It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the area county jail where you had this Person Township police officer arrest this guy over here. And when they took him to the jail house, you will see where these officers took off his shoes and were getting ready to search him. He also requested for a wheelchair because he felt weak and he was not feeling good. But when they were searching him, they asked him if he could walk over here, I guess, to take a picture. and he told his officer if he could put his shoes back on because he didn't want to walk on a dirty floor, which I don't blame him either. And you will see how these officers just completely did not care about it, saying, "No, just walk over there." And when he refused to walk over there, you will see how these officers treated this guy. And it just goes to show, man, it really is a lack of accountability when it comes to these jail houses because you have these officers that be in these jail houses that work in these jail houses that be treating people like complete crap. And you will see in this video how they had this guy strapped to this chair and then on top of that, they tased him. He couldn't fight back or anything. you having these officers just tas them for no reason and you would just see just how crazy they was acting. I'm going to watch you give my reaction. Okay, you're right. >> Now, the sheriff's department ruled this as justifiable force that they used on this guy. But in reality, we know damn well it wasn't because in the beginning, despite this guy was being very calm. He did not want to walk on this dirty floor, which I said I don't blame him for it. And he was being calm for this, you having these officers just rush out like he was acting crazy. And then you having one of the officers telling him to bend his knee and all this, but yet they over here on top of his knee, so he really can't do anything. >> My knee [screaming] >> and to tase him while he's in the chair is just crazy. And then you having this guy say this one coming to these officers and you will see where one of the officers just shoves him. Yeah. >> It's like these officers just get a kick out of doing this stuff. Now, I don't know. For some reason, you having this officer just be the most aggressive trying to argue with him and just really show off that he has more power than him. >> I wasn't restrained at the time because he was on my lap with his knee inside my leg. He had his underneath. >> I don't see nothing lawful about men that wasn't resisting to get tased while he was being in this chair. But that's just me, I guess. That's my take on it, though. How you feel about this guy, how he got treated inside of the Erie County jail house, having the sheriff's department say everything about this was justifiable. Like I said, there was nothing justified about this. He did not want to walk on this dirty floor. Instead of these officers saying, "Oh yeah, put your shoes on. You walk there, you take them off." They just said, "No, you going to walk on this dirty floor." And then on top of that, when they put him in this chair, he was not resisting doing anything. You having these officer tase him, slam him back because he made a comment. And then you having that other officer just start talking cocky to him. And like I said, man, there is really lack of accountability when it comes to these jail houses. You have these correction officers, these officers in the jail house, they just be treating people like complete crap. And when they don't listen to one little thing or they don't do what they say, they really don't have to. They will do stuff like this.
