Okay. >> Well, call your supervisor. >> Let's go ahead and face car. >> She's just going to make sure you don't right now. >> We don't have nothing. No. No. We law enforce. Okay. Let me let me drop the phone. Let me >> Driving. Six bucks is illegal. Like >> it is illegal. >> Okay. And if that's the case, that's that's just enough to tell us. Okay. No. That's why we put you over. Carry on. >> Give me the ticket for the life. Let me >> No, we're going to figure something else out of you. But you said you were police. >> You can run out back. You don't have nothing to hide. >> We need to verify the statute for him regarding impersonating police officer. >> So they arrested me cuz I'm impersonating a cop. Are you okay with me searching the car? You're not okay with that? All right, I'm going to call for a K9 and we're going to have a K9 sniff the car. >> I give you a number right now. >> Yeah, >> I gave 342. You can verify that. Just ask speak to little channel. [music] What's good YouTube? It's BB back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from Denver, Colorado where you had these Denver police officers pulled this guy and his friends over saying that they had their turn signal on too long. You will see in this video that they pulled them over and saying that they got stopped for having their turn signal on and that there was no front license plate, but they were trying to tell them that this is a rental car. They're on vacation and they're just passing through. But then they also said how they work for law enforcement. So they already know how the game goes. And you will see where this officer was saying we going to charge them for impersonating the police officer. But the thing is he didn't say that he was a cop. He's a corrections officer. But it just goes to show that they were really trying anything they could to put this guy in jail. Even so much so that they even searched the car. And some of these officers were so eager to search the car that they even wear gloves because they were really trying their hardest to find Caspers. I'm going to watch you get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> Okay. >> Well, call your supervisor. >> Let's go ahead and face her. >> She's just going to make sure you don't right now. >> We don't have nothing. No. We law enforce. Okay. Let me let me drop the phone. Let me drop the phone right. >> We don't have no weapon. We don't have we law enforcement just like you guys. >> We're not able to do nothing wrong. You said we have the signal on for six. >> I could have did whatever I can take it. You can check. You can check. We don't know. So the proper thing would have been to just let us know and forward. We would pay attention to that cuz back home it's not a problem. >> So we're just trying to figure out what we be pulling over for. You just literally came from Walmart from shopping to go to the Airbnb. >> You guys can still go to the Airbnb after this. You just got to make sure it's okay. >> But the the the handcuffing is for what though? >> Sorry. >> The handcuffing is for what? >> Stand by. >> Smith and Holly. >> We're on the southeast corner. I don't even have your body. I got your body cam on. Count it with me. Can you turn >> one? This is >> It has nothing to do with >> It's not the first time we've been here. We've been here multiple times. This is like what? Like my third time coming down here. Like >> I mean to have a signal on driving what six bucks is illegal. Like >> it is illegal. >> Okay. And if that's the case, that's that's just enough to tell us, okay, no, that's why we put you on carry on. But you guys pull us out of the car. Put them in cuffs. Tell me to get out of the car. I'm under arrest cuz I ask for a supervisor. >> I pulled 95% of the people I pulled over. So you might have been done with another cop. I pulled 95% of the people I deal with. >> Yeah. But let me ask you a question. Since we're asking for your supervisor becomes you're under arrest, you put us in handcuffs. You can run a background check. You go on the back run. You You can run it and see what you find. >> You got told you're under arrest cuz you refused to exit the vehicle. Don't play that. >> Exit the ticket for the pipes. Give me the ticket. >> I love man. Yeah, you know. >> Yeah, he could just give him a ticket for it. But you already know that. That just makes too much sense to these police officers, >> you know, back in America. >> Listen, you say you stop. Give me the ticket for the life. Let me >> No, we're going to figure something else out with you. But you said you were police. >> No. Yeah, you you