What's up, man? Are you working security or something over here? You been out here for quite some time. You have your license, registration, proof of insurance? What do I need that for? We're in a high crime rate area. You're backed in. It looks suspicious. >> Suspicion is not a crime or misdemeanor, sir. Well, all I need to do is identify you, make sure you're not on America's Most Wanted. >> I haven't did anything wrong, sir. It's not my job to do your job for you and to >> Yeah, that's why I'm asking you the question. >> Yeah, and I don't have to answer. I don't have to answer. >> you go ahead and step out of the Okay. I said you're being obstructive. >> I'm allowed to not answer questions as as well. >> not true because I have reasonable suspicion to believe that there's something going on. If I don't get out of the car, you're going to arrest me? 100% for obstruction. >> Okay. >> [music] >> Happy New Years, YouTube. It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And I just want to say I appreciate y'all, man, watching my videos throughout the year. All the love and support that I've been getting from y'all liking, sharing, and commenting, man, I really do appreciate it. You know, I never knew how far I would really go with this YouTube channel because at first I really just was watching YouTube videos and just posting it because my friends never really like watching police interaction videos. I was the only one out of my whole friend group that liked it. And it's just like now I got like a whole army of people behind me that love watching these videos, love holding officers accountable, and also just putting this stuff out there for the whole world to see. And I just want to say, man, that I really do appreciate the love and support. And just know there will be a few changes happening on the channel, just more improvements on everything that I'm doing and the work that I'm putting in. And just know I have a lot in store for y'all for this 2026 journey. And in today's video it's from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department over there in Nevada where you had this Metro Police Officer, Officer Camboge, who pulled up on this guy that was just chilling in this parking lot. You had this guy that was just minding his own business and you having this officer come up to him saying, "Hey, man, it's suspicious what you're doing. You're backed up in a parking spot. I need to get your ID." And you will see that this guy was literally not doing anything wrong. He was literally just minding his own business. And you having this officer trying to get his ID for literally no reason at all. And you will also notice that he was just on a fishing expedition because when he told his officer that he didn't have to answer his questions, he said, "Yes, you do. You got to answer my questions." Because you already know, man, when you don't help officers with their fishing, they get very angry about that. And it's just crazy. For some reason officers that act like this, they're the ones that get recognized the most. They win all of these awards, be the high prized officer of their department, and this is how they treat people. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get into the video. What's going on? >> What's up, man? Are you working security or something over here? No. No? You've been out here for quite some time. Uh no, I haven't. I been here probably 15 minutes. All right. Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance, all that? Yeah, what do I need that for though? Well, we're in a high crime rate area. You're backed in. Yeah, you seen me backed in though. You followed me. You you you followed me from over there. Yes, so we've been here for a minute. >> No, no, you left. You I I watched you the whole time. You You were You were pulling up across from me, then you seen me, then you turned into the gas station, then you pulled >> Okay. I'm just I'm just I'm just relaying to you that it looks suspicious. I know, but suspicion is not a crime or misdemeanor, sir. Like It's called reasonable suspicion. All I need to do is identify you, make sure you're not on America's Most Wanted and then you're free to leave. >> Well, I'm not on America's Most Wanted and I haven't did anything wrong, sir. >> Okay, but I don't know that, right? Yeah, I know. It's not my job to do your job for you and to Yeah, that's why I'm asking you the question. >> Yeah, and I don't have to answer. I don't have to answer. All right, you go ahead and step out of the car. >> Okay. Go ahead and step out of the car right now. Do I Do I have to? >> Yes. 100%. I'm giving you a lawful command. I'm just I'm just I'm telling you you're being obstructive. No, I'm not being ob- I'm asking questions. I know there's So, we'll explain everything in a minute because I'm trying to explain it the most professionally possible. >> I I I But I You're not allowed to ask questions. I'm I'm allowed to not answer questions as as well. >> not true because I have reasonable suspicion to believe that there's something going on. Okay, sir. So, I'm just going to ask you one question. If If I don't get out of the car, you're going to arrest me? 100% for obstruction. Okay. Cool. I'm going to arrest you because you're minding your business and you ain't telling me what you're doing. >> Get out of the car, you're going to arrest me? 100% for obstruction. Okay. Cool. >> out. Thank you, sir. Go ahead and turn around. I'm just going to pat you down. You're not under arrest and I'll explain to you Do you have your ID on you? I don't want to That's why I asked you to identify yourself, my man. All right. Am I going to jail if I don't? >> Yes, 100%. >> Okay. You're going to arrest me if I don't identify myself? Yes, yes. Okay. Cool. What's your name and badge number, please? Officer Camboge. Okay. Cool. 19194. That's cool. Just go and put your phone there. All right? I'm