I want your driver's license. I want it now. >> Why? >> Because I'm a law enforcement officer and you're going to give me your driver's license. >> Okay. For what reasonable? What crime? >> I'll find out who you are. >> Yeah. And now you chose to retaliate because I chose to use my first amendment. Exactly. >> One of them. >> Yeah. Well, I'm one of them. Somebody who knows my rights. How about I don't answer questions. >> You're one of them. >> One of them. That shows you how much respect you have for the people who pay your bills. >> You pay my bills. >> You're a welfare recipient. >> So, good. Good. Good. >> Keep it up. Get control of your dogs, people. That's why you're a resource officer and not actually on the streets. >> Okay, right now you're being disorderly and you're about to be placed under control. >> Okay, I'm being disorderly. [music] What's good, YouTube? It's BB Cass back in with another video and another reaction. Hope y'all are having a wonderful Thanksgiving. I know I'm f to have a good one, too. And today's video is from the Poland Township Police Department over there in Ohio where you had this Poland Township Resource Officer getting his feelings and was on the biggest power trip with this guy. You having this guy that was parked in this parking spot, they were telling him he couldn't park there. He said, "All right, cool. I remember that." He got back in his car and you will see that this police officer decides to be on a power trip. And when he was telling this officer that he needs to work on his attitude and work on his temper, that he should not even work for the public. He's going to act like this. You will see where this officer even gets more upset. So much so that his own supervisor was even telling him to calm down. And it just goes to show, man, some of these officers, there's a reason why they never level up or go to sergeant status because of their temper. And this is just another example of that. I'm going to watch my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> I want your driver's license. I want it now. >> Why? >> Because I'm a law enforcement officer and you're going to give me your driver's license. >> Okay. For what reasonable what crime? >> I'll find out who you are. >> Okay, that's fine. Hi. I don't know. He he was pulling out and shouting me when I was in my car after asking me if I'd been told I can't park here. I said, "Okay, I'll keep that in mind in the future." And he was leaving. She's talking to me. You want to interrupt or do you want me to answer her question? >> She asked me a question. Do you want to be rude? Yes. Look at the attitude on his face. >> Look how angry this dust is. >> You cannot park. >> Yeah, I I understand that. And I said, "Okay, I'll keep that in mind in the future. I I won't park here anymore." I got in my car. I closed it. And he continued chirping it with his window down at me as he pulled out. >> Yeah. He kept yelling and yelling and yelling on his way out. So I >> But my question is is did I commit a crime? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I know. But he he had no problem. He had no problem with that when he was leaving and then he backed up to escalate the situation. >> Okay. >> Okay. So I'm asking for a supervisor if that's at all possible. >> Supervisor. That's why he >> Okay. I I need to get a supervisor because I think he's and >> I'm his supervisor. So he can post after the fact >> try to turn it into something and escalate. >> I need Can I see your license, please? Just so I can identify so I know who I'm talking to. >> What's your first >> Is there is there a a crime? >> Yeah, you're illegally car, >> right? But there wasn't a problem with that when he was leaving originally. Now it's a problem. So he's escalating and retaliating because I chose to use free speech. >> Demand his >> You have the right to demand my ID for no crime. >> ID for no crime. The >> Supreme Court has ruled on that. Mhm. >> Hand it to her, but you're handing it to somebody. >> I'm not going to do anything with you. You are out of out of your mind. >> Okay. Deescalate. >> Okay. Okay. Stop. >> That's what I asked him to do in the first place. And he chose to back up, peel tire to come back here to give me a harding time. >> Did you say anything to him? >> Yeah. I said, "Why do you got to keep chirping? Why don't you deescalate like you're supposed to?" And then he backed up. >> You escalated. >> I was in my car with my door shut, putting my car in reverse. He had his window down, pulled up, and continued to chirp through my window as he was pulling out. And I I got out of the car and asked him, I said, "Are you going to continue to escalate this?" >> So, >> all right. Can you see your license? >> Sure. So, I can identify. >> He's been suspended. >> Oh, so he's suspended. >> He's been suspended. >> Are you the registr? >> Yes. >> I need to have your license. >> You can see it, right? >> Okay. >> I'm going to take it out cuz I need to identify you and I'm about to go running on the computer. >> I only have to present it. So, what is your name and your badge number, sir? >> No. >> No. You're refusing. >> Are you refusing to identify yourself? How am I supposed to know that you have any authority to ask for my information? >> If you won't identify yourself, is it your policy or not? >> Yeah. Maybe you should watch some videos and learn to keep your [ __ ] cool. Huh? >> Yeah, we're going to watch YouTube videos. >> Why don't you learn how to keep your cool? >> Why don't you learn how to park? Why don't you learn how to keep your cool? >> You're not on the ground, are you? I've kept my cool. [laughter] >> So, you're telling me that you would violate my rights physically >> if you lost your cool? >> No. >> I would take you for refusing to identify yourself. That is a jailable offense. I would