It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Dennis Police Department over here in Texas. We had these Dennis police officers pull up on this guy saying that he was involved in an incident and he needs to give up his ID. And this guy said, "I ain't giving up my ID." You will see the type of stuff that these officers did to this guy all because that he wasn't giving up his ID to the point that they gave him four charges and none of the charges had to do with any of the incident that they said that he was accused of doing. These officers were really just upset that they couldn't get what they wanted. So, they just started torturing him and kidnapping him in the process. I'm going to watch and give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Good. How are you? What's going on? >> I'm sorry. I don't ask a question. I just stopped at this door. It's hot eating chips and drink that they just threw on the floor. I see them pull up. I get up and start walking. Continue on my destination. >> Don't Washington Street, which is that way. You guys know this town. I'm from this town. I'm surprised he don't know me. Then they pull up on me, ask me for my name. I immediately said, "Hey, how you guys doing?" It's like, "Hey, how you doing? Can I talk to you for a second?" I said, "No, I don't I don't want to talk. I don't want I just want to be on my way." That's when they started getting handsy. I didn't fight with them. I didn't even fight with them to put on the handcuffs. They literally grabbed my hand. >> So So So at this point, >> that's what I'm saying. I don't understand what's going on. >> So, at this point, you're you're not for leave cuz we're doing an investigation. >> Well, am I am I under arrest? >> You're being detained. >> Being detained? You're going to you're going to sit in that car or we're going to put you in this. >> Do you want to be in this? >> Look, if you guys will. >> Yes or no? >> Can y'all Yes or no? >> How about we compromise? >> Yes or no? Yes or no? Why aren't you guys listening to me? >> You ain't listening to me. >> I am. >> But I don't see them in the back of cop cars. I don't see them throwing to the ground being threatened. >> Is it because I'm black? >> Oh, Jesus. >> Is it honestly cuz I'm not doing anything? You don't have to. You don't have to. You don't have to. I'm trying to tell you, you don't have to. You don't have to. I promise you, you don't have to. I'm just trying to keep my so I don't go face first. Please, >> you don't have to. You don't have to. I promise you, you don't have to. I promise you, you don't have to. >> Why? This is unconstitutional. Off my head. >> What I'm going to do is I'll put this on your head. Your head. >> I'm sorry. >> No, there's gas in my face. You don't see it. >> Assault. >> There's gas in my face. >> Set him up. He's got to go out. >> Well, there's gas in my face. I'm trying to get it out my face. Leave. like that. You throw my face in the dirt, man. >> And then you turn around when I try to get the face the grass out my face cuz I'm in handcuffs out my mouth. >> Hey, I was trying to put a helmet on you. So >> And you claim I spit on you? Are you serious? >> You did spit on me. >> Hey Smith, y'all get his lower. We're going to get his lower. >> You get his upper, >> huh? >> Why are y'all doing this to me? >> What? >> Lower. >> Get up under his arm. 71. >> That was bad. >> I've never seen you do that. >> So, my my or my parents. So, I have Tabitha Rande and Emanuel Grande. Uh, which is my stepdad. Uh, my actual father is in prison right now. My sister's the one that seems to spit this place, not me. She's at work. >> Yeah. And >> yeah. >> Are you where you can call her? >> Yeah. >> Where she work at now? >> Hope in a tree. >> Yeah. You threw my face in the dirt. I was trying to get the dirt out my Are you asking me question? I would like to real quick how how am I supposed to and I'm trying to get you know those are serious charges you know that already [Music] >> got to make sure to turn that body camera off. >> You came to me as an officer of the law. >> Of course, cuz I'm I'm working. >> I understand. As a as a civilian, I do not have to give the law my name. This is not a stop and identify state. >> Now, >> no, when we're investigating a crime, you were not free to leave, which is what you were trying to do. >> No, I was not. I was standing there. If I was if I wanted to leave, I I guess, you know, I would have made decisions upon that. But obviously >> Yeah, you sure did. Which is why you're sitting where you are. Obviously, I'm sitting around here because I didn't leave. I talked to you. I talked to him and I talked to her. I said, "I don't want to talk and have a nice day." When they asked me to stop, I didn't stop. Continue to tell them I didn't want to talk to Mary go around. >> Keep saying the same. >> Yeah, cuz that's what happened. That is what happened. >> Only thing I seen was y'all open the door and start throwing [ __ ] on me. >> I'll put in first. Have somebody come. Uh, put my buddy and I'll scoot in. >> No, >> thank you. >> I still want an injury report because just in case paperwork. >> Yeah, the paperwork's in my car. >> Beautiful. >> We're good. appreciate you. >> All right. Well, look. >> Yeah. >> And they love muting them body cameras. Cuz one thing I do find odd that he didn't get charged for the incident that they said that he's involved in. He got charged all involving the police officers all because that he wouldn't give his name up. >> Came on. >> You came up to me. You came up to me. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> You came up to me. I don't. And this just shows the type of tactics officers will use to try to scare you to give up your ID >> on. >> What's your name? >> Oh, I'm not giving you my name. I haven't done anything. >> Oh, okay. Still doing that. >> So, let me let me make something very clear. >> Shut up. >> All because that he wasn't giving up his name. Like I said, what really sketched me out is about how he didn't get charged for the incident that happened, but also these officers were muting their body cameras over and over again. They were really trying to hide something. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. how you feel about these innocent police officers for detaining this guy and basically kidnapping him all because of he wouldn't give up his name. And then when they charged him, they charged him for four crimes that had nothing to do with the incident that they was talking about. They really just wanted his name and they went to the fullest extent to try to get it. And it just goes to show how officers will be whenever you don't give that name up. They going to feel some type of way. Will do everything they can to get it. When this guy was doing nothing but just walking down the street with some chips and a drink and these officers say, "Oh, you won't give your name up? All right, we going to do this to you." That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
