McGomery County Sheriff's Office. >> He's flashing some kind of ID. He's saying he's from my room police department, but what's up? >> I was going to stop and talk to you about it and just say stop driving like that and you come out with a firearm. [music] [music] What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office over there in Kentucky where this offduty sheriff deputy, you will see in this video, this guy got followed by this offduty deputy all the way to his house. He told the person that he was with to go grab his firearm because he didn't know what was going to happen. You having somebody following you all the way to your house who would feel a certain type of way. And you will see where this guy calls 911 and tells the operator what was going on. And then you having this sheriff deputy said, "I'm a sheriff deputy. He over here showing his badge." match. And it just goes to show that some of these officers really get too comfortable and they really think they could just do whatever they want. I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. over here. >> Huh? >> 911. Where's your emergency? >> Uh 950 Sherry Drive. There's a guy who followed me from Sharpsburg. So I knew he's from the sheriff's department in a unmarked truck. and I pulled into my driveway and I had my spouse bringing my gun and he's saying that he's a police officer in an unmarked truck. >> Okay. What's the address? >> 950 Sherry Drive. >> Put that down right now. >> Yeah. He's He's flashing some kind of ID at me. >> Here it is. He wants >> Okay. What did he say his name was? >> Uh oh. He's got a gun. >> He didn't say a name. He says he says he's sheriff's department and he's flashing some kind of Yeah. I have someone on the way. It's okay. Put it down. You know me. I'm from Charsburg. >> I don't know you. >> It's me, my spouse, and I went my house. >> Yes, you do. I know you, little brother. I know everybody. It's all right. I was going to talk to you about how you were driving. I wasn't going to sit here and >> Oh, he he said he said something about me driving. He's got his gun down behind him. >> He's got his gun. >> Yeah. And I've got >> And he's not stated who he was. No, he said he just says that I know him, but I don't >> I have a badge. McGomery County Sheriff's Office right here. >> He's flashing some kind of weather. He He's saying he's from County Police Department, but it's an unmarked vehicle. No lights, nothing. >> You have his fire tags. You have no proof of insurance from your plate and you're driving like a DA. I was going to stop and talk to you about it and just say, "Stop driving like that." And you come out with a firearm. You mysteriously follow somebody home and with everything happening in this world, you're surprised that this is their reaction. >> You have expired tags. You have no proof of insurance from your plate and you're driving like a DA. I was going to stop and talk to you about it and just say stop driving like that. Can you come out with a firearm? He said something about uh my driving and that you can help me out and insurance. >> Hold on. >> Huh? >> Is he still there? >> Yeah, he's still there. >> It's a newer model black. He's still in front of the driver. >> He's He's kind of blocking us in actually. >> Okay, just keep yourself safe. Um, I'm not sure, but I do have other units heading there to you as well. Is there anybody else there now? What's your name? >> Aaron. >> Aaron. >> Yeah. >> What's your last name? >> D E L A Z. >> Okay. And you said you have a gun. Do you have it on you? >> Yeah, it's on me. It's a side gun. I'm going to protect myself if someone in an unmarked vehicle follows me from Char all the way into my driveway and blocks me. >> Now he's there's a there's a gun when the police is here, too. >> Okay. Man, >> what's going on? Is this a traffic stop? What is it? You got Hold on. You got to search for one. What's going on? >> I got you. >> No, you got to let me know what's going on here. Ain't nobody in an unmarked car follows tailgates and flashes all the way from the front door to here my ass. No one's going to do that with this with the gun. >> No. No. No. What's going on here? >> Let me know what's going on here. Is this Where is the traffic stop? >> You should put the gun down. There's there's a sheriff here. Put the gun down. >> You come over here. >> You got one, too. And this ain't no traffic stop. This ain't no search warrant. This ain't no seizure. You got to let me know what's going on here. >> I can't talk to you. >> I ain't stepping off my property. >> Yeah, that's cool. Get away from the gun. I'll run it off. You got You got a search warrant? >> You got a search warrant? >> You got a search warrant? >> Is this a traffic stop? >> Am I being detained? >> All right, I'm free to go then. >> Okay. Is there another officer there as well? >> Yeah. Yeah, they're there. >> They're cool. Are they leaving or are you going inside? >> I'm going inside cuz I asked them if this was a traffic stop or a