[Music] [Music] what's up YouTube It's BBC back again with another video and another reaction and in today's video is taser Face Cop where this officer got fire not not fire he resigned he just kept resigning at different agencies because he kept getting in trouble for doing the same stuff basically he kept tasing and like over just being too much with the taser bro basically so I'm going to watch and get my reaction let me know what y'all think about the comment section and let's get into the video breaking tonight a former Memphis cop who used excessive force with his taser so many times he was nicknamed taserface has resigned from yet another Midsouth police Agency for serious misconduct now we were reported about Colin Barry Hill in the past you see him here in this body cam video he resigned before he could be disciplined by MPD back in 2020 but quickly found employment with the South Haven Police Department tonight we have learned Barry Hill no longer has that job an Action News 5 investigator Jessica jaglo has the latest and I didn't know if he had a weapon or not former Memphis police officer Colin Barry Hill is now a former South Haven Police Officer according to the South Haven Police Internal Affairs Bureau Barry Hill removed a citizen from his home detained him without probable cause and would not tell the citizen why he was being handcuffed and placed into a patrol vehicle afterwards the disciplinary review board said Barry Hill had violated its policy for serious misconduct and neglect of Duty but just like the Memphis Police Department South Haven Police allowed Barry Hill to resign before he could be fired an investigation by Action News 5 and the institute for public service reporting revealed Barry Hill violated mpds excessive force and weapons policies three times in less than a year while on the job according to those internal documents the first time Barry Hill tased a juvenile in the back cooperate man the second time he tased a man suffering from a mental episode and whose arms were being held by four other officers the third time a nonviolent man was handcuffed when Barry Hill tased him that night an NPD supervisor on scene told Barry Hill he'd earned a new nickname it's taser the officer abruptly resigned the night before his disciplinary hearing and took a job with South Haven Police the following month you know what I like really find crazy about that you could work at like a job or something and whenever you want to like go to another job and then like they look at your resume and they see what you did as your last job and they don't hire you but like for a cop you could like beat the crap out of somebody get reported for it and just resign and go to the next Department I think that's wild late l last year we had an interview set up with the now retired South Haven Police Chief Mak Moore to discuss why he'd hired Barry Hill despite his troubled MPD record Moore backed out of the on camera interview at the last minute but told us off camera he was not concerned about Barry Hill's past Barry Hill's application for South Haven Police does show he answered yes to the question asking if he'd been suspended terminated or resigned prior to termination or during an internal investig ation but the reason he listed was being suspended for 2 days following a crash where he was ruled at fault there's no mention of the excessive force or that Memphis police were considering firing him South Haven did ask Tennessee's law enforcement oversight agency about Barry Hill this email shows the peace officer standards and training commission or post said at the time no disciplinary history was reported to them but to contact MPD with any question it's unclear if South Haven ever did that while Barry Hill resigned from South Haven PD in March after nearly 3 and a half years on the job we obtained documents related to his resignation just recently I spoke with Barry Hill on the phone he told me he's no longer in law enforcement but he can still police in Mississippi and in Tennessee his policing certification hasn't been revoked in either State for the investigators I'm just and I really find that really wild just for the simple fact of um whenever he was like in his interaction and then the one officer was like we're going to give you a nickname taser face and they just laughing around like bro like that's actually really sick like what the f like what and then the fact that he just could be wrong at one Department resign go to the next one like that's the that's really the issue man like people always wondering like where like how come like we have like a lot not like a lot but it's a good majority like you know officers that are like that and just and they keep wondering like why nothing happens because that's what they do they just go to the next apartment and just do the same stuff that's just wild but that's my reaction on it uh let me know what y'all think about the comment section how do y'all really feel about that though as far as like a officer just being able to resign before getting fired and then just jumping off to the next Department like I feel like I feel like they got to get charged or something but that's just me though but let me know what y'all think about it U make sure to like subscribe and all that and uh y'all have a wonderful day [Music]
