You know how I said when you're on probation how officers will literally try to mess with you just to find something on you? Well, this guy right here just recently got off of probation and you will see in each video these officers are literally harassing him. And even the case where he just chilling in his car, you have an emission VA police officer just coming up to us. Oh, you're still on probation parole? He recently just got off and this officer, oh yeah, I just wanted to talk to you. No, you wanted to search him and you will see in these videos these officers blatantly just harassing this guy and it's just really sad and crazy. I'm going to watch you give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Let's get into the video. This is Paul Varela just currently spoke with these individuals over here. They um seem to be harassing me >> stuff in here. >> You're not going to touch me, bro. >> This is your stuff in here. >> That's not my property. >> Okay, cool. >> Okay, get rid of it. >> Hey, that's fine. >> That's not yours. Your shirt. >> That's fine. That's not my property, bro. That's not That's not my property. I'm not on probation or parole. >> All right. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Okay. >> So, even though you don't want to talk to us, we can still hang out here as long as we want. You know that, right? >> Right. I'm just saying we have the right to be here >> and we can hang out. >> I don't want to be harassed. Pretty. You guys are harassing me. Please, man. I just came to enjoy my day at the park. That's what it is. Leave me alone. I'm I'm >> allowed to enjoy my day at the park, too. >> That's fine. That's fine. >> So, telling us to leave and get out of here? We don't have to leave and bounce, bro. >> That's fine. >> And that just shows the Corona Police Department really got nothing better to do. Then you have this Riverside Sheriff officer feing for that ID. >> You have identification. >> Just forewarn this officer. I'm not going to talk to him. As I could, as you can clearly see, our bags are being packed up and we are waiting a ride. He forewarned him >> and he's engaging in a conversation with this. >> I am engaging in a conversation with you. Do you have identification on you? >> I don't answer questions. >> You what? >> I don't answer your questions. >> You don't answer my question. >> I don't answer questions. >> Why is that? Okay, let me I'll explain it to you. You're here loitering on these people's property, right? >> Loering. >> You have all Yeah, it's called loitering. You're sitting here with all your belongings in the back of a gas station. Go ahead. >> Hold on one second. Okay. I'm a uniformed deputy sheriff in a marked unit in a full uniform. I'm asking for your identification. >> Okay. I'm not asking you if you committed any crimes. I'm not asking you anything. I'm asking for your identification. Are you going to provide that or no? Are you going to tell me your name and date of birth? Is that a no? All right, we'll deal with that in just a second. You said you don't have any ID on you, buddy. You don't want him to tell me his name either. >> Why would that? >> What's your first name, man? >> I don't want any problem. >> Yeah, you don't need to be caught up in his drama. >> C O D Y. >> Knock it off. C O B Y. >> Period. Cody. >> C O D Y. >> What's your last name? >> More M O. >> Spell your last name for me. >> Date of birth. Cody. >> All right, man. Last chance. >> You touch me, it's a battery, bro. >> You do not have If you touch me, it's a battery. >> No, it's not a battery. >> You do not have lawful jurisdiction over me. >> I do. >> I'm not loitering. We We have lawful business here. We purchased this food here. name and date of birth. >> Doesn't matter. I don't need to disclose nothing with you. >> Okay? Stand up. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm going to touch you, dude. And if you resist, you're going to get charged for it. >> Stand up. >> And then you having this Mission Vejo police officer want to say, "Hey, man. Are you still on probation?" >> I'm not really trying to be harassed right now. >> I'm not trying to harass you, dude. I'm just talking to you cuz I've had contact with you in the past, right? And you were on parole. So, I didn't know if you were still on parole or not cuz last time I talked to you, you were on parole, right? >> No, I was on probation. >> Oh, well, AB 109, right? PRC has basically the same thing. >> Still same terms, right? It was still searched >> I'm not I'm not on drugs. Um um I just got done eating Del Taco and where do you work at? >> It doesn't matter. I'm not going to disclose that. This is not going to be a custodial detention because I'm on private property. I'm not doing no harm to nobody. I'm minding my own business detention because I am on private property. I'm not doing no harm to nobody. I'm minding my own business and I'm doing >> I'm just talking to you. >> You're 100% free to leave. >> Okay. >> I'm just talking to you. As you can tell, my car is not blocking your car, right? >> No, it is not. >> I parked far away to come talk to you. You're free to leave whenever. I'm just talking to you cuz I haven't seen you in a while. >> Okay. I >> think last time I saw you was like 6 months ago or something like that. >> It might have been. >> So that's why I'm just talking to you cuz you looked familiar. >> Does that make sense? >> Yeah. No, I've been I've been I've been pulled over numerous numerous times out here. one time just for pumping gas and they they destroyed the car. You know what I mean? >> Oh, because when you were on police or probation, they searched. >> Correct. You know what I mean? And they don't find nothing. And I'm like, dude, why' you guys throw my tank tops on the floor? Those are my new clothes. You guys are not going to pay for them. Like, why are you expecting me to pay for them? >> No, no, I get that. I'm not trying to jam you up or anything. I just didn't know if you were still on probation or not, right? That's why I wanted to come talk to