Did you have your registration, license, or I did not have a registration. >> It's kind of a blur when it passed me on the way. >> So, the motorcycle that ran from you on the backtrack from all of our cameras isn't you? >> You really going to make me have to go through all of this work? >> I'm not going to >> Just cut to the chase and we can settle this. >> But I was going to try to speak with the girlfriend Taylor again, you know, kind of push her a little bit harder now since earlier she just told me no. And so at this point I'm curious, is the mom going to help me? Like maybe she'll snitch on him. Maybe she'll tell me some information I need for my investigation. >> to see about your son's motorcycle. >> What about it? >> Like where it is. I'm investigating him running from the >> Last night. How do you know it was him that was running from you? >> Like again, that's what I'm investigating. Trying to find his motorcycle. >> Go get a warrant. You know, at this point you're harassing him. >> If you can disprove my theory of what happened last night. >> But see, that's not your job. Your job is to prove the other way around. >> He's not asked to answer any more questions. He's pleading the fifth on the grounds of >> He said he's not talking anymore. He wants a lawyer. >> So, I need to search his house here? >> Tell me why. >> clear his name up. >> No, you won't. >> We do have a warrant. >> I'M HERE. >> FOR WHAT? >> YOU entered the house with >> Yeah. >> Did you show my mom the warrant or show anybody the warrant? >> All right, dude. We're not talking about this right now. >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. I invoke my fifth amendment right, sir. >> Put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> And you're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the >> Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually. >> Answer this door or we're going to kick the door open. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Please. >> Thanks for paying your taxes. I need your ID. >> Do I really need to? >> You can look from the road. >> Let's unviolate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB Can't back in with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office over there in Georgia, where you had the Sheriff Deputy that was trying to chase this bike. He ended up losing the guy, so he decided to do more investigation and he ended up coming to the guy who allegedly ran. He was telling the officer, like, do you got a warrant? Do you have any proof? You really don't have any proof. So, this Sheriff Deputy, clearly he was in his feelings and had an ego problem and he ended up coming to the alleged person that ran parents. I'm going to go his parents, maybe they'll like say that he ran. The parents were saying, "Do you have a warrant? Do you have any proof?" Especially the mom, she was not going for it. So, when the officer was printing out a arrest warrant, he thought that he could use that arrest warrant to go inside her house. And she was letting him know, "You're not coming inside my house." Clearly, he had a problem with that and he got in his feelings. So, he decides to arrest the mom, too. And it just goes to show, when you try to have these officers do their job by the book and not try to cut corners and just go inside your house without a warrant for the house, they're just going to get mad about it and just arrest you. I'mma watch it, get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. >> A description of the subject. They tried to find a description. 113, did you have a visual? >> It's kind of a blur when it passed me on Wake Green. I think it was white. >> It's a 25, sir. I'm telling you it's a lady, sir. >> That's something I don't have to include. >> You know what? >> That's something I don't have to include. But you said that was a white lady. So, the motorcycle that ran from me on Wake Green right over the bridge last night, but I tracked from all of our cameras from this parking lot all the way to your parking lot. >> complex. Is that you? >> I literally get home from my door. >> Yesterday you did. >> I did. >> No, you didn't. >> I did. >> What time did you get off from work yesterday? >> Uh around 5:00-ish. >> So, here you were yesterday at 3:44 weight green South film at the Cherokee County line coming toward me. >> That's the same motorcycle that ran from me the later that night. I am not familiar with the roads. I don't know what Cherokee County line is, but I literally have no idea what you're And I don't have that motorcycle right now. >> You are going to make me have to go through all this >> work. I'm telling you it's not >> Cuz the least I'm doing I'm writing search warrants. I'm going to your house and I'm going to write the police. I'm going to find your motorcycle. I'm going to find