In this video, there is a guy that is squatting across the street and his dog ran up to him and started barking. So, this guy decides to make a complaint about that and you have these animal control officers come to this guy saying, "Hey, man, we need to write you that your dog is being aggressive." And he was letting these officers know his dog wasn't even doing anything. He was not going to give them no information. And you will see that these animal control people got their egos hurt so much, man, that they were trying their hardest to get this guy's ID and he just wasn't going for it.