search warrant for the property or a seizure and and I asked him if I was detained. He said, "No, so then going >> Okay. Okay. Is this a good phone number for you just in case? >> Absolutely. Yeah. >> Okay. Um if anything else happens, just give us a call back. Okay. >> Okay. Well, yeah. the the vehicle in the like the black truck that followed me, they tailgated me all the way from Sharpsburg here, flashing their lights and turning on the right turn signal. And I could see him like waving something, but I thought he was just singing and dancing until I turned into my culde-sac. And then that's when I was like, "Oh, so this is something else other than that." But he stated he was Montgomery County Police Department, but was in an unmarked vehicle. >> Okay. Okay. I mean, sometimes if they they are in their uh vehicles as well, um that's unmarked. >> This this was a personal vehicle. It had a blue Kentucky state plate. >> Okay. Um I mean, I'm not sure. Um there was an another officer there. If you wanted to speak with him, you could have as well. Um if you want to file any complaints or find any further, you speak with the sheriff's office tomorrow 8:30 to 4. >> Okay. Yeah. Is there a way you could tell me what officer was dispatched here or who the person was that was claiming to be police department? >> Uh the officer that was dispatched there was one of the police departments and it's officer Rudd. >> Okay. Do you know who the other person was stating that he was a police police officer? >> I mean I I can't confirm or deny cuz I don't I don't know. >> Okay. Yeah. He was in like a regular outfit, shorts and a t-shirt and then he said he was police and pretty much told me to I don't know. It was it was weird. He was like pretending to stop me but not stop me cuz he didn't have a marked vehicle and it was all personal. No lights, sirens, nothing. >> Okay. Yeah. I I can't confirm or deny um if he was or not. >> Okay. >> Uhhuh. >> And would I just come in for that? >> Um you can Yeah, you can go to the sheriff's office and speak to him about it tomorrow. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. >> Uh >> go ahead. I'm still here. Oh, >> the only update that I have on this, this guy did go to the sheriff's office and file a complaint. Hasn't heard anything back. They have not hit him back up to let him know what was going on or anything. It's like they just trying to pretend like nothing ever happened because like I said earlier, man, some of these cops be getting a little too comfortable thinking they could just do whatever they want. Because you having this offduty officer follow this guy all the way to his house, then wants to act surprised that he's getting ready to defend himself. >> Yeah, he's he's flashing some kind of ID at me. >> Here it is. He wants >> Okay. What did he say his name was? Uh oh, he's got a gun. He didn't say a name. He says he says he's sheriff's department and he's flashing some kind of >> I have someone on the way. It's okay. >> He wants to flash his badge like it's a get out of jail free card saying, "Hey man, I can do whatever I want. If I want to follow you all the way to your house, best believe I'm going to do that." And then you having him saying, "I just want to talk to you." One thing about officers, man, they get very upset when you don't want to hear them out. >> You have fire tags. You have no proof of insurance from your plate and you're driving like a DA. I was going to stop and talk to you about it and just say stop driving like that and you come out with a firearm. >> A lot of people don't want to talk to somebody that just followed them all the way to their house. And even when the backup sheriff came, you having them both telling this guy to put the gun away like they're over here being scared. You're off duty officer was the one that wanted to follow this guy. >> You got one too. And this ain't no traffic stop. This ain't no search warrant. This ain't no seizure. You got to let me know what's going on here. Am I being detained? All right, I'm free to go then. >> Was it even being detained, but you having this offduty officer trying to detain him? But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How do you feel about this offduty McGomery County Sheriff deputy for following this guy all the way to his house? You having this officer following him very closely. This guy obviously felt like something was about to go wrong. And then you having this officer act surprised that he has his weapon out because no one's not going to feel comfortable, especially having somebody following him all the way to the house and then proceeds to block them. Man, you don't know what's going to happen. And then you having this offduty officer just flashing his bad saying, "Hey man, look, I can do whatever I want. I'm a police officer." Like, nah, bro, you can't just do whatever you want and then wants to get upset when they get this type of reaction. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section.
