with the inspection I will not hinder you this is fifth time I've asked I will not hinder you from doing your your job going into your vehicle and help you got two officers right here they can do it officers going in the driver operating compartment yeah so what they're doing is they're Che checking everything with the regulations absolutely make sure everything is safe absolutely they'll want to see your time cards they'll make sure your sleeper Birth has a mattress and it has a seat belts in it so in case you have like a CO driver really they're supposed to be beled yeah totally understand the regulation absolutely accident absolutely the driver don't go flying into the operating controls and the vehicle loses control absolutely the point is I was not trying to obstruct them from doing their job I wouldn't and you know that that that point puts me in a legal quck Mark um but all I was saying to the officer was I am legally required to do a pre-trip inspection and post-trip inspection no officer assists me in doing that no so why should I have to assist them in doing it well oh come on come on now CU like I said before it's the norm all right you as a driver know your vehicle so part of what we do is when we check stuff is you as a driver you're operating that vehicle from the S of f m so you know where the turn signal switches are absolutely but I think as a do officer you should know how to operate these vehicles well we do but again we don't want to invade your space I authorized that officer to go in there and operate the authorize that this absolutely but what I don't authorize is some fictitious is out of service um violation here I'm looking at the line that this officer is stating that is chased and it's not now at this point officer I need to go over there and make sure sabotage doesn't happen because I don't have I have a a healthy skepticism everybody has body cameras so but they can be deleted too right right you can turn them on and off right exactly but you will find that their body camera will show them from start to finish without it going off but what if they don't show what I've seen already well if they find something officers DT officers put him out of service and he had to get those two lines replaced or whatever but at at the end of the day they were you could tell all these officers were clearly upset that they the norm like he trying to say it's normal for y'all to help and everything but it's not by the law then you had this other officer that said this don't want to hear us no part of the inspection is like you could tell he's still mad about that cuz he saying you didn't want to assist you didn't want to help like basically like what this guy even said in in his his description that they were just lazy and you could definitely tell these officers were mad and lazy that they had to do their job and then you had this other the supervisor from the first video he want to come back and say this show me that paper I read it but I but it only dictated that I could not obstruct you from doing your jobere or interfere and I am not doing any of those technically you are well well no there's no Technic and then you had a supervisor he's like well technically you didn't interfere and all like he was really mad that he just had to do the work you can even tell in his face he looks over here like he's
