Reason for the stop solid white line. You are under arrest for crossing a white line. Correct. That's a traffic violation. It's an arrestable offense in the state of Texas. Blue. That's not >> sir. It's all true. >> Swear it's true. The best of my knowledge. >> They dropped all charges and released me because of legal detention, violation of civil rights. >> I'm a patrol supervisor, so I have to review every time an officer makes arrest. You know, in this case, I didn't felt like there was an offense. Cops aren't perfect. I don't want to make any excuses for you cuz you know at the end of the day I agree that we messed up. Cops aren't perfect. The stuff >> we have civil rights. [music] [music] >> What's good YouTube? It's BB back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video is from the Richland Police Department over here in Texas where you had this North Richian police office officer Grant Victorious pull this guy over because he got his feelings hurt. You will see where this guy was telling this officer that his bright sworn and it was blinding him. So this officer saw that as a sign of disrespect. So he decides to follow this guy and pull him over for crossing a white line. You will see where this guy was changing lanes and where it was a double white line. He barely just missed it when he was crossing it. And you having this officer nickpick about that. So much so that he decides to arrest her for it. And you also see in the video where one of the sergeants that was reviewing the body cam footage said that this was a wrongful arrest and was telling them to release him. And when he released him, you literally hear the sergeant say, "Yeah, man. Our officers aren't perfect." Cuz he already knew that this officer messed up. And it's also crazy because Officer Victorious literally got rookie of the year this year. And like I always said, all these officers that be getting these awards or you having their department put a shine on them saying, "Oh yeah, look how good this officer did." This is the type of stuff that they literally be doing, violating people rights to just try to arrest people for literally no reason at all. I'mma watch again my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. number police department. Officer Victorious. You got your driver's license on you? >> Name and badge number. >> You have your driver's license on you? >> Victorious. >> Victorious 936. >> Reason for the stop, you disregard a traffic control device there. Cross solid white lines. I did. >> You have a driver's license on you? >> Yeah, I do. Okay. Any weapons in the car? >> No. Okay. Uh, you've been in North Hills? >> The offensive commander was in North Carolina. >> Oh, what? >> Is it on dash record? >> Yeah. All recording. Excellent. >> Yep. >> Camera on. >> Yep. Sure is. >> Why is red light on auto? >> You see the little recording button? That means it's on. >> Excellent. And you realize you were had your brights on and my eyeball. >> Okay. >> Uh just scratch that cornea up. That's what So your brights into my eyeball posing a uh hazard? No. No. >> I asked you. All right. Thank you. Yes, sir. >> Do you need the report? >> I know. And >> what was your number again? >> 936. >> 936. >> And you claim this infraction occurred in North Hills, but you waited until outside of a few hills to pull me over. The infraction was so why didn't you pull me over? >> I think one of the occurred I pulled you over. >> I was driving straight. It's We're not going to argue it out here. I got your immigo camera frost in solid while my license. >> Not right now. Uh >> you're detained. You're not free to go. >> I'm I'm I'm detained. >> You're not free to go. >> Okay. Uh let's be reasonable suspicion of an actual crime, not a violation. North 333 negative code. >> For some reason, this officer doesn't want to answer that question. >> You telling me, right? Or am I free to go >> somewhere? Thank you. You're not free to go. No. >> So you're in a traffic stop right now. >> Detained, >> correct? You're not free to go. >> Okay. >> So if you leave, it's going to be a charge. Okay. >> Detainment. >> You see the traffic stop, you are not free to go. >> Detaining is for an arrest of probable cause. You would need for the detainment. >> So disregarding the traffic control device. So yeah, let's listen. >> Okay. >> Make sure we're on the same page. And the difference between the free and a traffic stop. >> Okay. You are not free to leave. >> There you go. >> Can I make that clear? Cool. >> Thank you. >> Please don't leave. I don't want to charge you. We'll evade it. We agree on that. >> I have nothing to run, bro. >> All right. Cool. >> No weapons in the car? >> Nope. >> Okay. Nothing to leave in the comments to know about. >> I don't even know how to answer any more questions, but go ahead. If >> you don't want If you don't want to answer questions, that's fine. Uh, are you buying my ticket or I'm waiting for dispatch to come back with your turn? You got 20 minutes. Okay, time to stop. Oh, sounds good. You can sit here and stare at each other for 20 minutes if you like. Did it upset you that I asked you to turn my your lights off? >> I'll turn them off for you. I'll turn them on for you. I did. >> I did. And then I go back around and zero up. >> And then I pulled back up and bam, right there they are again. You might keep your right hand on the steering wheel, please. