[music] [music] What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Cullen Beach Police Department over there in Australia. And today's a little bit of a different video. It still deals with police harassment because to be honest, it really doesn't even matter what country it's in because if somebody has some power in their police officer, they will definitely abuse it. In this case, that's what happened right here. You having this guy that was just taking a hike and he was in his car, he was taking a nap, going to sleep, and then you having these officers just roll up on him, just start harassing him. And then you having this officer telling him to leave. So he turns his car on getting ready to leave. And then this officer reaches to his car, hits him in the face and said, "Where do you think you going? You just told this guy to leave and now you want to assault him. And it's just crazy because this officer couldn't think of anything this guy did wrong. So he just straight up said, "Oh yeah, you're drinking." And when he put out that breathalyzer just like American cops, man, end up looking stupid when he blew zeros. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> And you parked where you're not meant to be. >> I'm just filming so there's transparency for >> Okay. Point your window down. >> No, I'm not going to put my keys in my ignition. >> What's that? Sorry. I'm not going to wind my window down. >> Have you been drinking, have you, mate? >> No, I haven't been drinking. >> Well, you're going to have to move your car cuz you parked in a place that you're not allowed to park and you're making a mess here. >> I'm making a mess there. >> Yeah, you got your noodles and stuff on both sides of the car. >> It's not my noodles. >> Pardon? >> Not my noodles. Well, they are cuz they're in front of your wheel and there's some on the other side, too. >> All right, that'll hold up. And >> so, what do you uh what do you want me to do? >> I want you to move your vehicle cuz you're parked illegally. >> All right. >> Can you do that or not? >> I know. Pardon? >> I don't know. Let me get in there. Why don't you know? >> Why are you getting cheeky? I'm asking you if you're all right. >> I don't have to talk to you. I'm moving my car. It's fine. >> You want to pick up your leftover noodles cuz you'll just run over the top of them. >> I don't know what noodles you're talking about on the other side. it. >> Hold this. Otherwise, there's >> Pick up your rubbish and then move your vehicle. >> Pick up my rubbish. >> Yeah. >> What are you doing grabbing my key? What are you doing grabbing my key, mate? >> Grab me. What are you >> filming? Are you filming this? Sorry. >> He just slapped me in the face. >> What are you doing? >> What do you mean? What am I doing? >> Grabbing me, squeezing my arm. >> What are you talking about? You just reached into my car and then smacked me in the head. It's fine. I'll take this to court. >> It's fine. I'll take this to court, mate. >> Have you been drinking? >> No, I haven't been drinking. I've been sitting here. >> Well, why are you acting like you have been? >> I just woke up. You just woke me up. You just woke me up and then you just smacked me in the face. It's fine. I'm already in court. You >> grabbed my arm. >> No, I didn't. I'm already in call with you guys. You tried to reach in my car and grab my key. >> Yeah, because I think you've been drinking. So, I'm going to >> Cuz you think I've been drinking? >> Yeah. 100%. >> 100%. >> Just like an American cop throwing a whole bunch of BS at you when they can't get you for anything. >> 100%. Mate, you you're going to lose your job. Tyrant, you know, mate, >> you grab my arm. >> Grab your arm. What are you talking about? You're already backpedaling cuz you know you can't slap me in the face for no reason. >> Under your door. >> Undo your door for what? Why are you reaching into my car? Because we're going to my car. Give me >> Why? Why? >> Give me your keys. >> So, he's taking my keys for no reason. >> No, I want you to turn your alarm off. >> There you go. >> Why did you touch my door? >> My name cons Scott Beach Police. What is this on? Has this been on? Has your Is your body camera on? >> See that little record thing there? >> I asked you a question. Has it been on? Have you been drinking tonight? >> I'll ask for this and call this. >> Have you been drinking tonight? >> No, I haven't been drinking tonight. >> What's your probable cause of me drinking >> because your indisher tells me that you may have been drinking. >> What? Can you just find that >> under or you're under the influence of something? >> What? Because I came here and I was sleeping. >> No, you're >> And what are you talking about? This isn't a This isn't a traffic stop. I'm sitting in my car. Car is not on. >> Yeah, but you're in charge. >> I'm in charge? >> Yep. >> What's that mean? >> You're in control of vehicle. Well, you're in the driver's seat with your seat belt on. Keys in the vehicle. >> I just put it on before cuz you asked me to move it. >> I just put it on cuz you asked me to move it, which is on your body camera as well. >> Have you been drinking, pal? >> Pal, I haven't been drinking, pal. But you're idiot. You slap me in the face. >> Yeah, because you grab pulled it over the over the window. >> Yeah, sure, mate. Sure. You reach into my car and I grab your arm, pull it in the car to stop you from driving off cuz I believe you've been >> You're driving off. >> Yeah. >> Oh, you