you. >> Okay. >> Does that make sense? >> No, [laughter] it does. It does. And I understand that. That's completely uh understandable. And it's not like I blocked you and I tried to pull you out of the car or anything like that. I called you by your name and I asked if you were and you said you weren't. Right. >> Correct. >> And I didn't know you got off a week ago. >> Thank you. I Yeah. And honestly, and on another note, I wouldn't I wouldn't even disclose my name because again, you have to be you have to have reasonable suspicion that I committed a crime. I haven't done nothing like that of the sort. >> I knew your name. >> Oh, I [laughter] allegedly allegedly you knew my name. >> How did I know you were on? I knew everything, man. Right. I mean, facial recognition now, you know, >> we don't have facial recognition. >> No. >> No, we don't have anything like that software. >> Corona does. >> Do they really? Well, no. We have like fingerprint scanners, but that would have like if I detained you and you wouldn't give me a name, then we'd fingerprints you. >> Exactly. Like like you know, >> we don't have facial recognition stuff. We have just fingerprint scanners. >> Well, I mean, the reason why because I I uh like, you know, I've been in prison the majority of my life and I've studied constitutional law. You know, I mean, I've studied law for a lot of years and uh >> I'm not trying jam you. I'm not trying to violate those laws. Right. >> Right. No. >> Have I once said you were being detained? >> No. >> Have I told you many times you're free to leave? >> I appreciate that. Again, I'm just I'm I'm I'm so I'm trying so hard to to abide by any laws that you know and I I don't >> I'm not Listen, I'm not saying you're breaking any laws, right? >> No, you're not. >> That's why I just wanted to confirm if you were still on probation or parole or not, right? Because I know, like I said, last time I contacted you, you were on probation, you said, right? >> That is correct. And you just got off a week ago. How was I supposed to know that? >> You You were Well, I thought Usually they run my uh information. >> Oh, no. I just recognized you. I haven't read anything about you yet. I haven't even confirmed that you're not on probation or parole. >> No. No. Absolutely. >> No, no, but you get what I'm saying. >> Yeah. >> Just cuz I recognized you and you were on probation. That's why I was like, there's no point of running him out yet. >> Is that That's an unmarked patrol vehicle, right? >> Yeah. >> I told her as soon as I seen you guys, do you [laughter] guys see me? I said, I'm going to get pulled over. I know they're going to come. They're going to pull us over right now. >> Well, I just came to talk to you cuz I recognize you. That's why I haven't even ran you out to see if you are on probation or not. That's why he wanted to call or come up here and ask you. Right. >> Right. >> See, >> and and again, um, >> no worries, dude. I'm not here to jam you up. I just didn't know if you were still on probation or not. Okay. >> That's fine. >> All right. You have a good one, dude. Okay. >> I appreciate it. Thank you guys so much. [snorts] >> But if he was on probation, best believe this officer would have been searching him. And it's just crazy. This guy literally dealt with three different types of police harassment. In the first video, you having these officers just lingering around trying to search him for something. >> Stuff in here. You're not going to touch me, bro. >> This your stuff in here. >> That's not my property. So, >> even though you don't want to talk to us, we can still hang out here as long as we want. You know that, right? >> Yeah. I'm pretty sure y'all have all the time of the world to hang around in the park rather than go handle some real crime, huh? Then you having this officer just feing for that ID. I guess he think if he gets that ID, his hair will grow back. >> I don't ask your question. >> You don't answer my question. >> I don't want any problem. >> Yeah, you don't need to be caught up in his drama. >> C O D. >> Knock it off. >> Last chance. You do not have if you touch me, it's a battery. >> You do not have lawful jurisdiction over me. >> And this is the type of officer that loves to pray on the weak but runs away from real crime. And then you having this Mission Vjo police officer saying, "Oh yeah, I just wanted to talk to you to see but knowing damn well if he was on probation, you would have been searching him. >> I'm not trying to harass you, dude. I'm just talking to you cuz I've had contact with you in the past. I'm just talking to you. As you can tell, my car is not blocking your car, right?" >> No, it is not. >> I parked far away to come talk to you. >> Oh, but if he was on probation, best believe he would have not been free to go. So, this officer just wanted to fish real quick. But that's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. How you feel about these California police officers for harassing this guy. Literally, he got harassed three times in one week. You having this officer feing for his ID. You having the other officer come to the park saying, "Oh, man. Is this your stuff right here?" Oh, it Oh, yeah. We can chill at this park. We ain't harassing you. Y'all literally harassing this guy. And then you having the other officer saying, "Oh, yeah, man. I just wanted to talk to you. See if he was on probation parole." And when he said he wasn't, you know, that officer was hurting inside because he was hoping he was going to search him. And it just goes to show, like I said, man, when you're on probation or parole, officers literally try to hunt you down, just try to find something on you. And when people try to do better, better better their life and try to get on the right path, you having these officers just come around the corner just to mess with them and even sometimes plant stuff, just hoping to get an arrest. That's my take on it, though. Let me know what y'all think about the comment section. Make sure to like, subscribe, and y'all have a wonderful day. [music] >> [music]
