Oh, getting pulled over. What are you pulling me over for? >> You're driving around a construction zone in the middle of the night. >> So, do you suspect me of a crime? >> First of all, yes. I >> What uh traffic violation do you suspect me of committing? >> You're not going to answer my question or >> There isn't a traffic violation. >> Okay. So, you're pulling. Is that a misdemeanor or a felony? >> I was sitting up there. I saw you come down >> and >> All right. Then I saw you make a Hold on. I saw you make a left. >> Then you went up. You came back around. I saw you go out. Then you turned around and came back and now you're back here. That's what makes it suspicious. Okay. And the fact that it's past midnight. >> Well, no, because this is a public street. [music] [music] >> What's good YouTube? It's BBS back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Elmor Police Department over here in Texas where you had this LMOR police officer pull this guy over because driving past midnight is suspicious. You will see where this officer stopped this guy. This guy did not break not one traffic violation. He did not even do anything at all. Only thing he was doing was just minding his own business. And apparently that's suspicious to officers. You will see that this officer was doing nothing but just fishing or he was just bored cuz he had nothing better to do or he just didn't feel like handling real crime. I'm going to watch it. Get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. Oh, getting pulled over. Hello. >> Yes, sir. >> Can you roll down your window, please? >> For what? >> Can you roll down your window, please? >> Is that a lawful order? >> Yes, it is. >> It is. >> Yes. It's not a big deal, bro. >> All right. >> My name is Officer Bain. >> Yes, sir. How can I help you? You have your driver's license. >> Why are you pulling me over for? >> Well, first of all, you're driving around a construction zone in the middle of the night. >> Mhm. >> All right. And we just had a recent uh stolen stolen wires and stuff. >> So, do you suspect me of a crime? >> You're First of all, yes, I do. >> You do? So, I'm going to remove my safety belt so I can reach for my driver license. >> All right, that's fine. You work for a construction company out here? >> I don't answer questions. Okay. And what what uh traffic violation do you suspect me of committing? >> This officer is not saying anything at the moment cuz he's trying to collect all of his lies to tell this guy. >> What uh traffic violation do you suspect me of committing? >> Appreciate You're not going to answer my question or >> I already explained it to you. >> There isn't traffic violation. >> Okay. So, you're pulling >> activity. >> Is that a misdemeanor or a felony? >> Well, now it's nothing. >> But because suspicious activity, I can investigate it. >> Oh, yeah. I'm not tell I'm not saying you can't investigate it, but >> you want me to explain to you why it's suspicious? Cuz I was sitting up there. I saw you come down >> and >> All right. Then I saw you make Hold on. I saw you make a left. >> Then you went up. came back around. That's how you go out. Then you turn around and came back. Now you're back here. >> Okay. >> All right. Where there's a school that's under construction >> and there's houses that have yet to be built, but there's wires back there. >> Okay. >> All right. That's what makes it suspicious. Okay. And the fact that it's past midnight. >> Oh, so there's a curfew out here. >> Is there a curfew out here? >> No, there's not a curfew. But it's just like if you're at a business that's closed and you're there after hours, anything that's kind of suspicious? Well, no, because this is a public street. >> Back there's not open yet. >> Okay. Well, I didn't know because there's street signs. I'm I'm going by street signs. >> Okay. I mean, you could be like I asked, you could be as well as working for one of the companies, driving around and checking the sites. >> You could be out here looking for homes and looking in the area. >> That's what I'm investigating. >> Okay. >> All right. >> You're still not going to know. >> That's why I'm investigating, right? >> All right. So, did my ID tell you if I'm looking for a house or going to break into a house or I mean I I don't understand what the ID was for. >> You don't understand what >> I don't understand what the ID was for. >> I identify who we're dealing with under the suspicious circumstances. >> Yeah. But are you familiar with 382? >> I have to be lawfully arrested for me to present an ID, don't I? I mean, I haven't committed a traffic infraction. >> No, it's under suspicious circumstances. All right. >> All right. And And who are you with? You never told me your name or what department? >> I did tell you my name. Survey. >> But what? Okay. City of Elor. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I thought it was Bear County out here. >> What county? I thought it was Bear County that pulled me over cuz I mean you just said officer so and so. I didn't know what department you're with or what a agency. So, okay. >> All right. You have yourself a good night. Just another example how bored these officers get because from the beginning when this officer gave him the reason why he stopped him, you already knew it was going to be some BS. >> You're driving around a construction zone in the middle of the night. >> Mhm. >> All right. And we just had a recent uh stolen stolen wires and stuff. >> So, do you suspect me of a crime? >> You're first of all, yes, I do. That hesitation that this officer gave me was the only answer I needed. And then when he asked what traffic violation he committed, you having this officer just be quiet. What uh traffic violation do you suspect me of committing? >> That silence that that officer gave them was definitely loud. But for some reason in Texas, whenever you mention 3802, they just act like they don't know what you're talking about. >> So did my ID tell you if I'm looking for a house or going to break into a house or I mean I I don't understand what the ID was for. But are you familiar with 382? I mean, I haven't committed a traffic infraction. >> No, it's under suspicious circumstances. >> I guess his officer is going to stop every car that he sees that's driving past midnight. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. How you feel about this Elenor police officer for pulling this guy over for literally no reason at all. This guy was just doing nothing but just minding his own business. But you having this officer saying, "Well, you know, you're driving past midnight, so I need to get your ID." And even this guy asked him like, "What traffic violation did I commit?" This officer didn't want to say nothing. And then when he mentioned 3802, this officer act like he didn't know what he was talking about. And it just goes to show, man, especially in Texas, you have these cops that they ain't got nothing better to do. So they just go out harassing people that just minding their own business. As soon as a real crime happen and real situations happening, they're nowhere to be found. Trust me, I see it plenty of times down here. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. >> Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. [music]