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Whatever makes you feel safe. >> I appreciate that. You waiting for dispatch to come down to the left? I'm >> just waiting for dispatch right now to come back with your return. >> With my return? >> No, I got to run your driver's license. Make sure it's valid. You do that in your computer. Well, >> I got to go through dispatch. I'm out here with you. Check my license back. >> Okay. I know where my license is. >> Sorry. >> Yeah. I don't have to hand you my license. >> Well, if you wanted to go down that route, that'll be a different ball game. So, I appreciate you handing me your license. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. You have my hand. You have my address. You have my license plate. So, I have my license back. >> Yeah. So, you committed a violation. >> Okay. >> So, you're not free to go. >> Okay. That's where anyway. >> Hey, innocence of proven guilty, right? So, that's where we're at. >> So, yeah, >> that's that's where we're at. a little bit over where to stop, but you know. >> Okay. >> You literally followed me. >> Okay. >> However you want to put me >> follow me every which way. >> I can control anywhere in the city. Oh, >> absolutely. You're at about 10 minutes. >> Awesome. Right on time. North 33. Can I get a double A one time to my location, please? >> 10:15, >> 10:15. >> Step out. >> Step out. All right, turn on. Put your phone around. >> Drop it in there. >> Everything is recorded. You are under arrest. >> Disregarding traffic control device. >> Correct. >> It's an arrestable offense in the state of Texas. Sir, >> it's only arrestable offense when you hurt officer's feelings. Anything legal I'm getting to know about? >> Telling you to bring it to the jail. Okay. >> Take it off and roll my window up and walk my dad. >> Let's walk this way. All right, stand right here for a second. Spread your feet. >> Really hoping you find something, but you won't. >> Check everybody before we go in the car. Huh? >> Do you want this with you or do you want this in the car? I like uh give you permission to search. >> Okay. If I'm searching incident or arrest or arrest, >> hey, this the jail's not going to take this. Just want to leave it in your car. Okay. Spread your feet. >> Spread your feet. I mean, if you bring it with you, they're just going to throw it away at the jail. So, it's up to you. >> All right. >> This way. >> Right now until you get to the car. >> I'll grab it for you. All right. Take a seat. You already know these officers love muting their body cameras when they're searching your car. >> Your phone fell on the side, so we have to find it. Okay. Um, I stopped the video camera for you, so it wasn't recording the whole time, but everything's recording. >> You didn't find my keys. Well, >> okay. >> My vehicle. You >> want me to finish? You want to talk? All right, cool. So, we're grabbing the keys right now. We're going to leave your car key, though, cuz if we keep the car key with you, they're going to charge you extra for the toe. So, we're going to leave your car key with them. All your other keys, you're going to come with you. Okay. >> Okay. >> Sergeant. >> Yeah. Roll up the window. >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, I mean, they're going to they're going to close all that up before they tow it. What? >> Swear it's all true. >> Swear it's true. to the best of my knowledge. >> Something about Officer Victoria's smile just really pissed me off. >> Thank you. >> You left me in a hot vehicle. >> You feel it? >> Yeah. >> Okay, I do. >> I'll turn it up. >> I'm surprised you didn't find my keys while searching underneath the seat and everywhere else. All I asked was for you to turn off your lights and my eye pointed directly at my cornea. It's already scratched. All right. So need to go to jail. Any drugs, weapons? Any drugs, weapons in your on your person? Now it's time to tell them. >> Okay. this one. >> I'm tired, brother. >> He walking out happy because he know he going to get paid. >> Okay. Uh they dropped all charges and released me because obviously uh nothing was actual on camera. Uh I'm sitting here with Sergeant Boyd. I'm outside. >> Um >> okay. Well, we're still looking for the car. >> Well, it's at uh AAA >> double A recorder. >> Double A recorder. He may call they'll release it because it was illegally towed in the birthplace because it was legal detention and