Why is my son detained? I will interfere by crossing the street so I can hear what's going on. And you're not going to stop me from doing it. How come he doesn't have the right to talk to his son? He's a minor. My son is a minor and he I need to go to the ground, buddy. So you understand, you're a witness here. Oh yeah, I believe it. Explain to him he's not allowed to walk across the street. He'd be obstructing our investigation. >> Well, his minor son is being spoken to by police officers. He has a right. >> know what's going on over there. We're investigating a fight in the public. It's a crime. >> His son, dude. He's a minor. Turn over there, cop. Yo, we need to tell him that he needs to stay back. He needs to stay back. How's that work? It's a minor child. You guys tell me I can't go with them. They can't see me and my son. You want to tell him? No, you guys haven't done nothing but try to force me into the ground. There's absolutely no reason why I couldn't get a little bit closer to my son to hear what's going on. >> [music] [music] >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Wenatchee Police Department over there in Washington where you had these Wenatchee police officers arrest this dad because he wanted to go be with his son. You having these officers respond to a fight happening. So they were questioning this father-son and you having him saying, "Well, I need to go be there with him. Y'all cannot talk to him without a parent being present." And for some reason, these officers really do act blind to the law whenever they trying to question some people get answers out of people. They really don't want nobody knowing that they ain't got to answer no questions, I guess. I'mma watch it get my reaction and let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Make sure you don't. Cuz we need to be able to know who you are. >> Why is my son detained? Would you stop filming, please? Answer the question and I will. Sir, I already answered it for you. He's fighting in public. He's fighting in the park. Defending himself. Okay. But what I heard, he got pushed and he was defending himself. We need to figure that out. Yeah, we're trying to stop it. >> Okay. We just got here and we're the >> too, but I show up and see my son get pushed to the ground and cuffed. How would you feel if you showed up and your son talk to I mean, would you Do you understand like a It's your brother. But, how do you think we feel when you come running up on us And you are acting aggressive with us, sir. I didn't get aggressive yet. There was no aggression there. Yes. I might raise my voice, but I didn't get No. There's a difference with that. But, you started touching me and 100% on that. 100% on that. I pointed over towards my side. I didn't intentionally put my stuff your hand out. Oh, yeah. And you put your hand out, too. So, I mean, but anyway, I got flicks in that. I didn't We're going to get it calmed down cuz they're going to get the story right. Mostly calm. I'm as calm as they're going to get without knowing Can I get your name, sir? Yeah. Yeah, I gave it to you. All right. He was watching that. I didn't get it. I didn't write it down. I don't know I don't have that best that good of a memory. Can I get your phone number? I don't know if you really need it at this point. Just we just we contacted you and were you a witness? I'm already I'm already in the system. No, I literally just ran up here. Okay. I'm already in the system. You run my name, you'll find it. You'll see it. But, you said you do have a CPL, though? Yes, I do. Okay. Do you want to see it? No, it's okay. Sure. Don't worry about it. Thank you for letting us know, though. I appreciate that. Yep. When we approached him the last time he waited The caller is here and we'll make sure he listens, but please remove him from the car. When we approached him, he completely ignored us. He did not listen to anything. I just We got the phone call and we I ran up here. That's That's it. Sir. I won't get him. I won't interfere with the vibe. I'm crossing the street so I can hear what's going on. Right. And you're not going to stop me from doing it. How come he doesn't have the right to talk to his son? Because he's a minor. He's a minor. You're going to get yourself He's a minor. You will be putting handcuffs He's a minor. Dude, you need to go to the ground, buddy. Man, they really don't want him to talk to his son. 10 ft. I SAID I WAS GOING TO GIVE YOU GUYS 10 FT. I WASN'T GOING TO INTERFERE. I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. RIGHT. HEY, LISTEN. I'll stop right now. I'm putting my hands I'm putting my hands cuz he's a Hey, he's a I'm putting my hands down my back cuz he's a he's a I'm trying not to. I'm just saying that I got my face smashed in the ground. Okay, please you don't need to put me in handcuffs. Sir, thank you for staying out of it. Yep. Who are you? I was already trying to stay out of this thing. I I am staying back, but who are you? I was watching my [ __ ] son. Okay. You have a You have an information badge, something like that? You know what I mean? You know what I mean? It's It's fair. It's fair for you You know what I mean? You come out of out of nowhere. You know what I mean? I was driving by and I see a whole crowd here in trouble. That's me. Okay. I said I wasn't going to interfere. I was going to stay 