just going to I'm just going to put it up right here. >> All right. Continue to keep your phone gelled. All right? Where's your ID at? It's right here. That's a mistake though, buddy. I promise you that. That's crazy. Appreciate I threatened with arrest for sitting there. Well, I've I've I've been explaining you my perspective. I I heard your perspective, sir. And I I heard everything you said and I I told you that I didn't feel like I had to answer certain questions or do certain things. I I do want you to threaten me with arrest, but I really don't, but I guess we'll just find out. Like what I'll just end it just like that, sir. Okay. Appreciate you. Do you Do you understand what reasonable suspicion is? Yeah, you you don't have reasonable articulable suspicion at all. What? We've We've made in the last 1 week six different drug drug arrests No one else's arrest has anything to do with me. I can come in this parking lot and do anything lawful. Any As long as it's lawful, I can do it. >> on my training and experience That's fine. >> the vehicle's parked, the corner it's parked out, the store it's parked in, you've been here for quite some time. >> That's fine. >> Right? I understand. So, it's reasonable for me to believe that something's going on. No, it's not reasonable at all. It's not. But well, I guess we'll find out. Right. And And I told you from the jump we're just going to identify you. If everything's cool >> but I'm a free I'm a free American, sir. I I fought for this country, bro. So, Thank you for your service. So, I don't have to like just go around and hand people my ID when I'm not doing anything wrong. That's That's not how it goes, sir. I have reasonable suspicion to believe that you're being >> you I understand what you said. Right? You're not in handcuffs. I understand, sir. I understand. Yeah, I understand. >> So, I Are you mad at me for standing up for my rights? Not at all. Okay. I'm trying to have a I'm trying to have a dialect with you so that we're on the same page of what I'm perceiving and what you're perceiving. >> I understand what you're perceiving. I know, I don't. Prostitution or car sales. Okay. Okay? I'm telling you in this parking lot alone You told me that already, sir. We don't You don't have to I understand. We don't We don't have to go back and forth. Just do your business, please. Are you code four on your record check? Yeah. All right. Can I grab my phone now? Yeah, of course. It says nothing was on file. Yeah. And after a little bit of time, these officers did end up letting him go. But I will say with this guy, he has dealt with a lot of harassment with this police department and he has put in complaints and did all of that. And basically they assigned it to the detectives did nothing about it. And that just goes to show, man, I know a lot of people always say like, "Why don't you put a complaint in? Why don't you go sue?" You know, this guy's definitely been trying, but one, puts a complaint in and then nothing gets done. And then two, when he tries to find a civil rights lawyer, none of them ever want to pick the cases up because that's one thing about it, man, it's hard to get a lawyer these days. Some of them be charging an arm and a leg. Some of them work for the police department. It generally really is hard for people to file lawsuits against police officers, especially when they're corrupt because if they're corrupt, nine times out of 10 the detectives are going to be corrupt and just everybody in that system. But this is what this guy said about this situation. But my take on it though, it's really crazy how this guy literally did nothing at all but just chilling in a parking lot. And you having this officer just roll up on him and started asking him questions. All right. Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance, all that? Yeah, what do I need that for though? We're in a high crime rate area. You're backed in. High crime area is something officers love to use, but being backed in, that's something new I never heard before. And even though this guy did nothing wrong, you having this officer say, "Well, I don't know that." Well, exactly because he's not doing anything wrong. >> And I haven't did anything wrong, sir. >> Okay, but I don't know that, right? Yeah, I know. It's not my job to do your job for you And even when he's telling this officer that he doesn't have to answer these questions, you having this officer saying, "Yes, you do." >> Yeah, and I don't have to answer. I don't have to answer. >> you go ahead and step out of the car. >> Okay. I'm allowed to not answer questions as as well. >> not true because I have reasonable suspicion to believe that there's something going on. Okay. >> you don't have the right to remain silent when I'm fishing. >> But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about this Las Vegas Metro Police Officer for detaining this guy all because that he was just chilling in the parking lot. You having this guy literally just minding his own business and you having this officer saying, "Look, man, just answer my questions. I need to know what you're doing." It's literally none of this officer's business to know what this guy is doing. If he's not breaking no laws at all, they just need to leave him alone. But you having these officers on these fishing expeditions and they get very upset when you don't answer questions. And just in this case right here, you having this guy literally not doing anything at all. But as soon as he doesn't answer that question, you having this officer get in his feelings about it, tell him to get out the car, wasting his time completely for no reason at all, just to end up letting him go. And it's just crazy, man. He's one of the high honorable officers of that department and this is the type of stuff that he does. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day and a Happy New Years. >> Mhm.
