I'm out here doing deliveries. >> Okay, well I've been watching you for the past 45 minutes. You can either provide your driver license or you're going to go to jail. >> I'm not doing anything I'm planning to do or anything. I mean he's not going to give me any consent. You have no reason to come over here and pull up on me like this. I'm private property at that. >> This is town that's known for drugs and narcotics, so >> we go. You're not understanding. You're not listening. You're cutting me off. >> and it's not making any sense. You're the one who is >> not talk to me. You have no authority over me right now. I have not broken the law. You do not get to sit here and dictate how I act. You should have never came up to me in the first place. Dude, can you talk to me in a normal tone? Dude, I need to goo goo ga ga or something? I don't have to if I don't want to. You don't get to determine how I act right now. I back the blue and what y'all do and then y'all come over here and you pick on people. Back the blue until it happens to you, okay? >> [music] [music] >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Gang, back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's going to be Texarkana Police Department over here in Texas. Where you had these Texarkana police officers that were following this guy, but he decides to turn into this Walmart parking lot. But you having these officers thinking that's suspicious, so they parked across the parking lot waiting for him to leave. But the thing is, this guy works for an app that delivers stuff from Walmart, and so he was waiting for the next order. And you having these officers saying, "Well, you know, he's been in this parking lot for quite some time. Let's just get him for loitering." They roll up on this dude, try to get his ID, and you will just see the type of tolerance that these officers are. I'm going to watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section, and let's get into the video. What's going on, man? Uh not a whole lot is going on. Uh you got a driver license and insurance with you? For what reason? Cuz you're just sitting out here loitering? Uh I'm actually working for Walmart, so You're working for Walmart? >> Yeah, I actually do deliveries for Walmart. Why are y'all over here watching me over here watching me the whole time? Okay. Wait, what's going got >> license with you? I'm getting out with you for loitering. No, you're not. No. Yes, I am. You got a driver's license with you? I don't have to confirm that to you. That you It's none of your business. Like, I'm You're not You have not conducted any businesses here. No, dude. You're You're doing this Do you have your driver's license with you? I don't. It's It's You can >> You can either provide your driver's license or you're going to go to jail. Okay, so the under threat of arrest, I will give you my license. Sitting in a private parking lot. Under threat of arrest. This is ridiculous. Thank you. All right. Okay. Like I said, the reason why I'm getting out with you is you've been sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes. You have not conducted any business in this business, okay? party from >> why I'm talking to you. Give me 1 second, all right? Dude, you're ridiculous. That is ridiculous. Why ain't you Why are you picking me out of everybody here? I work for Walmart. I seen y'all pull over here and just sit there and watch me the whole time. What reas- reasonable suspicion that you have? Because I've been sitting here in Walmart park- a private park- Why are you on private property anyways? And you know I back the blue. That That's so sad. I back the blue and watch y'all do and then y'all come over here and do like this. You pick on people. Back the blue until it happens to you, okay? This is why there's This is why there's such a disconnect between everybody here and the police enforcement because y'all do [ __ ] like this. There's no reason to pick on me out here. I'm working for Walmart. I'm out here trying to make a living. And here y'all are over here picking on me because I'm out here shopping at Walmart. I Y'all are just looking for reasons. You You wanted to pull me over. You was hoping I would leave so you could pull me over for some [ __ ] And now you could I I never left, so here y'all are You're going to come over here and pull up on me. It's ridiculous. This is ridiculous. Arkansas Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department. Yeah, you watch videos like this all the time and you think, "Oh, that's not going to happen to me." No, it it happens. People just come up and just start picking on you for no reason. Obviously, he got to mute that body camera. Anything of point to you or anything? Not from what I can see. At least not going to give me any trouble. Just sent him over there. He's mad like so I doubt he will. He says he works here. I would actually confirm that. He does deliveries for them or something. He doesn't work here then. He works for a whole different company that that coordinates with Walmart. I'm with Spark. Mr., what company do you work for? Why does that matter? I'm trying to figure out why the reason you're sitting in this parking lot without conducting business here. I'm not trying to get into it with you. You work here. You're a Walmart employee? I'm not a Walmart employee. I deliver for Walmart. >> need I'm trying to confirm that. What company do you work for? >> Who Who are you confirming it with? You want me to call my boss? Like what Do you want me to go talk to them? Let's go inside and talk to the managers in here and see what they say. >> I can, but you can just tell me what company you work for. That'd be awesome. >> That's all I need to thank you. Why I'm over here getting kicked out of a parking lot full of people for no reason. You have no reason to come over here and pull up on me like this. On