Like he's like, "Oh, I can't get his ID." Or you know what? I'm just going to get his play. Then you had the second officer come and do this. If you wish to record me, that's perfectly fine. It was weird because this officer is telling him, "Can you pull up here?" Like telling him, "Can he come closer?" And he's like, "Bro, he's already like across the street like just away from y'all. I don't understand why they had to come back there twice and just keep on messing with this guy." And then like I said with the first officer, he was trying to get his ID. He couldn't get that.
