You on probation? >> I don't answer questions. >> I'm going to have you step out. I'm going to detain you while I get you some tickets. >> Can I get a supervisor? >> No. >> You're going to step out with me for a second. I can't have you reaching around. >> You're not going to stop. They can run the show. I'm not searching you. I'm giving you a pat out >> like in the front reach. >> You reach like in the middle. [music] What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Buffalo Police Department over there in New York where you had these Buffalo Police officers pulled this guy over and the first thing this officer asked this guy was, "Hey man, you're on probation." When he told this officer, "Yes, you will see this officer's whole mood change." He started saying, "Man, y'all can't have you reaching. Hey man, can you just step out the car real quick?" And when he asked his officer, "Hey man, can you get a supervisor?" This officer didn't want to get one out. You already know. And the officer don't want to get one out. You know what type of timing they are. And that's exactly what happened in this interaction right here. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> You want? >> Yeah. >> For what? >> That's a question. >> I'm going to have you step out. I'm going to stand you while I get you some tickets. >> Can I get a supervisor? >> I can't get a supervisor. >> I asked for a supervisor. >> You want one? >> Yeah, that's a reason. It is a reason. I want a supervisor. >> Get one on the way. Okay. Can I get a supervisor and your name and badge number? >> Yeah. You're going to have to step out with me for a second. >> I can't have you reaching around. >> All right. No problem. >> No weapons underneath. Face the car. Mama searching. Just make sure you got no weapons cuz you're reaching around. >> I just rolled up the window. >> I'm not talking about that. I just said I don't think no. What's that? >> Give me a supervisor, right? >> Yeah, we'll call it up. >> Oh, thank you. >> All right, put your hands on your head and face me. Put >> my hands on my head. >> Yeah, put your hands on your head and face me. You know how to follow simple instructions. >> Yo, my man. You're not going to start thinking you're running the show over here. You understand me? I'm not searching you. I'm giving you a pat down. Now, >> start cooperating. Got to yell at me. You ain't got to cooperate with you. Everything >> officers get mad when you call them out for the wrongful stuff they're doing. You understand me? I'm not searching you. I'm giving you a pat down. >> All right. You ain't got to >> start cooperating. You ain't got to yell at me. You ain't got to yell. I cooperated with you. Everything you said I did. >> Just relax. >> You said you're not searching me. What the hell is this? >> This is not a search, my man. You think you know the laws, but you don't. Just cuz you're on probation doesn't mean you know all the laws. >> Okay. >> Separate your feet. You're not getting my cop car. >> You're going to have a seat in the car. >> For what? >> You said you're being detained. Tell me what I'm being detained for. For what? You got to get some summons and we'll go from there. >> What am I being detained for? >> You can tell me what I'm being detained. >> You're going to go in cuffs and go to jail for obstruction. >> You have the right to tell me what I'm being detained for. >> I will explain everything in a second. >> Tell me what I'm being detained for. >> He's reaching Right before I stop him, he turns his whole body, reaches over and almost hits the car. >> So, just him >> like in the front reach. >> He reached like in the middle. >> Oh, yeah. And they're the type of officers that turn your phone off while they're searching your car. But you knew this officer was on some BS when he got mad that he didn't want to answer his question. >> You on probation? >> Yes. >> For what? That's a question. >> I'm going to have you step out. I'm going to detain you while I get you some tickets. >> Can I get a supervisor? >> No. >> They didn't want to call that supervisor because they didn't even have a lawful reason for pulling him over. He wasn't speeding. He didn't break any traffic laws at all. They just pulled him over to mess with him. And then you having this officer get mad where he called him out for unlawfully searching him. >> Sammy, I'm not searching you. I'm giving you a pad tower. >> And then you having these officers talking about him reaching when in reality they're talking some code talk to turn off his phone >> like in the front reaching. >> He reached like in the middle. And that's just a pure definition of some tyrants. And I would say that this gentleman did get in contact with a lawyer about this whole situation. And it just goes to show they felt this comfortable to do this to him. You already know that they've been doing this. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about these Buffalo police officers for pulling this guy over? First thing they want to ask him, you on probation? And when he told his officer, yes, this officer wants to say, hey man, why you reaching? Man, were you on probation for him? when he didn't answer his question, that officer got so mad that that's why he wanted to search him. When he got caught out for doing that, he even got more mad. And it just goes to show how dirty these officers really be playing. Even towards the end, they were here talking some cold talk to turn off his phone when they had no business touching his phone at all. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day.
