You can go get a warrant. Have a nice day. Sheriff brought three other sheriffs here and she's standing on my porch harassing me. That lady has been harassing me since Saturday over someone that I don't even know. I don't need to speak to you. I don't need to speak to you. I want to see the warrant. >> take those steps. You don't? No. I invoke my fifth amendment right. Put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. >> Answer the door or we're going to kick the door open. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Please take your paying your taxes. I need your ID. >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the road. Let's not violate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video it's from the Chemung County Sheriff's Office over there in New York. Well, you had these Chemung County Sheriff Deputies come to this old lady's house trying to get her to open her door. This lady has been dealing with harassment from the Sheriff Department. This lady officer already came to her house like a couple days before. She came back with two more officers trying to I guess intimidate her to open the door and it still didn't work. And it just goes to show if they ain't got their warrant, you better not open up that door. I'm going to watch it give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> You can go get a warrant. Go get a warrant. Go get a warrant. Have a nice day. Hi, um, that sheriff brought three other sheriffs here and she's standing on my porch harassing me. Her name is Fletcher, K. Fletcher. And she's got two other cops here. There's three cop cars sitting here. Um, I need I need you to get a hold of the state police and get them over here immediately. We called 911 but we called them we called them almost two hours ago when she called me. >> I already got a hold of the sergeant. >> All right, they're sending in a sergeant. I'm just letting you know what's going on cuz she's here and we're videotaping. Yep. Bye. I'm going to wait for the state police to get here. >> harassment. >> No, this is the state police. They have jurisdiction. Sorry to tell you. That's fine, but I haven't done anything wrong and I don't need to speak to you. Do your job. Do your job. No, you're not. >> No, you're not. >> That lady has been harassing me since Saturday. Over someone that I DON'T EVEN KNOW. NO, I ASKED FOR A STATE POLICE. YES, they are. We called the state police. >> The sergeant is on the way. >> I've already called the DA and the state police. I don't need to speak to you. I don't need to speak to you. I'm sorry. >> [laughter] >> I want TO SEE THE WARRANT. >> MAN, WHEN you say I want to see the warrant, that's like foreign language to them. >> I want to see the warrant. I want to see the warrant. Excuse me? I want to see it. Have a nice day. You don't have You don't have a leg to stand on. I haven't harassed anyone. I know my rights and I know the law. Have a nice day. Get Annabelle inside. >> Annabelle, get inside. Don't say a [ __ ] word to them. Annabelle, get inside. State police are coming. This is harassment. And harassment. Illegal. Harassment's not even a arrestable crime. Goodbye. >> If she doesn't have a warrant, she had a warrant, she would have it in her >> I guess you got to say I need a warrant three times for these officers to scatter. I guess she just expected this lady to open her door after like the third time of her coming to her house. >> No, you can go get a warrant. You can go get a warrant. You can go get a warrant. Have a nice day. >> I bet if I bring two more sheriffs, she'll open her door. Negative, you better bring that warrant. But I guess when you say I need to see a warrant, that's like foreign language to them. >> I I need to speak to you. I'm sorry. >> [laughter] >> I want TO SEE THE WARRANT. I WANT to see the warrant. >> They over here got to hit the road because they know they don't got a warrant. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this Yamhill County Sheriff Deputy for coming to this lady's house for like the second or third time. I guess her thinking she brings two more officers that will intimidate to open up her door. That didn't do nothing. She had to go get a warrant. And they want to say that they had a warrant. If they had a warrant, they would have showed it. And even getting the sergeant there, they thought getting the sergeant there was going to do something. That sergeant even had to lie too saying, "Oh, we do got a warrant." Well, where's the warrant at? And after she said for the fourth time, "I need to see a warrant." They just all skedaddled because like I said, if they had a warrant, they definitely would have showed it by then. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