private property at that. Getting killed against my will. >> Can't come over here. At Walmart for working. This is ridiculous. Sitting in the parking lot doing nothing, watching videos on my phone. And here that, watching videos of cops doing this exact thing. Sitting here laughing at them. And here it comes, happens to me. I'm over here getting orders right now. I can't even take the orders. I'm losing money because of these guys. It's ridiculous. Over here causing a freaking scene outside of Walmart for no reason at all. Boy, the people going to love this one. Sit here and try to defend them. Try to defend them every chance I get. Here they come just doing stuff like this. Over here trying to figure out something they can do. They trying. They're digging as hard as they can to try to find something. They hate to walk away empty-handed. This guy right here, he knows this is messed up. He don't even want to be a part of it. This other guy over here wants to be pirate McPirateson. Think he runs the city of Texarkana. He's just run up on anybody he wants and demand ID. I'm a law sherrif coordinator, so I'm just going to kind of explain why we're the main reason we're getting out with you, okay? So, I know he explained it, right? So, whenever he got behind you on State Line and you immediately >> ago. Yep. >> Yeah, and I thought I seen you sitting over here the whole time. I was just That's exactly what you were doing. Well, you got to understand what we do for a living in this town. You live here. People coming to the wall A million people coming in this Walmart every day and me coming up here working every day. If you knew anything about the town, you'd know I'd be I'm up here every day. I work six days a week. Yeah, but I'm but I'm explaining to you because You didn't ask the reason. He said >> No, I didn't ask the reason. He just came up and started explaining to us. What? You've asked 15 times why we're here. >> No, why you you've already told me it's for loitering. I already know that's the reason you're going to use. There's no actual reason. There's There's a million people. There's There's other people sitting out here in their car that I work with every day that sit out here all day and work. And And I knew that's what you were doing. I don't I have no idea why because obviously it's what I'm >> trying to explain why, right? >> Well, why did I get picked out? Why did my car get picked out? >> Well, if you would let me talk, I could explain it, right? >> Excuse me. So, whenever you turn on your blinkers, it's commonly known, especially with rental vehicles, this town is known for drugs and narcotics, right? Oh, yeah, every town is known for drugs and narcotics. Typical cop saying >> This is is known for drugs and narcotics, right? Oh, yeah. Here we are. Yeah. Yeah. I I mean >> Yeah, I'm sure. Yeah. Yeah, it is. >> Yeah, I'm sure. Ev- Everywhere in the country has drugs and narcotics. You can't just use that every time you get you have to, you know. I mean, you have the right to your own opinion. >> going to learn. Th- Th- There was no reason to come over here, but go ahead. I'm sorry. Well, whenever you turn on your blinkers, it's a common evasive maneuver to get away from police. >> blinker. So, now if I would have my blinker >> not what I'm saying. You're not understanding cuz you're not listening. I I I think you're you're cop spying and it's not making any sense. Uh it's a common evasive maneuver to whenever a cop gets behind you to immediately turn into a into a private property, right? To where I was going. The The place I work at. >> How do we know that though? Because it's none of your business. You don't have You have no reason to get behind me and run my plates. There was no reason. You You just got behind me and I I got to where I was going, so I turned in. I could have turned in at Walgreens. I could have turned in at anywhere back there. I turned into the place I was going, and then you sit over here and watch me like I'm some criminal. Why Why am I being watched like a criminal? Well, I was trying to explain that, but Well, you You explained it, but you didn't do a very good job though. Well, you don't want to listen to it, so. >> still makes no sense. You still haven't explained to me why I got picked out because I used my blinker and turned into Walmart. How many people have come into Walmart since you You have been sitting over there? Th- No None of them >> But they come and go though. Yeah, and I work here. There's cars that's been sitting That car has been sitting there for 3 months. Okay? >> That's not You don't have any problem with it. But I'm sitting out here working every day, and and y'all come up If y'all knew anything I'm not going to explain it cuz you're not listening. He's not going to listen to a word I'm saying, so. No, he's just going to sit there and argue the entire time and record. Ridiculous. You had no reason to come over here and mess with me. That's all it is. You just want to use use authority to try to to just try to be a tyrant, to try to come over here and pick on people that don't look like you, that you don't care for. It's just ridiculous. I sit here and back the blue every day, and y'all come up here and mess just just with me just for no reason. I just would like to get back to work or or or get a ticket, a citation, go to jail, whatever y'all are going to do. I I'd like to figure it out. And if it's going to escalate any higher, I'd like to get somebody of higher authority out here higher than that supervisor. Because this is ridiculous. Act like I'm a damn criminal. They I have not broke What What law have I broken? Can you articulate that, please? One law. Just one. Just one. He's staying quiet because he's not trying to get tied up in this lawsuit. Am I being detained right now? Until he's through with whatever he's checking. >> illegally being detained right