can run out back. We don't have nothing to hide. Like literally, we we got another hour and a half drive from here. Like we just we was just stopping and then we was somewhere else like >> we just left from Walmart. You know they rushing nothing like [ __ ] You ask me to push all >> It's not answer all the questions. That's how you talk about I'm suspicious. I never said that. >> So your say, >> "Bro, he just went in there and said they sound suspicious." You said, "Oh, yeah. I feel the same way." >> He just said that. >> We do. >> The man just walked in. >> We doing this. I've been doing this for too long. >> Listen, I know the game. I know the game. Man just walked. He came out and said, "Oh, you got suspicious. You under arrest." Then when he put me under wrist, he took all of them out. Then he went in his car. After you check, he said, "Oh yeah, they suspicious." What' you say? Yeah, it sounds right. But I'm saying you say, "Yeah, I sound sounds about right." >> Now you're saying you didn't say that. >> Excuse me. >> I spoke to my supervisor said he's not coming out. >> You disagree with him. >> But he will get >> Did you agree with him? >> Listen, I do it all day. Listen, we do it all day. The whole point is this, right? >> I do it all day with them. >> There's four of us. You said the light. >> I do it all day. >> She told me that it's legal instead of um Colorado. I mean instead of um >> give us a ticket. That's what I'm saying. Give us a ticket. I mean my business case but a ticket or warrant whatever but you put us all out saying that we did something with that. It's illegal. You you could run our you could run our ID first of all. You could you could run ID first. See what you can find on our ID. Then you know you you proceed to do all this other stuff but searching us with the handcuffs. You treat us like criminals without even knowing us. >> I don't know either. You're right. >> And that's facts. And that's facts. But you have to you have to treat us like you don't know us first. Find out what you find out. Hey, you can proceed to search us and all that. There's nothing in the car. There's no contraband. There's nothing. Like I said, we've been driving for like 2 hours. We decided to stop at Walmart to come over here. But that's all we do. We have nothing to hide. >> Trust me. We got nothing to hide. We listen. This not even our car. Like I said, it's a rental car, you know, but we got nothing to hide. >> Okay. >> I I have a culmination of reasonable suspicion that allows me to do what I just did. And I'm going to articulate as much and any documentation or paperwork moving forward. Okay. Give us just a second. We need to verify the statute for him regarding impersonating a police officer. >> No, no, no, no. ID. >> Yes. >> Don't get it. Don't get it twisted. >> So they So they arrested me cuz I'm impersonating a cop. >> So we not we're not impersonating cop. >> So we're not impersonating law officer. So that's the department we work for. We just on vacation. We we do this all the time. We go on vacation. >> [snorts] >> He brought me he brought probably assume he saying but he's obvious >> but I give I give I give my ID I give a I give I think that's I give >> you said it's a rental car >> right >> where's the rental >> hold on it'll be on his phone if you come to show you >> okay >> what you whatever you rent for show that >> you do have a rental agreement man >> yeah we do >> you do the red do I have to answer it >> she It's just weird that you guys took off the front license plate and put it in. >> That's a rental car. Actually, you know what? You know what's so funny? >> I saw that. I saw that, too. But I'm like, it's not it's [music] not a personal car. So, >> I left it in. I said nothing, too. Cuz I saw that, too. Not just >> from the airport. >> We got it. We just >> What is it? >> You don't have no people in the car. So, y'all have never seen a tag in front of a car like that before? >> It's not legal to have like >> I'm saying have you ever seen it prior to this? >> Uh, I have seen it. >> Okay. So, why is it you making it seem like he's never seen it before? As if we did it online. >> Like it's illegal now. >> It's illegal, right? >> It's not over. But it's illegal though. >> It's not illegal. >> But we didn't do it. >> It's illegal. To the front of >> you don't have no You don't have no people car. I'll show it to him. >> What you doing? >> Trying to open the app. >> What is it? Which one do you >> hold right here? >> 11. >> Yeah. >> Does it show what vehicle that you're picking up? >> Right there. >> Let me ask you one question right