violation of civil rights etc etc. >> Well, it's already been found. >> Yes. >> Is that your mom? May I talk to her? >> Okay, you can try. >> Well, I'm with Charlie, so we'll come. Can we pick up the car tonight? >> Is it uh Hi, this is Sergeant Bully with the Northwestern Hills Police Department. Who am I speaking with? I'm sorry. >> What's your name? Lori. Hey, Lori. This is Sergeant Boyd with the Northwestern Hills Police Department. Where are you at right now? >> I'm coming up on Cavenders off of 820. >> Okay. If you can come back to the police department where you were just at, >> he you can you can pick up Travis >> and as long as y'all can make it to DoubleA Record, I'll give you the address. um before 9:30 tonight, they'll release the car to him. >> Okay. >> Fair charge. >> All right. >> I'll get the address. Go back to the jail. >> Okay. >> Uh I'll get the Can I get the address from you when I get there? >> Yes, ma'am. I have a card with with the address on it >> and uh and we'll and I I'll I'll make sure that you know where you're going. But you're kind of on a little bit of a time crunch because there won't be anyone there to to release the vehicle to them after 9:30. So, you have about 40 minutes, but y'all got to come here and then boogie back to to double A. >> Okay. All right. We're on our way right now. >> Okay. We'll see you in a minute. >> Thank you. >> Yep. They should be releasing it for free, right? Yeah. I called them and asked them. >> Thank you. Yep. >> They should be releasing it for free, right? Yeah, I called them and asked them to. So, um, kind of know how that whole [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm not mad at you, but you you you understand uh my frustration. I sure do. So, did you kind of hear what I was telling your mom about the times? >> Yep. >> Okay. So, I wrote them down. So, if for whatever reason happens, y'all don't make it to double it. You have between you can pick up your car tonight between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m. >> If you don't make it there by 9:30, they won't have anyone there to release it to you. Otherwise, 8 to 5 tomorrow. Okay. >> Okay. >> That's where you're going. 5709 Denton Highway. It's doubleA record. It's in Halum City. All you do is get on 820. Exit Denton Highway. Go up. It's on your left. >> Okay. There's that. You have my card. >> What time is it right now? >> It is currently 8:50. So, you have you have 40 minutes. So, as long as you come straight back and go straight there, you should be okay. But we can't control when they man the place, you know? >> Yeah. You can't control when your officers make up [ __ ] and [ __ ] arrest me and other jailers refuse medical. I couldn't even cover my eye. I have a [ __ ] open wound on my eyeball and a staff infection. So you can understand how that might be a little dangerous. >> I feel you. >> And what's what's his [ __ ] name? What's Oh, it's not life thing actually. Yeah, it is. You have is the med you take like antibiotics for your staff infection? So you're getting treatment for it? Okay. do. And just to confirm, you don't need medical treatment. You don't need to call an ambulance for you, right? It's >> a little late for that. >> I just I want you I asked three times. >> I'm just letting you know that that's available. I I got a radio right here and I'll make it happen if that's what you want. >> Custody at the time. And y'all don't apparently have first aid kits. >> Yeah. I've never worked in that jail. Uh and so I don't I don't know. I can't answer that question. >> Like where did you come from? Uh I'm a patrol supervisor, so I have to review. Every time an officer makes arrest, they send a report and I review it. Um and you know, in this case, I didn't felt like there was an offense. So, uh that's why we're we we you know, cops aren't perfect. And I know >> at least the sergeant know that he works with a whole bunch of tyrants in his department. >> He follow me with every intention of arrest. Man, >> I don't I don't want to, you know, make any excuses for you cuz, you know, at the end of the day, I agree that we messed up. So, but cops aren't perfect. We uh that's why we have checks and balances. That's why supervisor has to review uh the stuff >> why we have civil rights. >> I I agree. So um if is there anything else I can help you with right now? >> Phone's about to die, but obviously my car my charter is in my car. Yeah. Uh I can't touch my eyeball. My eye drops are currently gone and my antibiotics. Do you want to come sit up? There's a little rock right here. It kind of doubles as a seat so that you're not in the middle of the parking lot and don't have to squat. You want to try that? >> Um, I can file foyer right here. Or do I need to go somewhere else? >> For what? >> For his dash cam. >> Uh, so dash cam. >> His his body cam. >> Yeah, >> for everything. Anytime you want to get something like