now. Been here for about 10 minutes. I've been recording for 11 minutes, and they still have yet to tell me what crime I've I've committed. Think he told you loitering when he first came up to the window. Loitering? Who has to be the complaint of loitering? Has to be the property owner. Has the property owner called you or came out here and told you they don't want me here? If you go in there and ask them, I I'm friends with everybody in there. Every manager in there knows exactly who I am and what I'm doing. I sit here every day for the last 3 years. I work 5 to 6 days a week. I'm out here in the same spot every day. Every day? Every day. What is He's saying that this is the same spot. >> Oh, I'm just saying. I'm over here pissed off because I'm getting I'm here 5 to 6 I'm telling him if he understood anything, I'm out here 5 to 6 days a week in this same car in this same spot for the last 3 years I've done this. It still doesn't make sense to me. What crime have I committed? Loitering? Who Who Who has to be the complaint of loitering? It has to be the property owner. If I'm loitering on private property, You cannot be on private property when you're not conducting business. So, I'm trying to confirm what this >> conducting business. >> How do I know that? Because why are you yelling at me? That's the point That's the whole point you're not understanding. You shouldn't It shouldn't be my responsibility >> you let me talk? Let me talk. Let me talk. >> Okay, well We have all sorts of issues in this parking lot. We watch this parking lot, okay? >> you did your job, you would have you would see me every day. Dude. That's the thing. What what >> Step back here real quick. For what reason? Cuz I want you to. Come talk to me back here. I want to talk to you back here. I I have no no reason for me to get out of my car. I get my wife to get a ticket. Whatever you're going to do, just go ahead and and do it. Write the citation, do whatever. >> The The only thing I need to do right now is confirm that you are a Spark driver. Do you have an app that has Spark? >> right here. My God, dude. You're making this a big deal out of nothing. I'm not trying to make anything bigger >> making this a big deal. Why did you just pull up on me in a private area? You don't have to talk to me. You have no authority over me right now. I have not broken the law. You do not get to sit here and dictate how I act. You should have never came up to me in the first place. I have the Spark app right here. It's turned on. I'm working. I've already made two deliveries today. I'm trying to wait on another one, but y'all have done missed three or four since I've been sitting here. I can't even come out here and make money. So, you sit here in the parking lot. I will corroborate it. What do you mean? I haven't done anything. I haven't broken the law. But because of this, because I'm pissed off that you just came up to me for no reason. That's why. You're over here Here, give me my phone back. So, you sit in the parking lot just waiting for deliveries to pop up. Dude, can you talk to me in a normal tone? Oh my gosh, dude. What What Do I need to baby like Do I need to goo goo ga ga or something? Like damn, I can't You're I'm upset right now. I am. That's fine. >> So, I'm a little elevated. >> That's fine. You can bring your elevation back down. >> No, I don't have to if I don't want to. You don't get to determine how I act right now. I get to act how I want to act. You came up to me. You're the one that approached me. You're the one that came up here. I proved to you that I work here. Just now. Just now. The whole time I I told you the whole time we can go work. I TOLD YOU 10 MINUTES AGO that I work for Spark. You didn't believe me. It's not my problem I have to confirm that now you just confirmed that with an app. So here's your driver's license back and yes, you are out here loitering. That is loitering and I can get out with you if I want to you're loitering. You're not a Walmart employee. And well He's not going to have none of that. He's just being being that way. Being a turd. Yeah. So if you stand up for your rights, you're being a turd. Typical Texarkana PD. Being a turd. Yeah. He's just sitting here for probably He's good to go. Come get him. Okay, wait on your delivery. You're good. I'm good. I know I'm going to sit here. If I'm good to go, I'm good to stay. You're good to go. I'm good to stay too then. Okay then roll your window up and quit talking to me. Then quit talking to me. short It's ridiculous. You just pulled up on me. You You expect me to just sit here and be okay with that. You just pulled up on me for no reason. You've been sitting over here across the street for an hour. Sitting here watching me for no reason. You had You had no reason. Because I used my blinker? You told me the the reason because I used my blinker to turn into a business I was I tried to explain it and you were you just kept talking over me. You're talking to me? This guy? Yeah. I don't know. Well, I don't know. This guy seems not to know the law. So I'm I'm hoping somebody else actually knows the law. Oh, no. You got me, dude. Oh, well, okay. Well, excuse me. I guess that's how large his penis is. All right. You have the right to your own opinion. It's not going to hurt our feelings. So All right. All right then. Nice to meet you again. I didn't I looked in to see if your name was on there. I didn't see your name and then they told me you weren't known. So I was like, "Well, that guy?" I don't know. No, no. I was here. I just I was grabbing some lunch. Can I get your name and badge number, please? My name is Sergeant Warner. Sergeant Warner? Yep. That's all you need. I'm the one that stopped you. That's all you need to talk to. 0848 1248? 