And in today's video is from the Dalton Police Department over there in Georgia, where you had this Dalton police sergeant, Sergeant Bowen, harassing this bar owner about the music being too loud. You had this guy that owns this bar, and these police officers keep harassing him. Every time that he has a band that's playing that night, you have an a cop showing up saying, "Hey, man, y'all being in a noise ordinance." But yet, these officers are not even measuring 100 ft. But yet, this guy just keeps getting the same tickets. They keep telling him, "Well, you know, if you don't turn it off, everybody going to get a ticket." And it just goes to show, it comes to a certain point where this guy really is just getting targeted. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. No, I don't. We have an exception. We have an exception. Let me talk. We have an exception here in the district until 12:00 a.m. An exception. We I'm talking to the police. Don't get it confused. It's one. So, we have an exception until 12:00 midnight. Alexis tell me to keep playing. If they keep playing, they're going to get a ticket. I get the ticket. You give me the ticket. No, they give me You give me the ticket. Cuz I'm the owner. And if they play again, they're each going to get a ticket. >> There's no reason why. Let's make sure the 100 ft that you're supposed to measure. On the ordinance, okay, let's measure the 100 ft. It also runs off what's unreasonable. Exactly. No, reasonable is 100 ft. That's reasonable. It's on the It's on the ordinance. Let's go, please, and make sure the 100 ft. I do need you to make they show me and give me the proof that it's 100 ft. I do do need to do that. That's reasonable. It's on the ordinance. To be To be reasonable, to be reasonable, you got to measure the 100 ft. Do you have your ID? Absolutely, yeah. You have it on record. If you give me a second, I'll go get it. But I need you to, please, follow me and let's make sure I'll go get it if you give me a second. I'll go go get it. Huh? I need your ID right now. Just make sure if they can play the band, you're going to give me a citation and every single one of them. The band just just shut it down. So, the band is not playing no more. So, now you're confusing me. You're going to give me two tickets if they keep playing or not? No, there's no part I don't understand. There's a lot of parts you don't understand. You're getting a ticket right now. For what? For the loud music violation. If they continue to play, they're going to get a ticket. What proof do you need for a loud for a loud noise? It's 100 ft. Did you measure the 100 ft? Did you come and tell me, "Hey, you're over the 100 ft, so please keep it down." It's That's That's different every single day. Every single night is different. It's a different day. It's different. Oh, I do know the law. I know the ordinance. Yeah, it's 100 ft. I told you I'm going to I told you I don't have the physical ID. I told you I have it on my phone. I told you I'm not refusing to give you my ID. I'm telling you I give you my ID. It's on my phone. I can text it to you. I can I can I can text you my ID. Just look at his eyes. He's ready to take somebody to jail over some music. I can text it to you. I I can I can I can text you my ID. I'm willing for to give you my ID. Just, please, give me give me an opportunity to text it to you so you don't have access to my phone. Absolutely, thank you. Then I'm going to go with him. Then he's going to write me the ticket. I'm going to go with him. Absolutely. And this is where you're going to see Sergeant Bowen give him his ticket and just throw it on the ground. And this is another night of him getting harassed by another Dalton police officer. Okay, guys, I'm going to read the ordinance for you guys. A specific prohibition, okay? According to section 74-186, okay? They base their argument on this, guys. I'm going to show you to see what they mean what I mean. I'm going to show you right now. So, I have to shut down my music completely, Sergeant? Can you repeat your number for me and your badge number, please? I told you guys This is what This is what happens when when you complain publicly on Facebook, they got They You're going to get this. You're going to get this. It cannot be turned off at 12:00, sir. I want to do the other bars in that same town get the same treatment from the police. Just from the beginning, Sergeant Bowen is just a pure definition of what a tyrant is. I get the ticket. You give me the ticket. No, they give me You give me the ticket. Cuz I'm the owner. And if they play again, they're each going to get a ticket. There's no reason why. >> No, one ticket is not good enough. I need to give everybody a ticket. Not to mention, he didn't even check 100 ft to see if it violated the ordinance. Reasonable is 100 ft. That's reasonable. It's on the It's on the ordinance. Let's go, please, and make sure the 100 ft. I do need you to make they show me and give me the proof. >> He wants to say that he has the proof, but he doesn't have a decimal. And the way how he handed this guy his ticket says everything I need to know about his character. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about these Dalton police officers for harassing this guy each time they come into his business, they're saying that it's too loud. But yet, they don't have a decimal reader. But yet, you having this sergeant right here be a complete tyrant to him saying that everybody was going to get a ticket. And when he was giving this guy his ticket, he had him just throw it on the ground. Just said, "Pick it up." And it just goes to show that this whole police department is just harassing this bar. Because, like I said, I wonder if all the other bars is getting this same treatment. Because the threat everybody saying that he's going to get a ticket. He going to get a ticket. Oh, you know what? You want to keep talking, you're going to get a ticket. This shows the type of tyrant that this officer is. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
