was asking them to help him with the
suspect in custody the deputy tries to
get more information from one of the
Black Rock Rangers on scene we saw him
walk over across the street with a hoe
then he eventually came back with the
black woman chasing him and he ran back
all right then eventually 5 minutes
later he picked the hoe back up went
back over there we chased him over there

accused of threatening who explains that
the situation began when he came to her
camp in search of something he left
there so he was walking into Camp M and

so after he was medically cleared at the
hospital the report provided by Persian
County Sheriff's Office stated that
38-year-old Gerardo Gutierrez was booked
into jail for attempted assault with a
deadly weapon possession of Controlled
Substances resisting a public officer
and unlawful use of 911 we attempted to
verify the charges with the 11th
Judicial District Court but we were
unable to determine if charges were
formally filed against Gerardo Gutierrez
as they were unable to locate any
records
