I need your supervisor so I can get the camera since you said another officer told me to turn it down. I want to see the video before I turn it off. Yes, you do. Is that just Is that my car? But I know about law. I don't have to show you Are you asking me to step out though? For what? >> He locking him up for nothing, bro. >> [music] [music] >> If that's not retaliatory, I don't know what is. What's good, YouTube? It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Myrtle Beach Police Department where you had this Myrtle Beach police officer arrest this guy for having his music too loud. You will see in the beginning this officer stopped him for his music and he was telling this officer like y'all didn't even tell me to turn it down and they were going back and forth and I guess with this officer not liking that he was challenging his authority, he decided to arrest him for it. He also unlawfully arrested him because in the noise ordinance in Myrtle Beach it's 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. And when you look at this video it don't look like no 7:00 a.m. So clearly this officer has something against him. I'm going to watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about it in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Let me get my man's on video. What's your name, sir? >> Captain Burton. >> Okay, Captain Burton. We'll put that right there cuz you ain't about to play me. I know my rights. Make sure I get Captain Burton right there. Cuz you trying to rush me to get my driver license. You see me reaching for it. Please don't pull your weapons on me. Don't shoot me or nothing like that. He has to open the door for me to get in my what's it called? >> Sure. >> Okay. You're not going to take it. I mean I'm I'm holding my driver's license and stuff up here. >> And can you tell the dude who said me turn me to turn it down down there to pull up? So, I need your supervisor so I can get the camera of him telling me. Yes, okay. So, I want I would like the video to see where he told me to turn it down since you said another officer told me to turn it down. I want to see the video cuz you're going to go to court. >> have to. We don't have to. We're just giving you your verbal warning. >> you don't have to, but I'm just saying though. You can't You can't say that he said something and he ain't say nothing to me cuz I just turned the music up. It's in my car and I know that about I know about law. I don't have to show it to you. >> Correct, but I didn't ask you for it. I just >> Okay. How are you asking me to step out though? >> Cuz you're being under arrest. >> For what? >> Noise ordinance. >> You challenged my authority so now I'm going to take you to jail. >> Cuz you're being under arrest. >> For what? >> Noise ordinance. Step out. >> Nobody said anything to me back there. >> That's fine. Step out of the car >> Letting y'all know nobody said anything to me. Huh? But if y'all lock him up cuz he did the police being a He being a bro. Man, this man being a bro. You'd be locking him up for nothing, bro. He locking him up for nothing, bro. He locking him up for nothing, bro. For nothing, bro. Man, he doing nothing, bro. My boy ain't did nothing, bro. He tripping, bro. >> Nobody told me to turn it down. >> bro. He tripping, bro. >> It's in the car in my glove box. >> Nobody told me to turn it down. So, I don't. Nobody told me to turn the music down. I know. >> That's the officer that told me to turn it down. >> Yeah, man. No, they about to lock Rambo up talking about some down cuz He won't turn the He told me to turn the music down and he talking about a rental or something. >> you said told me to turn the music down? >> Nobody told me to turn the music down. You trying to take me to jail for nobody telling me to turn the music down. >> Yeah, they about to lock him up, man. They about to tow the vehicle and all, man. Why can't one of us drive the car? Okay, but what one of us is driving the car? All right. They don't like it when you challenge their authority. Honestly, I should have known that this officer was going to be weird when he wasn't grabbing his ID. I mean, I'm I'm holding my driver's license stuff out for you. This officer is really scared about that gun. But, one thing they don't like is when you try to challenge their authority. I need your supervisor so I can get the camera of him telling me yes. Okay. So, I want I would like the video to see where he told me to turn it down. Since you said another officer told me to turn it down, I want to see the video cuz it's going to go to court. Yes, you do. I mean, you don't have to, but I'm just saying that. Now, because of this officer got his feelings hurt, he wants to arrest him for a noise ordinance. How you asking me to step out though? >> Cuz you're being under arrest. >> For what? >> Noise ordinance. Step out. >> You tripping, bro. >> It's in the car in the glove >> When you're not kissing their boots, man, they going to do everything they can to put you in jail. And unfortunately, I wasn't able to find like what happened after this. But, my guess is, like I said, with the noise ordinance in Myrtle Beach, it's from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. And you look around, it doesn't look like it's 7:00 a.m. So, this is definitely more towards the evening. And more than likely, this got thrown out. Then again, you never know with these court systems. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about this Myrtle Beach police officer for arresting this guy for having his music too loud? You having this guy tell this officer, like, if you had somebody tell me to turn my music down, go get that person or go get the video. Like, I want to see it. You having this officer not really like that much. He wants to say, "We don't got to do that for you. You know what? Step out the car." If for some reason, he was very concerned about this guy's gun. He kept on asking about the gun. When he was trying to hand him his license, he wants to say, "Oh, man, I thought I thought you was reaching for that." Like this officer was already acting weird from the beginning. So, you can pretty much tell that he was definitely going to arrest him for some BS. That's why I tell you going to tell. Let me know what y'all think about it comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music]