your helmet. You really want to make me go through all of that? When you could just cut to the chase and we could settle this a lot easier and quicker. >> He's literally begging him to admit that he committed a crime. >> Just cut to the chase and we could settle this a lot easier and quicker. And you'll be getting in a whole lot less trouble. >> Like I said, I did not ride the motorcycle yesterday. >> I just showed you the picture. >> Sure you're riding it here yesterday. >> That's not me. Just a pump. >> Again, I'm giving I'm giving you this one opportunity to come clean about running from the police last night. >> I get that you're trying to do your job, but that's not me. What? >> Well, I'm going to your house with some search warrants and I'm going to go find what I'm looking for. And I'm going to get an arrest warrant for you and you're going to go to prison. Is that it? >> It's on? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> What you did last night fell into place. You have to go to jail. You have to go to prison for that. So again, I'm trying to give you an out to where you don't have to go to prison for a whole year in your life. But if you're going to make me go through all this leg work, writing search warrants, finding evidence and stuff, you know, I'm going to make you So you don't want to come clean about running from me last night? >> I did not ride my motorcycle. Like I said, girlfriend drives the car. >> So the pictures I just showed you you're identifying with those same exact shoes on in the picture? Literally the same exact shoes. >> White shoes or white shoes? >> Uh they're they're Nikes. Just like the guy in the picture on your bike. That even looks like you. I mean straight up. What's uh number for you phone number? So I can call you when I have your warrants signed? Sure. One last chance so you don't go to prison for a year? What? Thank you. Hey sir. Sir, can I ask you Did you say you were working last night or were you working last night? Do you what Do you know what kind of vehicle he came in on last night? No, I was busy over here. Do you know if your cameras are looking out front, dude? Uh right where you see it. This is the last one. Yeah, he was in the car. Thank Thank you so much for your time, appreciate it. Appreciate it. Yeah, I I straight up told him I'm like, "Look, my next steps will be going to your house with a search warrant to look for the helmet and the backpack." So like I >> When you house, you mean the apartment? Correct. >> The apartment, right right. I didn't know which apartment they I knew like the building I had a general idea of which building they lived in at that point, but I didn't know which unit number yet. >> Got you. >> But so you know, that was kind of just like a throwing that out there try to see if he could kind of come off on it, maybe, but he wouldn't. So um that kind of ended that the conversation's longer, but that was kind of the end of that. So, the next step I uh went back up to the apartment complex cuz now I just want to speak with other people other people that like know him and might tell me more about his motorcycle or stuff like that. So, I went back up to the apartment complex. I was going to try to go knock on the door I didn't know which door to knock on, but I was going to try to speak with the girlfriend Taylor again and you know, kind of push her a little bit harder now since earlier she just told me no and that was the end of that quick interaction. So, when I got back I was like surprised that her car wasn't there anymore. So, I was like, "Oh, she must have gone somewhere after dropping him off." Interesting, you know, and then coming home and then went somewhere else. Sorry. So, I uh She's not there. So, I started just looking up, you know, any kind of intel I could find out about him in in you know, all of our investigative tools, if you will. So, you know, I'm looking at Peregrine to see his mother's house. I believe it's 921 Little River Line. He At this point I'm curious like, is the mom going to help me? Like maybe she'll snitch on him. Maybe she'll tell me some information I need for my investigation, right? >> Y'all know what this officer just said? Hopefully, she snitches on him. That's all they want to do. They pretend to be nice and all this just to try to get more information to incriminate you. >> mom going to help me? Like maybe she'll snitch on him. Maybe she'll tell me some information I need for my investigation, right? I find that information and I'm like, "Cool, let me go over there and see if I can talk to mom." And I go over there to the house and and when I get to the house I was like really surprised to find the girlfriend's car there. >> Doing all of this without a warrant just shows the type just shows what type of officer he is. >> Can I help