Let's go, papuera. Let me see Hey. Hi everyone, Donut here. Today we've got a story where everything actually starts going pretty smoothly until one moment changes the entire situation. So, basically every video on this channel. You got deputies serving a warrant, doing everything by the book, people coming out of a home, and then someone comes out with a gun and it goes bad fast. And this is one of those incidents that gets a lot [music] more complicated the more you look at it. So, let's break it down a little bit later because first we got a word from our sponsor. This video is sponsored by Manscaped. Manscaped has been helping dads shave their balls for years. I mean, their beards. Well, I mean, maybe even their balls' beards. Father's Day is coming up, you degenerates. Have you thought about what you're getting your father? Manscaped might have the perfect thing. As a dad with a beard, I would really appreciate if my son gave me this, but all he gives me is stress. This little guy is the Beard Hedger Plus. Ooh. This little guy is the Quick Adjust Slider. You can get 14 different length settings covering everything from 1 mm stubble all the way up to 20 mm. So, if your dad has a nice beard like this or a little baby boo-boo beard, it doesn't matter. This can still help. I personally love the Quick Adjust Slider. That means you don't have all those little plastic guards littering the counter top in your bathroom. The blade is super durable. It's a 33 mm stainless steel square blade. Battery life is solid. It's 60 minutes per charge. I don't think your dad will be shaving his beard for 60 minutes, but who knows? He might. Easily chargeable with a regular old type-C port. It's even got a little travel lock feature so it doesn't start vibrating for the TSA and they think it's something else, like a bomb. Let's say your dad has a wet beard. Well, this is waterproof. So, look, get your dad something cool for Father's Day. Don't get him another pair of socks. Definitely nothing mushy like a hug. Hopefully you're not kissing him on the lips. Get him a Beard Hedger Plus so he we finally love and respect you. Let's start this off with a story that doesn't even make it out of the courtroom. March 18th, 2026, Riviera Beach, Florida. What is Florida man up to today? I think the good lord is telling me to go outside and stop sitting at my desk. It keeps getting brighter outside. >> But first, crime. Now, usually when someone is in court for murder charges, the general strategy is to keep your mouth shut, let your lawyer do the talking, and avoid making your situation worse. That doesn't sound like fun. This guy went with a different plan. His strategy appears to have been confess harder. Thank you. So, this clip starts with the defendant already talking and right out of the gate he says this. >> Okay. People that was supposedly killed they didn't [cough and clears throat] die. Nobody died. Obviously, right? Well, one person did. You do have one count of a No, nobody died, sir. I'm just You want to run your show right? I'm I'm sorry. I'm sorry everybody in the courtroom. No, I shut up, man. What? Buddy, you're not supposed to say the quiet part out loud in the middle of court. You were given that poor defense attorney PTSD. Whatever it is you're doing, he has nightmares about that. This is not how any of this works. You're sitting there in front of the judge, the prosecution, court staff, and the camera, and you've decided now is the perfect time to start doing the state's job for them. And to be fair, I appreciate your honesty. It gets even better because his lawyer immediately realizes his client is even dumber than he first thought. I'm sorry. I'm sorry everybody in the courtroom. No, I shut up, man. Let me talk. Let me talk. I can't talk to the judge, bro. Everything you're saying is being recorded. Okay, let me talk. Yeah, if it's being recorded and then if it's being recorded You can see the lawyer jump up and try to shut this whole thing down before it gets even worse, which is exactly what any sane defense attorney would do when their client starts casually blurting out murder admissions. Honestly, this makes me chuckle because most defense attorneys are scum. But the defendant is not interested in legal advice. He basically tells his own lawyer to back off and let him talk. By all means, go ahead, my boy. I shot every one of the people in the head. They're not making it back. It just gets even worse and worse because he starts listing the people he shot in order. It's like a [ __ ] rap song. It's awesome. Marquis was the first to die. That dude got shot in the throat. Oh yeah, he died. Um A lot of people were shot in the head, sir. Dude, it's like he's just reading off a grocery list. So, to recap, this teen you sent to court ignored his lawyer, confessed on camera, doubled down when warned it was being recorded, then started listing victims like he was giving a presentation. Now, for this PowerPoint slide, you'll see that I killed Ladarius on this day at this time with this gun. I hid the gun here. And next slide. In this slide I have seen some unbelievably stupid people on this channel. I mean, truly elite levels of dumb. But admitting to multiple shootings in open court while your lawyer is actively trying to save you? >> You're my special friend. >> What an honest young man. Honest and incarcerated for the rest of his life. Honest, nonetheless. Speaking of ideas that sound great to a 4-year-old, but is actually the dumbest [ __ ] I've ever heard. >> you invest in treatment, housing, health care, recovery, and progress, uh you don't need the prisons. >> We're going to go on down to my home city of San Antonio. Which, if you do live in San Antonio District 23, you better be voting for Brandon Herrera come November. We got a city councilman down here in San Antonio arguing if we just give people health care, housing, transportation, and job programs, we won't even need prisons anymore. >> We can either create a police state where we jail