Thor Enterprise County Sheriff's Office stuff for 78 and 55. >> I didn't hear outside it you come to court. I pray that you get for the court date 21 at 9:00 a.m. is your court date. >> I'm not going to take this stop. Stand by. I'm going to have another one coming at me at 80. >> Sheriff's Office stuff for 80 and a 55, yeah? All right. Let me have that real quick. I gave you a county ordinance. This don't go against your driving record as long as you come to court on 8:21 at 9:00 a.m. >> Hold on. Bobby say one time. >> Hello. Yes, sir. Since he called you here, he has been pulled over 100 times. But, I'll give him I'll give him a warning. But, he's been pulled over 100 times. >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? No. >> I invoke my Fifth Amendment rights. >> Put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving left. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is, actually. It's a traffic stop. >> Answer this door or we're going to kick the door up. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Please. >> Thanks for paying your taxes. I need your ID. >> Do I have to write it? >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the road. >> Let's un-violate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the same Francis County Sheriff's Office over there in Arkansas, where you had this state senator get pulled over by the Sheriff Officer for speeding, for going 80 in a 55. And he was getting ready to write him a ticket. Actually, he already had his ticket written out for him. And when he was about to give it to him, he had the sheriff on the phone. And when the deputy was talking to the sheriff, he was saying, "This senator has got pulled over like 100 times for speeding." So, he was going to give him a ticket. And that's when the sheriff told him just to give him a warning. And it's just crazy because before this stop, he actually had somebody else stop like a few minutes before, and he gave them a ticket for doing the exact same thing. But, I guess when you're a senator, the laws don't apply to you. So, I'm going to watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Over to Thor, Enterprise County Sheriff's Office stuff for 78 and 55. >> Yep. >> All right, Mr. Give me just a second, okay? >> Yep. >> Hey, Mr. Bobby. Give me just a second. I got to explain this, okay? What didn't hear outside you, but I gave you a ordinance instead of our state statute. What this does is it don't go on your driving record long as you come to court and pay the ticket before the court date, just like a regular ticket, okay? 8:21 at 9:00 a.m. is your court date. It's not a must appear, but if you want trial, you still have all those rights. You have to come here on that day though, okay? Call this number that day to see Right. Right. And this don't go on your record either way, either way you choose, okay? All right. Be safe, okay? Can't cut him. Negative. Desktop, standby. I'm going to have another one coming at me at 80. Hello, Eric Thornton, Sheriff's County Sheriff's Office. Stopped you for 80 in a 55. Do you have your license on you? >> He had to remind him real quick that he's a senator. >> I'll be right back with you, okay? All right, sir. What I did here, I cited you, but I gave you a county ordinance. This don't go against your driving record long as you come to court. 8:21 at 9:00 a.m. Call this number, they'll tell you how much it is and show up to court, okay? Hello. Yes, sir. Yeah. He uh Since you called here, he's been pulled over 100 times, but I'll give him I'll give him a warning. He's been pulled over 100 times. You know. But Can you hear him? All right. Call the sheriff. Call the sheriff back. I didn't get to finish talking to him. Hello. Okay, can you hear me? Okay, couldn't hear you all the go. Yeah, I just he's been pulled over a bunch, so I'm going to give him a county ordinance, but I'll give him a warning. No, no, you do. Okay, all right, that sounds good. All right, yes, sir. All right, well. All right, sir, be safe. >> Thank you. >> And just like that, if you know in that circle, you got to follow the laws because how did the first person I got pulled over got a ticket? >> record long as you come to court, pay the ticket before the court date, just like a regular ticket, okay? 8:21 at 9:00 a.m. is your court date. >> But yeah, when he pulled the senator over, he already knew the drill. He had to show his card real quick. >> 80 in a 55. You have your license on you? All right, hang on to that real quick. I'll be right back. >> And even though he had his ticket written, all he had to do was just call the sheriff real quick. >> up to court, okay? Hold on, Bobby, take one second. Hello. Since he called you here, so you've been pulled over a hundred times, but I'll give him I'll give him a warning, but he's been pulled over a hundred times. >> Honestly, you could tell in his voice he really didn't want to do it, but he was basically pressured by his sheriff to give him a warning. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this senator getting out of this ticket? You having the first guy get a ticket, he got his full ticket, he has to go to court to take care of it. But yeah, when he pulled the senator over for speeding almost the exact same, you having him almost get a ticket, but all he had to do was just call the sheriff. And the sheriff wants to tell his deputy, "Hey, man, yeah, just give him a warning." Even though he got pulled over like a hundred times for this. And it's like he already knew the drill. He had his card out and everything, let him know that he was a senator. And you can even hear in this deputy's voice that he really didn't want to do this. Like he was really trying to get him a ticket, but when he had met his sheriff basically pressured him to just give him a warning. Because like I said, when you're in that circle, you don't have to follow the laws. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section.