you? >> Yeah, how you doing? >> I'm good. How are you? >> Hey, good. I don't know if you remember me, do you? This is about a long time ago. The kids broke into the concession stand over there at Hopgood. >> Oh yeah, like 10 years ago. >> Yeah, you remember that? Yeah, yeah. So, it's been a it's been a while. >> So, I'm trying to see about your son's motorcycle. >> What about it? >> Like where it is, stuff like that. >> Why? >> So, I'm investigating him running from me last night. >> How do you know it was him that was running from you? >> Like again, that's what I'm investigating. So, that's why I'm trying to >> to him? >> Yeah, talked to him at Papa John's. He already told you that, right? >> Huh? >> I'm sure. >> We just picked him up. We were jumping world. >> Okay. Yeah. So, um I'm trying to find his motorcycle to >> Go get a warrant. We're not going to talk to you guys. He already told you you know, he said he already talked to you. >> Okay. >> You know, at this point you're just you're harassing him. >> No, not really. I'm just trying to I don't want to wrongfully put people in jail that don't belong to be in jail. So, if he's got a legitimate, you know, if he can disprove my theory of what happened last night. >> But see, that's not his job. Your job is to prove the other way around. >> Yeah, no, I absolutely have problem with cause. Like I said to him, I tracked him all the way from where he ran to where he I'm actually typing it right now. >> Okay. >> In just a second I'll arrest him. So, cool. Give me a second, I'll get it sworn out and I'll be right back. Just make sure he stays here for a minute, okay? So, there's no failures of justice. >> unless he's under arrest right now, then don't ask me to do anything. >> All right, I'll be right with you. >> He's not asked to answer any more questions. Please put this watch on the guy. >> That's fine. >> I have a warrant, and why are you like in my half of my garage? All right, well, Chris is right here. He said he's not talking anymore. He wants a lawyer. >> I need everyone out of the house, please. >> No, show me a warrant. >> You're in the house. >> Show me a warrant. >> Again. >> Show me a warrant. >> point, the house has been secured. >> Show me a warrant. >> For your safety. >> Show me a warrant. >> that there's contraband evidence in my possession inside this house. >> Show me a warrant. >> need this house cleared. >> Show me a warrant. >> Get out of here with this stuff. >> No, you won't. I'll call the police on >> Everyone out of the house. >> No. >> COME ON. >> DO YOU HAVE A WARRANT? >> I KNOW. >> DO YOU HAVE A WARRANT? >> This will be videoed. >> I don't know. You don't know that. >> Do you have a warrant? I'm going to call the police, and I don't care. I'm going to call the cops. >> Everyone outside now. >> What's your name? And your badge number? I have I'm not obstructing. You don't have all these kids and dogs. Do you have a warrant? >> If you continue to resist, you're >> a warrant? >> You're going to be placed under >> Do you have a warrant? >> Right now, I need everyone out of this house right now. >> Yes, ma'am. Not if you DON'T FOR WHAT? >> OBSTRUCTION >> I DON'T KNOW. >> I'M ON THE PHONE WITH 911. >> YOU'RE HINDERING MY INVESTIGATION. MA'AM, everyone is the same. >> I called the police to confirm THAT YOU'RE OUT OF ORDER AND that you're arresting me. >> Everyone is the same. >> PUT IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA. >> Please just slide. >> Baby, baby. >> Put it on social media. >> Caller is falsely believing that deputies >> It's all on tape. >> Anyone else in the house, MAKE YOURSELF KNOWN OR LEAVE THE EXIT. >> I WANT MY PHONE. NO, give me my phone. >> No, you can keep your phone. >> No, give me my phone. >> Sheriff's office, come on outside, please. Thank you. Come on outside. >> No. I'm going to answer it. 911 >> Come on outside. >> Do Do officers need warrants to come into my home? >> Yeah. >> You guys are in the wrong state. >> Hey, sir. Is everyone out of the house now? What's your badge number? 885. Thank you. All right. I would ask you to The house is clear now. >> Tell me you need a warrant. >> Are you going to hurry up? >> No. Why are you here? >> Yes, ma'am. You can call We love Hey, no, no, no. Don't >> I'm not answering this. >> Yes, you can. Calm it down. Hey, we're going to deal with mom, but it's going to be all Hey, hey, take a deep breath. >> [laughter] >> Deep breaths. Calm down. Close your eyes. Calm down. >> You entered the house without a search warrant? >> Yeah. >> Isn't that like against the law? >> Nope. >> You're 100% sure about that? >> Yep. >> You tell me why my mom was arrested. >> Obstruction. She injured me. >> She injured you? >> Hindered. Yep. >> What does that mean? >> She hindered me from doing my lawful lawful duties. >> Nothing about what he