there. You see how you got me close? You're not in prison. I'm popping all the others, right? >> Let's let's let's let's say everything we said was true. What happens to you? >> Let's say everything we said was true. >> They're pulling on the pat down. Just stretching up. >> We just go by our main way. >> So cold. >> The handcuffs are as easy as they go on. >> So what? >> So you guys just go around here everybody. You'll go wrong. >> That's a they call a job. >> We just said, so I said, "What happens if everything checked their job?" >> No, no, they've been verified. They call >> you verified. >> At this point, you are in violation of that signal. So, >> okay. Not from here. >> You're not from here. So, everybody who y'all give a tip to help? >> Majority of the time. Yeah. Because one thing officers do love is throwing them handcuffs on. >> So they run a red light. Hey, come outside. >> You're technically being at this. >> I get I give my ID. You're calling supervisor. There's a tag right tag in our number or we're getting to it. >> He said is not available. I guess he's not going to come out here. >> No, no surprises >> because he need >> No, no, no, no. Because No, because I asked supervisor >> cuz I feel like Come on. Like this is >> Give me the ticket. Check. Okay. You guys can always do a phone call >> at a later time. >> I just feel like come back very well. >> Could have been an easy mistake, >> right? Which it was. >> And I thought C Miami was bad. on a lot talking about he said some word play. >> I get my idea. >> You agree with the with the m you talking about you said >> I get my ID charges to verify they seem suspicious. You see suspicious black people. >> So what what's wrong with the license plate? >> No the the plate being in the front. >> I was told that's that's that's illegal. You can't have the play in the front. Like I said, it's a rental car. >> It's a rental car. >> No, it's a rental car. But having a signal on for six or say six block Oh, that's illegal. That's illegal, too. So, >> I don't know. Listen, he could like, listen, you had the light on, run the IDs at the most. >> Give me the ticket. >> Run the ID. Give the ticket a push. Got us out. Put us in cuffs. That's even a proper standard procedure cuz you can't say you you don't feel safe saying we ain't threaten our name. >> I told you I said I said officer right there in the cut. Right there in the cut when you pull I said it was right there in the car. >> I can't leave. No wait. You put them out there. >> I want you to stand there. Just >> Just stand. >> It's okay. Look, they already did. They already did their worst. So, let's just let's just let them do their job. >> Just stand be quiet. >> You You put them out there. >> I didn't put You put them out there. >> You just stand there. >> Just Just let them just stand there. Listen, listen. Listen. They did the worst. They did the worst. We don't got nothing to hide. That's how I get my idea. Just be quiet. Is >> there anything on the car? We have what? What's that? >> Anything illegal on the car? >> Guns. >> Well, you you searched the car, though. >> I didn't search the car. >> Is there Is there anything illegal in the car? >> Okay. Um All right. So, we don't >> Hey, if I need to put you in a car to get you away from us, I'm talking to him. I'm not talking to you. >> We can do an investigative detention on you if we need to. >> There's nothing to leave. Are you okay with me searching the car? >> You're not okay with that? All right. I'm going to call for a K9. We're going to have a K9 sniff the car. >> You're not going to let us search you. We're going to call a K9 and waste more of your time. >> The body counts on the count's. >> All right. What? >> Crazy. >> Now the K9. >> Yes. You want me research? >> They count the money. Last day of the last day, right? Being treated like a treat like a turn signal. I actually thought you coming to get me. I thought you pull off for the liquid stuff. So I asked her what happens next? Yeah. She tell me, "Oh, we do this." Everybody stop. So somebody like [snorts] this this the first time this the first time I went We was in Mexico. We got pulled over. >> That's the first time like >> ID. You don't have the ID. You know what I'm saying? >> No. >> These officers were so eager to search. They didn't even put no gloves on. >> Listen, we're not trying everything out. All it was for Check my eye out loud. Let's check out [snorts] everybody. >> Right. >> Everybody's um lock everybody. >> Yeah. Yeah. What's your code? I said yesterday. What's your code? >> 196. You want me to open it for you or you got >> Okay. Just I think it's uh left to right. Take the numbers. 