What do you want? I was out here mowing my lawn and my neighbor said you were knocking at my door. >> You didn't say anything directly. >> I said nothing to Scott directly. >> When you're saying stuff for other people >> I don't It's no law against me saying talking to people and saying stuff he doesn't like to hear. You can't tell me who to talk to and what to say to them. >> talking to >> You can No, I was not indirectly talking to him. >> you do it again. >> I WAS TALKING TO MY NEIGHBORS, OKAY? WELL, you're let the judge decide, but I It doesn't matter what I said to my neighbor. It's a free country and I have freedom of speech. Do you want to test the freedom of speech law? >> There's a fine line between freedom of speech and pushing that line. >> You can't tell me what to say to people on MY BLOCK. YOU DON'T even know what I said. >> take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. >> I invoke my fifth amendment right to remain >> Put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> And you're not going to. >> Excuse me, sir. What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. Answer this door or we're going to kick the door open. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Thanks for paying your taxes. >> I need your ID. >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the road. >> Let's unviolate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Lansdale Police Department over there in Pennsylvania, where you had this Lansdale police officer come to this lady's house and started to ask her questions. Wants to say, "Hey, so what did you say to your neighbor about that one guy?" And then she was saying, "It's nobody's business. Not like it's against the law." This officer's trying to say, "Oh, well, yes, it is." And it just goes to show that these officers really don't like freedom of speech. I'm going to watch it, get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> What do you want? What do you want? I was out here mowing my lawn and my neighbor said you were knocking at my door. >> I was. >> Okay. Well, I couldn't see you, obviously, if I was mowing my lawn, right? >> Right. >> Okay. What do you need? >> You didn't say anything directly. >> I said nothing to Scott directly. >> You're right. >> I do not talk to him directly, ever. >> But when you're saying stuff for other people you're saying >> It's no law against me saying talking to people and saying stuff he doesn't like to hear. I'm not talking to him because he told me don't do it. I'm not. But, you can't tell me who to talk to and what to say to them. >> talking to him. >> You can No, I was not indirectly talking to him. >> up if you do it again. >> I was talking to my neighbors. I WAS TALKING WELL, THIS is going on Facebook. THIS IS GOING ON FACEBOOK, OKAY? WELL, you let the judge decide, but I'm a real public because he is a woman-beating drug dealer, and you're going on his word that I harassed him. It doesn't matter what I said to my neighbor. It's a free country, and I have freedom of speech. Don't black lives matter here, or do people who are criminals who admit to beat Who do people who beat up women and sell drugs, they can tell you that what you can say to your neighbors? He can't tell me what I can say to my neighbor. So, if you want to test the freedom of speech LAW THIS IS GOING ON FACEBOOK. SO, IF YOU WANT to test the freedom of speech law There's freedom of speech here. You told me don't SPEAK TO HIM. I DID NOT SPEAK to him, okay? >> There's a thin line between freedom of speech and harassment. >> And I'm not harassing him. >> that line. >> You can't tell me what to say to people on my block. Okay? So, if you want If you want to test that I what I can say to my neighbors law, and you don't even KNOW WHAT I SAID, OKAY? You don't even know what I said. >> He has a video of it. He showed it TO >> WELL, THAT'S FINE. THAT'S FINE. If you have it, it's fine. I DIDN'T SAY WHAT I said or didn't say. I said I can say whatever I want to who I want on this block, okay? When I showed you a video of him putting snow on my walk, that wasn't harassment. That wasn't harassment. So, he could shovel snow on my walk and get away with it, but if I talk to my neighbors and say something he doesn't like, that's a crime? That's not a crime. So, if you want to test the first amendment right If you want to test the right to free free you know, I I think that's been tested constitutionally before. >> Okay, you want >> But if you're not sure what freedom of speech is, you know, we'll figure this out. >> Okay, and then the end of your rant out front, you directly said something to >> I said nothing directly to him. I did not walk >> You said thank goodness your parents bought your house. >> No, I said I said thank goodness my parents I didn't have to sell my house to my parents for a dollar. >> directly to him. >> To my neighbors. I WAS STILL TALKING TO MY NEIGHBORS. Did you see where I was facing? >> You said to >> I SAID THANK GOD >> YOUR NEIGHBOR. >> I said to my neighbor, thank God I don't have to sell my house for a dollar to my mother. That's what I said. I KNOW WHAT I said. SO SO RE- REWIND THE TAPE. >> TO ADVISE YOU THAT >> REWIND THE TAPE. AND I'M going to advise you that there's freedom of speech and criminals do not get to tell upstanding black white criminals who admit to beating women and SELLING DRUGS DO NOT GET TO TELL BLACK people what they can say on their property to their neighbors, okay? Maybe y'all need to get some black people on the police force. >> Leave it to officers to hate free speech because he's really trying to say if you say stuff for people to hear, that's harassment. >> directly ever. >> when you're saying stuff for other people >> I don't There's no law against me saying talking to people and saying stuff he doesn't like to hear. I'm not talking to him because he told me don't do it. I'm not. But you can't tell me who to talk to and what to say to them. >> directly talking to him. >> YOU CAN'T THIS IS GOING ON FACEBOOK. >> And if it's not a corrupt judge, they're just going to laugh at it and dismiss it. And you know they hate freedom of speech. >> didn't I speak to him, okay? >> There's a thin line between freedom of speech and harassment. >> And I'm not harassing him. >> Leave it to a cop to say it's a thin line for free speech. And then you have this cop saying, "Oh, well, you know, you directly said this to him." Is this a cop or a school teacher? >> I said something to >> I said nothing directly to him. I did not. Well >> You said thank goodness your parents bought your house. >> No, I said I said I didn't have to sell my house to my parents for a dollar. >> Do they really have nothing better to do? But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about this Lansdale police officer for hating freedom of speech? He wants to come to this lady's house and wants to say oh well you know, you were saying stuff around for him to hear. I mean he really can't just go inside if he doesn't like hearing it. There was no reason for this officer to come here over this situation. Nobody got hurt, nothing illegal happened and he wants to say oh well there's a thin line of free speech. There's never a thin line of free speech. It's only a thin line when officers include feelings in it and that's what's happening right here. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure you like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