you're liars and liars. He grabbed my arm. I mean, >> slapped me across the face. >> Hit me with a closed fist. >> It was an open hand, actually. >> It's fine, man. It's all I can put the pieces together. >> Yeah. >> Well, the whole thing will be on video, mate. >> Yeah, I know. It's the beauty of it. >> So, he's >> all right. My name's Senior Con Beach Police. What was that? What was your name, sir? >> Senior Constible Scott. >> Senior Constible Scott. Do you have >> a senior constible and acting like a tyrant? Typical. >> So, what if I refuse? >> What's the ground on you making me have a breathalyzer? >> Because, mate, you're in charge of a motor vehicle. Okay. >> Cuz I'm in charge. >> The seat belts your seat belts on. Keys need. >> As I said, you you made me put my seat belt on before. >> Yeah. >> You said to my stop from moving. You You've grabbed my arm. >> All right. >> How you going with that really held up in court, mate? Okay. >> Yeah, good one. You DPP people are going to be Oh, that's up again. >> Fantastic, mate. >> Yeah, fantastic. You're an idiot. >> Absolute idiot. >> So, are you going to detain me if I don't uh submit to your breathalyzer and give you a sample of alcohol? >> Yeah, that's my question. So, you're going to arrest me if not? >> Yes, mate. >> All right, then I'll do it. That's fine. >> Okay, mate. Require first on your breath for a breath test. Okay. to comply with my requirement directly to place your mouth over the mouthpiece of the device. That's that end there. All right. Play directly and continuously through that device until told to stop by me. Do you understand? >> I don't understand. >> Do you need me to explain it again? >> I know one big breath stand on anything, mate. >> Okay. >> Your authority is bull. Why are you shaking? You know, >> keep going, mate. Keep going harder. Was that not enough? >> It was just long enough. Yeah, it was >> just long enough. >> I don't drink. I don't do anything. >> Okay. Well, that's fine. >> Why are you shaking, mate? You know, like you sub. It's all right. >> No, >> no, it's all right. I forgive you. It's fine. >> All right, mate. Pick up your rubbish. Move your car over in the car park if you want to sleep here. Not at the end here. was not see the yellow lines yellow marking on the on the ground. >> You see the yellow markings on the ground? >> No, I didn't notice it to be honest. >> Yeah, cuz people come up here and they can't turn around. Then they got to back down there and it ends up in a an accident. >> No. Well, I would would hate anybody to have an accident. >> Yeah, >> that's right. >> Well, that's fine. That's all you got to do the first time. >> There you go. >> That's not mine. It is. Okay. It's from the other side. That's yours. >> I can put it in the bin. That's fine. But >> there you go. That's yours. >> Just I'll mate. I'll put it in the bin. >> Just put it all here and I'll jump out and put it in the bin. >> All right. Cool. Here's one. >> Mate, just pick up your rubbish. Put in the bin. We got better things to do now. All right, that's where it needs to be. There we go. Not being rude. >> Need to turn your light on. Good one. Good one, mate. >> See you, mate. See you in court. >> Yeah, same court. >> Might be a different country, but still got the same ego problems. Because from the beginning, this guy even told this officer like, "What do you want me to do?" And this officer says, "I want you to move." >> What do you want me to do? >> I want you to move your vehicle. >> Keith, what are you doing grabbing my keyway? [ __ ] grabbed me. >> This slapped me in the face. >> He literally told this guy to move. And when this guy was going to move his car, this officer wants to reach in his car and hit him. And it's crazy how not even in America, but they still use the same tactics. I believe that you're drunk. >> Asked for this in court. >> Have you been drinking tonight? >> No, I haven't been drinking tonight. What's your probable cause of me drinking? >> Because your dish tells me that you may have been drinking. >> You're not bowing down to your knees for me, so I think you're drunk. But yeah, when he blew in that breathalyzer, man, that officer sure looked stupid. It was just long enough. Yeah, it was just long enough. >> And just like an American cop gets in their feelings when they get proven wrong. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about this colorbone police officer for pulling up on this guy when this guy was doing nothing but just minding his own business. You having this officer telling him to leave. He's getting ready to leave. And when this officer wants to reach inside his car and try to take his keys and then hits him in the process, this officer even missed that. He hits him and then he said, "Oh, you know what? I believe that you're under the influence." Then gets a breathalyzer. Didn't even blow anything. This officer wants to be like, "Oh, he was just under." But yet, he didn't want to say the number that he blew. This officer knew that he was wrong, so he couldn't really say anything but just look really stupid. And it just goes to show, like I said, no matter what country it is or anything. If somebody has some power in their police officer, they will abuse it. And this is just another case of that. Doesn't matter if it's in America or in England or in Australia. If they got that power and they abuse it, they're going to be a tyrant. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
