officers especially uh with this police chief y'all about to see and just basically just getting harassed and getting basically bullied by these officers and well the chief and in the whole department guilty of that's regardless of what I'm found I'm saying what I was charged with cuz I don't remember seriously that's an unconstitutional Court in here there's no prosecutor so I'm not I'm not that property even after the health department came to my property and said there was no defecation of property that's that's blant harassment that is harassment you're charging me with something after the pen well you can ask no one was around what are you still doing in here I'm filing this paperwork and signing it I'm reading it out loud I'm about to find somebody to file it with there's no one here now you need to take it and go everyone is gone for the day when you can bring it back in in on Monday and you can file with one of the ladies here in the office and they'll make sure that I get it and as long as I'm allowed to give it to you I'll get it for you okay all right I'm just I'm just going ahead and filling out this paperwork real quick um you can fill it out at home well I I need to this is no I'm talking about you I did I signed it yes yeah yeah so I received your notices about dumping septic on my land I've never dumped septic on my land uh there's a bathroom in the house and that has septic to the City septic okay which is all within the health department and that's where my [ __ ] goes and that's where my piss goes and it always has and it has from day one it always has so your claims are frivolous and they're not true and the frivolous can we say what I originally signed it for it was for these and the the the property and generally could cleaned up I did motion to you and send on the paper you're correct no it it says it says septic but that there's no septic being here so that was a frivolous claim secondly um the the chemical containers are not a violation and those are food grade water containers for water storage and water rain collection is not illegal in the state of Ohio that's correct so there's nothing wrong with those containers those are food grade those are not chemical containers as you depicted so that's frivolous as well um also you got my address wrong amongst other things so once again I just want this to be the last time that I have to say this I'm tired of being harassed by you guys this is my property I pay taxes here this is my life liberty Pursuit of Happiness this is my survival I have the right to plant Gardens I have the right to grow my my garden as high as I want want in my front yard and my side yard wherever I want I have the right to take a in my house whenever I want I have the right to have a camper in my did pull let's pull him over again and just tow his car cuz I really just felt like that was just personal cuz you cannot you can't help me believe that wasn't like they pulled him out put the hand put hands on him um I guess but I guess they yeah they did tow his car and then you got this officer talking about that um if he keeps arguing with him they're going to he's going to arrest them and it's like bro you achieve like how how can you just like justify that just cuz someone's arguing with you that you going to arrest them and I saw somebody in the in the comment section saying why is he wearing a 17 76 uh jacket I I don't I don't know why he was wearing that but somebody in the comment section was saying that but overall yeah that I feel like it was a it was definitely a little bit of harassment all all over just him and his septic I guess they were saying that it was like they put out a false claim that he was I guess like not in the guidelines of like of you know like the not the restroom but like where all your waist goes and all that stuff basically and he was and he just got tired of being harassed and you could just definitely tell with this Chief right here he definitely has some hatred towards him and it was definitely personal when he pulled him over but that's my take on it though let me know what y'all think about the comment section how do you feel