everyone for every uh every little thing that we do. We survey them and we look for we look out for everybody who's doing something bad in our community and we lock them away. Or we can create a community where everyone has access to treatment, housing, health care, transportation, workforce, uh all of the things that make our city great and vibrant. If we invest in those things, we won't need the prisons. We won't need the jail. >> No more crime, just fix everything and it all goes away. >> IT ALL GOES AWAY. WHICH is wild because I didn't realize every thief was just stealing to pay a medical bill and not one penny more. Or that every random stabbing or gang shooting was just a transportation issue. Good to know that we just need to solve every problem that exists real quick and then we can abolish prisons. Now that I think of it, you know who's causing all these problems? It's probably the big old women in San Antonio. But they do have some big old women though. [laughter] We'll start off with getting rid of the Edgars, the tortas, but we're going to keep the big booty Latinas. That'll solve everything. Now for today's main story. Miami-Dade, Florida, December 2nd, 2025. Just before 5:30 a.m., deputies are serving a search warrant connected to an internet crimes against children investigation at a home. They aren't just quietly sneaking around like movie ninjas. They're using a long-range acoustic device to announce the search warrant and repeatedly telling people to open the door and come outside. Why did the report say long-range acoustic device? They're using a [ __ ] megaphone. They're yelling for a man to come out cuz he diddled children. Shoot that guy. Now through a window, deputies say they could see multiple people inside, but no one comes out. So the special reaction team breaches the front door, also known as SWAT. >> Hey, watch my last Crime is Fun video here on YouTube where I talk about SWAT and being swatted five times. The SWAT guys love me. Come on tight. OPEN THE DOOR. BREACH. I HEAR IT. I hear it. I hear it. I hear it. I hear it. ALL RIGHT. I HAVE A FIREARM ON MY PERSON. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. THIS PART ACTUALLY GOES AS CLEAN AS YOU COULD HOPE FOR. They pull some adults and a child from the home. Damn, it got bright. I'm telling you, the good Lord wants me to go outside and stop dilly-dallying in front of this computer. All this tomfoolery, all these shenanigans. So, at this point you're thinking, "Okay, controlled entry, controlled evac, some people are out. Now all they need is the warrant target. Easy day, right?" Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Wrong, because then this happens. An adult male enters the living room holding a handgun. Now, this is part where things get a little gray. A lot of people have guns and use them to protect their homes. I mean, if you're in South Florida. It was one of those badass sheriffs in Florida who said, "I hope the residents of my county, if someone comes in their home uninvited, they shoot them." And if someone's breaking in your house, you're more than welcome to shoot them in Santa Rosa County. We prefer that you do, actually. We have a gun safety class we put on every other Saturday, and if you take that, you'll shoot a lot better and hopefully you'll save the taxpayers' money. But, deputies did announce themselves when they were entering the home. They've evacuated several other people from the home already with a significant police presence outside the home. There are plenty of heavy sleepers out there. The first time I got swatted, I didn't pick up my phone and they were about to kick my door in. Could have been he woke up and heard some loud [ __ ] outside, and it being Miami, grabbed his gun to go protect his family. I'm not sure what that man could have been thinking, but you probably guess WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. >> [screaming] >> THE BODY CAM DOESN'T LEAVE MUCH room for interpretation. He walks out with a gun in his hand and several shots are fired from SWAT striking the man causing him to fall to the ground and drop his firearm which is recovered a little while later. Now here's where it gets even crazier. Right after the shooting the actual warrant target comes out from deeper in the house AND GETS ARRESTED. OH [ __ ] WE DIDN'T shoot the guy who's accused of diddling kids. It was the brother of the guy who just got shot. EMS gets called deputies are in the raid but he's pronounced dead at the scene. Here's the part that a lot of people have a problem with. This man does run up to the door gun in hand but he didn't raise it at the deputies. He didn't raise it at all. He runs out with his handgun probably to see what was going on and one deputy doesn't even finish asking him to show his hands or announce themselves as law enforcement to the guy before shots ARE FIRED. WHICH BRINGS UP A KEY QUESTION ABOUT HOW this unfolded because if you're inside your house at 5:30 in the morning with announcements being made, the door getting breached and your family already being evacuated, why would someone come running into the living room holding a handgun? You can see why the deputies would be threatened. But hear me out at the same time we're only seeing this from the outside where we heard the announcement and saw the other family members marching outside. It's possible he didn't hear those announcements at all. I mean, I'm a heavy sleeper. He already woke up disoriented to noise and movement inside his home and reacted. That's what makes this one difficult to look at in a simple way. Now I'm sure no surprise the shooting is being heavily investigated. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement, you know, the state agency is conducting an independent investigation per the sheriff's office. I don't know if this is going to turn out to be an awful but lawful situation. You guys can let me know in the comments below how you feel about it. Well, that's all I got for you fine people today.
