over here from US 19. So, I followed the sheriff here, but that's okay. This seems retaliatory. >> I could have sworn that officer said that this guy had nothing to do with it. It's just that she was just hungry for his ID. >> But that's okay. This seems retaliatory cuz I followed you guys here. I wasn't here when you guys got here. I followed you guys to this to this place >> right here with them when we pulled up. Yeah, I followed them here. It's all right, though. The sheriff did the the guy who said that the the people walking this way when he told the people walking this way, he didn't say me and I was standing 10 ft in front of him, he said that guy's recording. That's what the guy said. >> What guy? The guy who called the police on them, he told the officer that I was recording and now you guys are arresting me. >> You're allowed to record. >> Yeah, I know. >> Not the issue. >> Well, I'm arrested for recording. You don't have no supervisor available. >> I can see if he's available. >> It's not going to change anything. I asked for a supervisor way over there. >> You asked me if I had a supervisor. You didn't ask for one. >> Oh, wow. >> Sean, I'm Corporal Cox. You needed a supervisor for what? >> Yeah, I'm getting arrested for nothing. >> Did you identify yourself to this deputy when she asked you? >> No. >> Then guess what? You're getting arrested for >> what? >> Because we're investigating a crime. >> I wasn't part of the investigation. >> When you don't identify yourself? I wasn't part of the investigation. I followed you guys here to film. >> When you don't identify yourself, >> we're doing an investigation. >> What's your name? Corporal. What? >> Corporal Cox. >> Corporal Cox. Thank you. Okay. So, you're going along with this, too? >> Are you going to listen or you just >> I'm done. No, I'm done. I'm done. I don't need nothing else. >> You don't want an answer? That's fine. >> I don't need an answer. With a supervisor like that, I see why these officers feing for that ID. >> Said a retaliatory arrest. >> What? >> Retaliatory arrest. >> You were with the three people. You were one of the three people. >> Well, the person didn't say I was with the person also and the sheriff's who pointed out those two people. I was with the sheriff when he told the other sheriff to go stop them people. I wasn't with them people until the other sheriff was told to stop them. But it's okay. >> You can claim that I was with them people, but I wasn't with them people. This officer was so hungry for that damn ID because even from the beginning when she was arresting him, she over here threatened him say, "Look, you want your finger broken or do you want to identify?" >> So, either you identify yourself or I break your finger. What would you like? >> I want to break my finger. That's extra charges. Ridiculous. >> Yeah. You know, she don't mind throwing some extra charges. And then you even having the other officer so you know he has to identify as obstruction even though they're telling him that he's not even part of the situation. >> This guy didn't do anything. I'm telling you he came same time we did like >> I understand that always identify yourself to us. That's obstruction if you don't >> even know that he's not a part of it. Okay. And then when that supervisor came he didn't want to talk to her after he heard how she was talking. And I don't blame him either >> because we're investigating a crime. >> I wasn't part of the investigation. >> Are you going to listen or you just going? >> I'm done. No, I'm done. I'm done. I don't need nothing else. >> You don't want an answer? That's fine. >> I would be done too dealing with that type of supervisor. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about these Penllis County Sheriff officers for arresting this guy all because he didn't want to give up his ID? Even though you had both parties tell these officers that this guy was not part of it. He had nothing to do with this situation. They want to say that he's obstructing when he was literally not doing anything but recording. But you having Officer Mitchell getting hurt feelings that he wasn't giving up his ID. Wants to say, "I'll break your finger if you don't want to identify yourself. Oh yeah, we'll just take you to the jail and take your picture." like they're so hungry for this guy's ID when he ain't do nothing wrong at all. And it just goes to show how petty officers be and how hungry they really get when it comes to getting that ID. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day and a wonderful Monday. [music] >> [music]