did was lawful. >> Did you go inside the house? Are you saying or are you saying that you didn't go inside the house? >> Yeah, I went inside the house. >> Did you show my mom the warrant or show anybody the warrant? >> All right, dude. We're not talking about this right now. >> After that one deputy put that my mom in the handcuffs, was he illegally allowed to go in the house like he did and then come back out before getting that warrant since I saw him have to issue it? >> Yep. We call it a safety sweep. When we secure a residence, we can do a cursory safety sweep of the residence to make sure there's nobody else hiding inside. >> All right. >> We can't search anything. We are just looking for people. Once we know that the house is clear and there's nobody inside of it, then we can detain everybody and then go apply for a search warrant. >> Do you have kids? A conscience, maybe? Cuz I don't know how you stand by beside other people that you work with and you just go along with it and you stood there silent when I asked you that question in front of your boss when you know it's on videotape. You know what actually happened. Fully intend to disclose it to the public. >> One time >> And when the truth comes out that you guys did actually barge into my house without a warrant, and you guys lied, I fully intend to turn around and come after your jobs, and I will sue you. >> Just another case of an officer doing what he wants because he doesn't want to do more paperwork because he even said it here when he said, "Are you really going to make me go through all that? Can you just tell me that you committed this crime?" >> So, here you were yesterday at 3:44 Wake Green Southbound at the Cherokee County line coming towards me. >> That's the same motorcycle that ran from me later that night. You are going to make me have to go through all this work? I'm telling you it's not >> His scare tactic definitely wasn't working. Maybe his mom will end up snitching on him. >> Try to speak with uh the girlfriend Taylor again, and you know, kind of push her a little bit harder now since earlier she just told me no and that was the end of that quick interaction. So, at this point I'm curious like, is the mom going to help me? Like maybe she'll snitch on him. Maybe she'll tell me some information I need for my investigation, right? >> If you can disprove my theory of what happened last night >> But see, that's not your job. Your job is to prove the other way around. >> I absolutely have probable cause. Like I said to him, I tracked him all the way from where he ran to me. I'm actually typing it right now. >> Okay. >> In just a second I will arrest him. >> Now, this is the type of mom to have who's not going to fall for the cos playing. And then he wants to lie and say, "Oh, we're just doing a sweep of the house. We're not searching it." >> have a warrant? I'm going to call the police. I don't care. I'm going to call the cops. >> Everyone outside now. >> What's your name? And your badge number? >> You can continue to apply pressure >> I'm not obstructing. You don't have all kids and dogs. Do you have a warrant? Do you have a warrant? >> You're going to be placed under arrest. >> Do you have a warrant? >> Right now, you have no right to be in this house right now. >> Yes, ma'am. >> NUMBER 921 11. >> FOR WHAT? >> OBSTRUCTION. >> DID YOU show my mom the warrant or showed anybody the warrant? >> All right, dude. We're not talking about this right now. >> He didn't want to talk about it because he know what he did was wrong. Entering somebody's house without a warrant and then want to lie and say, "Oh, we were doing a sweep." But, that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this Cherokee County Sheriff Deputy for doing all of this because he was really trying to catch a guy that ran from him. He thought this guy was going to admit to a crime. He said, "Oh, you really going to have me do all this? You know what? Maybe the mother will snitch." He went to go talk to the mom. The mom said, "Go get a warrant." You know he was very upset about that. And then when he got the arrest warrant, he wants to say, "Oh, you know, I I got a search warrant, too." He did not have no search warrant for that house. He didn't even think about the mom's house or even getting a warrant for that house. It was just that he was in his feelings and he has so much of a ego problem that nobody wanted to help him with his investigation and he was very upset that he had to do his actual job. And when I get more updates on this case, I definitely will let y'all know what happened. Just goes to show that he's definitely comfortable for what he just did, which makes me believe that this isn't his first time. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe if y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