926. >> Yeah. >> You was hand like this and then you I'm telling you, I'm in law enforcement. I know. I've been doing it 11 years. Every day. Every now onion >> bed. We met onion on my >> Yeah. >> Listen. [snorts] >> You have to have something I give you a number right now. >> What? >> I give you a number right now. >> Yeah, I call. >> I give right now. 786263 >> 5342. Just said David Warren. I >> 786. >> You can verify that. Just ask speak to the lieutenant. >> Oh [ __ ] >> I'm freezing, man. You and you both. >> Phone is in the car, huh? The phone in the car. >> Yes, your phone's in the car. >> I know you, man. >> You be touching my drawers and [ __ ] You have gloves on. >> Checking the tie. Huh? >> I know. That's what I said, too. >> You see how everything put this stuff back? >> I get my ID. >> Postage. If if you got something to hide, I ain't doing all that. >> Just >> Huh? >> Just let like talk to the guy. >> No, because >> so they doing this the worst. This is the worst. This the worst I've ever This is the worst I've ever been treated, man. Come on. >> All of us. >> They never be treated like this. >> What's that? Tuesday. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> We on vacation. I mean, I ain't had to say all that. We just going shopping at Walmart. Left Walmart. You know >> it's a crash. >> We went grocery shopping. We all >> You have an ID, >> huh? >> You have an ID on you? >> Yeah, I got my I give I say, "Hey, get my work ID." >> All right. So, I get my >> You got Yeah. >> You got your work ID? >> Yeah. Actual ID. >> So, sure. Yeah. >> Appreciate it. Hope y'all don't have no warrant out of New York like that. But that's the only place. Oh, that's okay. >> They can't find nothing. Now they want to ask for the passenger's ID. >> That's the only place I have for that ticket. I got the door in New York. That [ __ ] is cold. We might have to swap cars now cuz shoot this car this car. >> You guys have >> Yeah, I bet >> you have a valid driver's license. Okay, we're going to have you drive. >> I can't release the car back in. >> I got you. All right. Oh, this one tight for a second. You guys are all welcome. Get back to the car. Okay, >> we'll put everything back. I'm not here to damage your stuff. >> All right, cool. >> You got a video. >> Huh? What's my phone >> in the car? >> I think it was in the car, wasn't it? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. No, that's cool. >> No, babe. >> Man, leave me alone. >> I walk in front of me. Did >> all that fishing just to find nothing? Even just from the beginning when this guy was saying that since y'all pull me over for having my turn signal on, just give me a ticket, send me by my way. But nope, these cops were just trying to put somebody in jail. >> Listen, you said you stopped me. Give me the ticket for the life. Let me go. >> No, I'm going to figure something else out with you. But you said you were police. >> We need to verify the statute for him regarding impersonating a police officer. >> They was really hoping to throw somebody in jail. And with these cops being on a fishing expedition, obviously they want to search the car. >> Are you okay with me searching the car? >> You're not okay with that? >> All right, I'm going to call for a K9. We're going to have a K9 sniff the car. Okay. as well. Welcome back. Okay, >> we'll put everything back. I'm not here to damage your stuff. >> All right, cool. >> And not even get him a ticket because obviously they were trying to only do one thing, trying to throw somebody in jail. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. And how do you feel about these Denver police officers for pulling this guy and his friends over for saying that his turn signal was on too long and the front license plate wasn't in the right position. But you having these officers throw him in handcuffs asking him a whole bunch of questions and then on top of that want to search the car. And when they were even searching it, they didn't even have gloves on. They were so eager just to try to find something because they were clearly on a fishing expedition and even told this guy, "Well, you're a person ain't a police officer, so we going to throw you in jail." Not after they finally figured out that this guy just works for law enforcement cuz he's a correction officer. They let him go because they realize that their fishing expedition got exposed. They already know what type of game they play because he's been around Tyrus for 11 years. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] >> [music]