tow your car that you >> And what was And what was the crime when you were leaving and you chose to come back and retaliate? >> If you needed assistance, >> you came back to retaliate. >> I told you to have a nice day. You got out of your car. I thought you >> Yeah, I was already leaving. You drove past with your window down chirping at me. And now you chose to retaliate because I chose to use my first amendment. >> You know what? >> Exactly. >> One of them. >> Yeah. Oh, I'm one of them. Somebody who knows my rights. >> You're one of them. >> Yeah. >> What are you delivering? >> And this officer is clearly one of them to get so mad that he turns into a tomato. >> My First Amendment. >> You know what? >> Exactly. >> One of them. >> Yeah. Oh, I'm one of them. Somebody who knows my rights. >> One of them. >> Yeah. What are you delivering? >> None of your business. >> I don't answer questions. How about I don't answer questions. >> You're one of them. >> One of them. That shows you how much respect you have for the people who pay your bills. >> You pay my bills. >> You're a welfare recipient. >> Good. Good. Good. >> Keep it up. >> Okay. >> This get control of your dogs, people. dogs. >> That's why you're a resource officer and not actually on the streets. >> Okay, right now you're being disorderly and you're about to be placed under control. >> Okay, I'm being disorderly. >> You are being very disorderly. >> What's the problem? >> I don't know. He He It started off fine. He asked me if I was told I can't park here. I says, "No, I didn't know that. I won't do it in the future. Where should I park?" He told me back there. I said, "Cuz these ones had no parking." I got in my car, closed the door, no problem. He rolls his window down, passenger window down, chirps at me some more through the thing, pulls out to the street. >> Okay. >> And I got out of my car. I'm like, "Are you going to deescalate or you going to keep trooping about this?" And then he peels tires, backs up, and demands my identification now as retaliation for using my First Amendment protected speech to ask him to ask him if he's going to deescalate or keep being an assh. >> Yeah, but you shouldn't have as you should have. >> He should have deescalated in the first place and kept going. >> But then you chirped out at >> You were leaving already. You didn't give two [ __ ] about me being parked illegally. >> You can't park there. >> Yeah, I I understand that now. >> Yeah, I understand that now. It's all been covered now. And it it was covered peacefully and calmly until he chose to retaliate and keep running his mouth about some cuz he didn't like that I had an attitude. He even asked me before I got in the car, "Oh, you got an attitude." I'm like, "Where should I park?" I didn't know where to park. These pines all say no parking. He I pulled up. It was because I go, "Oh, well, you were parked there and not in your vehicle when I got here. Otherwise, somebody would have told me not to park here." That's what he caught an attitude about. >> School requires them to park. >> Yeah. No, I understand that. >> They want to be out in the open. >> I understand all that. It's fine. It was all handled calmly until he decided to be an F. >> You're going to think twice about doing something at the school. >> Right. Right. So, is he going to give me his name now or not? >> I just gave you my name. You recorded it >> when? >> 30 seconds ago. Should I write him for the illegal parking? It's up to you. >> You want to retaliate? Go ahead and retaliate. >> Oh, it's retaliation. We'll take it to court. Don't you worry. >> It's up to you. Make up your mind. You want to be married to me for a while? You want to go on dates? You want to go on several dates for the next several months? >> We can go on dates all day all all all winter long. We can go on dates if you want. If you like me that much, you want to see my face that often. >> Listen to your supervisor. >> Have a good day. >> I can say 100% that this officer definitely got some anger issues. Just from the beginning, just how demanding he was towards this guy and he started turning red as a tomato. >> I want your driver's license. I want it now. >> Why? Cuz I'm a law enforcement officer and you're going to give me your driver's license. >> Okay. For what? >> Got to be hungry for that ID. And if you know your rights, this officer is going to accuse you of being one of them. >> Yeah. I was already leaving. You drove past your window down chirping at me and now you chose to retaliate because I chose to use my first amendment. >> You know what? >> Exactly. >> Yeah. Well, I'm one of them. Somebody who knows my rights. >> And how I know that this officer really was tripping. The fact that his supervisor was even telling him to calm down. >> You pay my bills. live on. >> You're a welfare recipient. >> He's so good. >> Having that type of anger while having a gun in your possession, I don't know if I feel safe with that officer. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about this Poland Township police officer for rolling up on this guy first saying that he couldn't park there and then he didn't even care at first, but then he wants to back up and start power tripping. And when this guy was letting his officer know like you need to deescalate, calm down, he wants to get more mad. So much so, you even have his own supervisor telling him to calm down. and he wants to smirk and grin talking about, oh, he he's really making me angry and all this. You are the police officer. You're supposed to deescalate and calm down, not get red like a tomato and just get more angry. And it just goes to show, man, maybe you should just find a different career field and this is how you're going to act. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and wonderful holidays. >> [music] [music]