that, it's all open records, so anyone can do that. You go up to our records lobby. It's on the second floor. >> Well, for four, I would have I would have for your dash cam, body cams. >> What's that? >> I would have the floor at his dash cam and body cam. >> Okay. Yeah. So, uh, not this door. This door goes to the jail lobby as you saw, but there's a public safety entrance. You go through those doors during business hours. Go up to the second floor. There's a records clerk and they can walk you through what the open records process for >> for that video. >> West. >> What's that? >> I know how to do a for West. I just want to make sure this is the right building. >> Yeah, this building but not that door that we came out of. It's one more down on the left. >> Excellent. >> Does that make sense? >> Do you have any other questions? Um, uh, why did they think it was okay to throw me in on the ground next to a toilet with an open wound on my eyeball? >> Talking about the jail staff? >> Yeah. >> I can't speak directly to the jail staff. I wasn't there. The only thing I reviewed was the uh that mom. >> Yeah. >> Cool. She should make it to double in time then. >> Thank you. >> Yep. You want me to talk with her? Make sure she knows where she's going. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> I'm Sergeant Boyd. I'm >> patrol supervisor tonight. Um so, >> you know, I reviewed the report. I determined that, you know, there wasn't a good arrest. So, we're releasing him from custody. We messed up. Um that's obviously still all documented. He does have a right to open records request, seek out the report, all that stuff. It's all available to him. He has it my business card. Okay. >> Um I called double A which is where his car is. It's 5709 D highway. He has a Can you show that orange card? >> Yeah. >> Uh that's that's the um where his car went. >> I called them and we have a good relationship with them. I asked them to release the vehicle with no fees. >> So hopefully that message was passed on to them. >> Okay. >> Um y'all have to make it there before 9:30. >> Okay. >> Because otherwise they won't have anyone there to release it. >> Okay. if y'all for whatever reason don't make it by 9:30, 8 to 5 tomorrow. >> Okay. >> And I would also like to add to make sure y'all go follow Bezy Washdog. That's where I got this video from. And man, he posts a lot of good content, especially for a lot of stuff that happens in Texas because one thing about Texas, man, yeah, it's a good state, but we definitely got a lot of corruption happening down here. So, I really would suggest y'all go to his page and give him a follow and subscribe and go check out his content. And that's what happens when you don't bow down to a tyrant, man. They just going to find something to arrest you on. Because from the beginning when this officer came back after getting his ID, it was something suspicious about why he was just standing there. >> You driving my ticket or I'm waiting for dispatch to come back with your return. Can I get a double A1 to my location, please? >> Just for the fact that he was already calling for a tow just shows that he was about to arrest this guy. Not to mention you having this officer lying talking about I swear to tell the truth. I don't trust him to be under the oath. >> Sir, it's all true. >> Swear it's true. The best of my knowledge. >> Yeah, this officer got some knowledge. All right. acknowledged to be a tyrant. But at the end of the day, it's a good thing that this supervisor know that he works with some tyrants. >> And you know, in this case, I didn't felt like there was an offense. So, uh, that's why we're we we you know, cops aren't perfect. And I know you don't. >> The least they could do is bring that officer out so he can apologize to this guy for wasting his time. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this North Richland police officer for pulling this guy for crossing the white line. You having this officer literally could have just gave him a ticket, went about his day. you having this officer have his feelings hurt so bad that he wants to arrest him for it. And it's just crazy because you having this officer lie, they searched his car, did all of that stuff while they had their body cams muted on top of that just for them to end up letting them go. And then you having that sergeant say, you know, cops ain't perfect. That's clear as day. But at the end of the day, no one's perfect. But it doesn't take you to be perfect to know how to do your job correctly because for the simple fact how he arrested him for crossing the white line just crazy. They searched his car, muted their body cameras just to waste this guy's time for no reason at all. And it just goes to show, man, that these officers definitely got some timers in their department and they definitely got to figure it out. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music]
