is guilty of says he's guilty of treason disloyalty and advocating overthrow of the US and misprision of treason and many other crimes and misdemeanors police patrolman matthew randolph unlawfully pulls me over while i was peacefully travelling then proceeds to kidnap me steal my vehicle and falsely imprisoned me in the Clackamas County Jail where I was subjected to further abuse and intimidation by at least six sheriff's deputies and refused medical treatment so let's get on with our sovereign citizen bingo we can go ahead and fill out the free space in the middle oh one more thing before we start you do realize these videos are online because the person who took the video uploaded them thinking that everyone was going to agree with them and that they are incredibly smart and the police are stupid okay free space let's go let's see what's your emergency sir whoa stop stop in your temper I don't answer questions so what's your name up Fifth Amendment I don't answer I being detained you are being stopped for a traffic violation yes sir am I free to go no you're not then you are trying to put me under arrest this is false arrest if you're gonna start citing and Amendment right to remain silent and to not say anything further without presence of attorney and counselor okay so if you do not have registration then I will be able to force the detainee attack and identify who you are you can tell the smirk on his face says that's exactly what officer Randolph wants to do officer Randolph's probably like ten hours into a 12-hour shift look how tired his eyes look he's been working all night he just wants to go home and eat some breakfast and go to sleep so he can wake up and do it all over again and then he sees this Joker driving around with that tags and he doesn't have a choice but to stop him and he walks up and he's like all [ __ ] of course it's this guy or officer Randolph pay to press f4 respects for officer Randolph are you now officer Randall attempting to threaten me and put me in a situation of duress and force knows and put me under any of unlock and overtime so it's a simple question I'm just asking for your identification and then we make sure everything's good in the neck to get you out of here I don't answer questions and I don't I don't agree to that contract I'm assuming that officer Randolph went back to his car to call a supervisor and any other officers that want to break out this man's windows and drag him from his vehicle it's about 8:45 on Wednesday morning I'm on my way to work just minding my own business when officer friendly pulled up behind me I don't even know if he's officer I asked him for his oh yeah I don't even know if he's an officer he's only wearing a badge and a duty belt and pulled your over in a police car and told you he was an officer named badge numbers name is Randall I forgot the badge number but I should have it on recording I am he said I was being detained because I wouldn't give him my license and registration so I am charging him for his time right now we've been here about five minutes this will be reflected in the affidavit of truth Oh big words affidavit affidavit of truth now what is he talking about does he think he can build the officer for his time or is he going to charge the officer with a crime his officer keeping you away from cranking it to some hardcore tentacle hentai in your mom's basement the cops keeping you from getting home to your body pillow wife ooh that I bet can stand straight up on its own now and we'll see ya when let's see how well that works out when you try to charge the officer you know the world detained detained detained invoke my Fifth Amendment rights and requested counsel told him he will be prosecuted for false arrest and will be charged for his time or my time that he's taking up congratulations yeah all right so you got that bill ready for the officer to charge him first time oh god I bet they got another guy driving around that does this yeah hold on serious come on man only got two spaces filled it out okay sir so do you have any identification I am this is my identification okay so here's the deal like I explained if I can't prove who you are and I've requested identification from yet because you were stopped for a traffic violation of having no license place your temporary registration okay if I can't identify you and you and you don't want to provide that information to me it's called fail to carry a present okay which is a crime so I'm trying to do the easy thing identify who you are issued citation and we'll get you out of here if I can do that I've invoked my writers like I said my driving force the place you under arrest I've invoke my Fifth Amendment right okay go and step to remain silent what do we call that boys and girls pin vmm pin vmm pin v mm sir without presents go ahead and step out of the vehicle you're under arrest I've invoked my fifth a minute right out of it he's running out of words vehicle now I do not agree to that contract all right you know what [ __ ] it we're doing I do not consent if I step out of the vehicle that I'm under contract with you agreeing to I don't agree to that contracts it he's running out of words dude and you have no reason I was doing nothing wrong so I can't hear you if you roll your window down a little bit more I'd be able to talk to you I am doing nothing wrong okay like I said you are under arrest at this time which is why I've invoked my Fifth Amendment right we're gonna fill in traffic laws are not crimes I'm doing nothing wrong that kind of counts being said and that's fine so I'm asking for you to step out of the vehicle I won't ask you any more questions or anything like that but you do need to step out of the vehicle because you are under arrest is that an order it is an order you heard it here first folks he ordered me out of the vehicle so now he will be charged for his time my time good luck don't