0848 >> Yeah. Yeah. Can I get your name and badge number, please? The number on my badge is 1876. >> 1876 Is that your badge or your identifying number? No, it's not. It's the number on my badge, though. Well, can I get your identifying number? Well, yeah, I think so. I think your actual policy requires you to give it to me. I don't even work for the state and I don't know >> Oh, you don't work in the state? You work for the city of Texana. I bet if I read the city of Texana policy book, it would be you need to identify. I can't see your name. Where's your name displayed at? Texana, Texas. Oh, that's Okay, that's your name. So, how am I supposed to file a complaint on you if I don't know your name? >> You go to third floor, Bi-State. Third floor, Bi-State. Where is that located? If you Google Bi-State, it'll show you exactly where to go. Google Bi-State. >> And it's two floors up from the first floor. Two floors up. All right, and can I get your place? >> Carter, 22117. I appreciate it. Wow. Yeah, wow. Can you believe that y'all just roll up on people on private property like that? That's crazy to me. It is insane. Somebody who works for here Somebody I watched the cop sit over there. He was waiting on me to leave. I don't know which one of you it was. I'm sure it's probably you cuz you seem like the one that's most agitated. I didn't leave in time. >> I'm not agitated. I just tried to explain to you what I was getting out with you for. Dude, there's there's cars that have been sitting here all day. Why am I the one Why Was there people sitting in these cars all day? I've been sitting here watching you for the past hour sitting in your car not conducting business here. I came to confirm that. And once I confirmed that, now I am leaving. I confirmed that you had a right to be here. I do. It's called loitering. Look it up. Dude, I'm not ready Get in your car, please, before you go to jail for disorderly. Get in your car. You can stay there and block the parking lot if you want to. Go get in your car. I mean, who is? You're the one in the middle of the parking lot. Okay, well, go get in your car. You're not going to arrest me for being in the parking lot of a private property. You can get You can get out of here and you can stop walking the parking lot and causing a scene for no reason. Y'all hate when people I want It's basically their delivery Oh. Come and pull anybody's ID you run into. Man, I I confirmed the the reason why you're here. I'm done conducting business with you. You're good to go. You are good to go. I'm done conducting business with you. You're good to go. I don't like the way you look. It's ridiculous. I thought there was some good cops cuz I ain't never really had any bad interaction. All right, I'm going to get out of here before I just get myself in trouble or take this guy to jail. All right, buddy. Appreciate it. Get out of the road. >> I'm in the I'm behind the line. You're in the parking spot. You need to drive over the in the road. As I stated before, typical Texarkana police officers. These cops be having nothing better to do. Because of the start of the interaction, you having that one cop saying, "Well, you I watched you for 45 minutes and you did conduct no business." Oh, so I guess you got nothing better to do, so you'd rather watch somebody for 45 minutes. >> You can either provide your driver's license or you're going to go to jail. Okay, so the under threat of arrest, I will give you my license. >> Like I said, the reason why I'm getting out of the car is you've been sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes. You're not conducting any business in this business, okay? Give me 1 second, all right? I got nothing better to do, so let me run you for warrants real quick. And one excuse that cops love using is, "Well, you know, this town has a lot of drugs in it." Yeah, that's what y'all always say. >> Whenever you turn on your blinker, it's obvious it's commonly known, especially rental vehicles. This town is known for drugs and narcotics, right? Oh, god. Here we are. Yeah, I'm not listening cuz you're cutting me off. You're copsplaining and it's not making any sense. I'm telling you people are getting tired of that copsplain. And these cops really believe just because of they're police officers, they can just harass you and you got to respect them no matter what. Dude, can you talk to me in a normal tone? Do I need to baby talk? Do I need to goo goo ga ga or something? Like damn, I can't you're I'm upset right now. I am. >> Yeah, because these cops love acting like crybabies. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about these Texarkana police officers for harassing this guy for literally no reason at all? You having them get behind him. He turns in his parking lot waiting for a order, but you having these cops being posted up across the street waiting for him to leave so they could pull him over for a BS reason. And that's where you having that one cop make up a BS reason saying, "Oh, well, you know, you were running and give me your ID." And got his ID went to go run it for warrants just to see if they could find something. Meanwhile, this guy was letting them have it. He was not going to have these officers just run over his rights. So, he was letting them know that y'all are wrong. I'm not doing nothing wrong and y'all are on some BS. And one thing officers do not like is being called out for their stuff because that's when you having them saying, "Well, you need to lower your tone." Or "You need to watch how you talking." Or "You need to show me proof." Like he didn't need to show y'all anything. At the end of the day, this is what Texarkana police officers are known for. They literally harass people. They try to pull you over for some BS reason. They have a long history of doing stuff like this. Trust me, I dealt with it too way before I even started doing YouTube. After seeing this video, it really doesn't surprise me. But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
