They called me and said a suspicious person. Okay, now wait a minute. Let me explain the law. Somebody called you in as a suspicious person. I've identified you as that person. We are having a personal interaction. So now, when we have personal interaction with a law enforcement officer, and he requests your identification, by law, you are required to give me your identification. So all I need to ask is your name. I understand what the Supreme Court ruling was. Okay, I completely understand case law. All right, you've been identified as a suspicious person. >> nothing suspicious about what I'm doing. I'm jogging around. I haven't broken any law. I didn't say you did. So what's the problem? Nothing's the problem. Are you just not going to give me your ID? No, I'm not. You're going to give me your ID? I mean, there's no reason for me to give it. >> Yes, there is. No, there's not. >> Because now, you're making it into a bigger thing than it has to be. Because I'm telling you where I work, what I do, and as a law enforcement officer, have a little bit of common sense and just be like, "Okay." You're talking to me about common sense. Well, we've talked tonight. You want to interrupt me because you think you've got power because you're law enforcement. So you want to tell me, I'm telling you, I'm not breaking law. I understand you have a job. You come here as a man, we've talked together, and I've told you what I'm what I'm doing, okay? There's no reason for me to like give you my name and all this stuff. Be a man. How about be a man, not law enforcement. Be a man. >> How about we go this direction, all right?