10 ft back. You understand you're a witness here. Oh, yeah. I fully I need to explain to him he's not allowed to walk across the street. He'd be obstructing our investigation. But his minor son is being spoken to by police officers. He has a right. I don't know what's going on over there, but what I'm saying to him is we're investigating a a fight in the public. It's a crime and him walking over But he But he has a right to to to for his son. It's his son, dude. He's a minor. He's a Exactly. I understand that. But we need to tell him to stay He needs to stay back. He needs to stay back, okay? How How How's that work? It's a minor child. It's a child. It's all right. All I wanted to do is hear what was going on with my son. It's all I wanted to do. Do you have your phone, [ __ ] All right. Every night I'm going to be over there watching my son. I told you that I would stay away. No. I just wanted to watch the street like I did before with you. Sir. Get out of these cabs. Did you need an ambulance? I need you to get out of my car. You're nothing more than you illegal. 100%? The minor? So, you're bleeding a little bit. We're going to have an ambulance come and just take a look at you, okay? I don't need no [ __ ] ambulance, man. I'm going to be honest, my my niece is coming over. Okay, here. She can come She can come to you. >> Okay, that's fine. Go ahead, sit down. You all right, sister? Go ahead, baby. Go ahead. There. Go over here. You got your phone with you? This is why you don't hang out with people we tell you not to hang out with. >> [laughter] >> Let's just walk down the aisle. >> [laughter] >> Go ahead, walk down the aisle there. Go tell mom Let mom know what's going on. I am. I don't have to listen to everything you guys say. You are not You don't go in and [ __ ] everything you say is law. That isn't how the world works. I was not detained. If I give you guys 10 ft, I have every right to walk closer and record and all that [ __ ] But instead, I got attacked. And when he when he first came up, that officer put his hand instantly on him. Like that's That's not okay. >> time I got attacked. This is the second time I got attacked on the same scene by you guys. So I'm sorry, it's like it doesn't help me calm down when you guys start putting your hands on me and telling me I can't go within 10 ft of my son. He's a minor. Sir, No, you guys haven't done nothing but try to force me to the ground. He's going to get you in the car and we'll read you your rights so we can have a conversation, okay? Yeah, that's fine. I'll fight these charges and I'll probably win. And then I'll probably turn it into a lawsuit because this is just pathetic. It's really pathetic. There's actually no reason why I couldn't get a little bit closer to my son to hear what's going on. We can help you out, sir. Go and roll down. You don't want to actually There you go. I guess these cops didn't want this dad to let his son know that he doesn't have to answer their questions. Because from the beginning, these officers could not give a reason why this dad couldn't go talk to his son. But boy, they would try their hardest to not let him go over there. He's a minor. You will be put in handcuffs. But even when this guy was trying to tell this officer that he is a minor, he has to have his parent present, you having this officer not even say anything. If he were to walk across the street, he'd be obstructing our investigation. But his minor son is being spoken to by police officers. He has a right. I don't know what's going on over there. And him walking over But he has the right to to to for his son. It's his son, dude. He's a minor. He's saying he doesn't know what's going on over there, but yet he says he's obstructing his investigation. And even towards the end, they still couldn't explain to this guy why he couldn't go talk to his son, but they had every right to put him in the back of the police car and take him to jail. >> No, you guys haven't done nothing but try to [ __ ] force me to the ground. We're going to get you in the car when we get you your rights so we can have a conversation, okay? There's actually no reason why I couldn't get a little bit closer to my [ __ ] son to hear what's going on. >> We can help you out, sir. You want to roll down? You want to roll down that sleeve? Yeah, let us help you up after we slammed you on the ground because you wanted to go talk to your son. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. How you feel about these one-actual police officers for stopping this dad for going to go talk to his son. You have him telling him he is a minor. He has to have a parent present. You have them say, "Oh, no, man. It's going to obstruct our investigation. You can't go over there." Yet, whenever this guy says he has to have a parent present, you have the other cop saying, "Well, I don't know what's going on over there, but if he goes over there, he's obstructing." If you don't know what's going on over there, then how can he be obstructing? At the end of the day, these officers didn't want this dad to go tell his son that he didn't have to answer their questions and that he could remain silent. Because one thing officers do love is when people don't know their rights and they really do hate it when someone tries to inform them. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
