They don't have to sign that service. >> It's a hand ring. I just put refuse to sign a handed her cop. >> That's all you do? >> You okay? >> I hate this. >> I just hate it. I hate it that she does like >> Just calm down. I'm going to go talk to her. That's >> because I am not a troubled citizen, but I am standing up for our rights. >> You're authorized not to sign us. You're not guilty until proven guilty. did was he told me if I did not sign this I was going to go to jail. Even though I have a business with a business license that caters to outside customers. >> What's good YouTube? It's BB Cass back again with another video and another reaction. And today's video is from the Black Rockck Arkansas Police Department where you had this Black Rockck Arkansas Police Chief getting his feelings that this lady was breaking a noise ordinance. It got so bad to the point that she asked a request from the sheriff's department. And that's where you see this sheriff officer of the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department pull up. And you will see when this sheriff officer pulled up and he went to go talk to this chief, this chief straight up said, "Oh, I hate this. I straight up just hate this." But he was really getting upset over this damn noise ordinance. And you could just tell how much he was in his feelings for the simple fact that this lady was just standing up for herself. She didn't believe that she didn't break no noise ordinance. You having this police saying that she did and you will see in this video just how much he was in his feelings when he was telling the sheriff officer how much he hate her. I'm going to watch and get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. This is her. >> What's going on, bro? Well, I I'm out riding my south side. She's playing loud. You know, we have new doors. I come up here and I knocked and I asked her to turn it down. Did I not? >> You did. And and she walked back there and turned it down. I don't know if it was when he left >> after I left after she told me write her a ticket. >> So I had to leave you with a ticket book. It's not in here. >> Contact him in private. >> Oh yes. >> So the issue is they don't have to sign that ticket. >> It's a hand ring. I just put refused to sign a handed hurricane. >> That's all you do? >> You okay? I hate this [ __ ] >> I just hate it. I hate it that she does me like >> Just calm down. I'm going to go talk to her. Okay. >> No, Richie back here. Let him get appreciate you coming though. When's your ordinance your sound? >> Uh, last month. No. When when's when's the ordinance? Y'all got a time frame on it? >> It's all the time. >> All the time. Okay. >> No. [ __ ] A damn noise. And as she turns it back up, she gets another side. I'm going to go back here cuz if we're going to get this on the record, if we're going to get this on the record, I need it on the record. Okay? Because I do serve citizens outside with Music Kai. I'm >> G. I'm Deputy Harmon. Just pleasure to meet you, sir. >> But, uh, like I said, um, you know, that that's a tough situation in Black Rock right now. >> It is. It really is. >> And unfortunately, like I said, with me working for Hawky, I don't have a say regardless. I just was kindly coming to make sure there peace. >> There is peace. But I am disputing this because I am not a troubled citizen, but I am >> standing up for is disputing it is don't. That's exactly what I would do. >> You're authorized not to sign this. >> You're not guilty until proven guilty. Okay. >> Thank you, sir. >> So, the court date, >> that's when you you'll be charged if you're charged. I'm not saying you're going to be charged. >> The judge will make the decision. >> But the judge will make the decision. But you you're you're in the right. >> So, what this man did was he told me if I did not sign this, I was going to go to jail. >> Well, and like I said, used to it was kind of like that. If you refuse to sign a a citation, you did go to jail. which they changed that just pretty recently. >> So, in other words, that police chief was just trying to use intimidation. >> You know, >> I'm not I'm not seeing you going to jail. >> If the city ordinance, you need to check with the city clerk and the city the mayor >> on the noise and I have to get >> Yeah, I have to get his permission. And guess what? >> He gets so permission. He is also the entertainment committee that has that racetrack down there that makes all that noise all night long. I cater to outside. >> But I guess they got a city permit. >> They have No, sir. They are they That's the city. >> No, I'm just saying. >> No, they don't have an ordinance, sir. >> Well, I was told this is what I was told. Now, >> I mean, I I don't know the laws here in Black Rockck like I do the county. Okay. >> So, tell me what the law is. They they're stating that they have a city ordinance with a loud permit. >> You're supposed to check in and pay for the permit >> for each and every time even though I have a business with a business license that caters to outside customers. >> So what I would do is get a hold of the mayor and say, "How do I get it for everyday use for my business?" >> Right? you were to be able you were to be able to get like a >> three month permit or you know >> I mean I would think I don't know like I said I don't know >> so what I would do if I was you >> is say can I go to a committee meeting >> won't work and then suggest it >> where can I take it higher >> because the city and the council are not >> right >> so the only way you can go higher >> and what you're telling me is is that since the council can't help me as my council member is that they're going to shut my business down. Is that what you're saying? >> No. >> Okay. I'm not saying e. But what you can do is go in front of the judge and say, "I need a permit to play loud music >> to run my business." >> to run my business. You can say that >> I have a 18T screen that plays movies, games. >> But until then, you have to follow the guidelines that you know now. Does that make sense, ma'am? >> Yes, it does. Absolutely. >> Okay. So the your guideline now is they're saying you have to have a permit daily. >> Okay. So >> daily for a business. >> Well, I'm just saying that's what they're saying. >> Is that what they're saying? Is that what I don't know it? So daily business. So >> that's what I I was told when I >> Come here. I need y'all to look at this. I literally have a business that allows me to serve food to my outside customers. I can't bring them in >> obviously. >> I think what they're saying >> so what you're saying you're commercialing is you're allowed music. >> Absolutely. And >> so I would present that to the judge, >> right? And I mean you know as far as the food permit that is for the food and to serve citizen category where you would have to have what I'm suggesting >> as a deputy. >> Yes, sir. >> Just follow the guidelines until you go to court. >> Okay. That way the chief of police here and the committee doesn't hound your business. Okay. >> You see what I'm getting at? >> Love you. >> Thank you, sir. >> Y'all have a good day. Okay. All right. So, I appreciate everything for you. Need me, Holly? >> Did you explain to us? >> Yes, I explained to her. So, so what you need to do is get with the the mayor and y'all need to figure out how she can play her loud music. >> Oh, she's got most indoors. >> Yeah, >> she been told. >> But I explained to her. >> Yeah, she didn't like it though. >> So, we got it figured out. All right. >> Good. >> All right. I'm good. You good? >> You're good. >> I just got home. >> All right. >> Y'all need me? Holler. That chief is the biggest crybaby I have ever seen because in the beginning you hear this chief say how much that he hates this lady. >> You okay? >> I hate this baby. >> I just hate it. I hate it that she does be like this lady. >> Sounds like a crybaby officer to me. How I know that this she was a crybaby. He was trying to scare her into signing this ticket. >> They don't have to sign that ticket. >> It's a hand. I just put refuse to sign it. said was he told me if I did not sign this I was going to go to jail. Well, >> and that's just straight up intimidation from that police chief. And then even towards the end, you can see how much of a crybaby this chief is being when he said all she has to do is just pay for it. Like he like he was going to cry. >> She can play her loud music. >> She said yeah, >> she didn't. >> But I explained to her she didn't like it. >> And I guess he didn't like how she was talking to him either. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about this Black Rock police chief for getting his feelings all because of this lady was just trying to stand up for her rights. He was over here saying that she had to turn her music down. He's over here saying that she could get arrested if she doesn't sign this. But when you had the sheriff come, the sheriff was just pretty calm with it. He told her that she didn't have to sign it, you know, just deal with it with the judge. You having this police chief just be a straight cry baby with it. Like I really want to know how that interaction was. Like I'm pretty confident saying that he was definitely being extra with her and when she was standing up for herself that he definitely got mad about that and turned red like a tomato. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think by the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [Music]
