Can I see your ID? >> What laws am I breaking? >> I'm just investigating trying to figure out what's going on, who I'm talking to. >> Well, when you can give me a law that I'm actually breaking, then I'll give you my ID. >> Right now it seems like with uh all the burnout on the roadway >> Can you investigate that that was done today? If you want to put a a temperature meter right there, that's the only thing that's hot right there. It's in my property. >> Okay. >> I'm saying that that did just happen recently in my yard. >> Sure. Yeah, that that's in a public roadway, right? Which would be a traffic violation >> No, I just did that today. >> And by your own statement, it's still warm. >> This is. >> We're not trying >> By my own statement, that is warm. I'm pointing at that one spot. >> All the marks directly in front of your house. >> What are you going to charge me with? >> I'm not charging you with anything. >> I am a child supporter of the Brevard County Sheriff's Department. I love everything you guys are doing and not giving you a hard time. >> you for an ID? You're trying to resist and trying to do all this stuff. >> for it. I'm not dude. >> I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> know I'm not breaking any laws. >> I don't take those tests. >> No, I invoke my fifth amendment right. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. >> What the Where you coming from? >> I'm trying to live. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually. >> This is not a traffic stop. >> Answer this door or we're going to kick the door in. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Please. Thanks for paying your taxes. >> I need your ID. >> Is that a threat? >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the road. Let's not violate my rights. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video it's from the Brevard County Sheriff's Office over there in Florida where you had a sheriff officer accuse this guy of doing some burnouts. Even though he had no proof that this guy did this, he's trying to arrest him for it. Even though he has no proof that this guy did this, he starts demanding for his ID. And this guy told him, "I ain't giving you my ID until you prove this was me. You can test the temperature on my tire and you can see that it wasn't me." And it just goes to show, man, when these officers pull up, the first person they see, they just go start accusing of a crime. I'mma watch it give my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section and let's get into the video. >> What laws am I breaking? >> Like I said, right now I'm just investigating trying to figure out what's going on, who I'm talking to. >> Well, when you can give me a law that I'm actually breaking, then I'll give you my ID. >> Okay, well, right now >> law are you accusing me of what I am trying to do? >> do is figure out what's what's going on. All that I'm trying to do is figure out who I'm talking to. So, >> Okay. Well, if you No, seriously, if you tell me a law that I'm breaking, I'll do that. I'm a proud supporter of the Brevard County Police Department. I appreciate everything you guys do. >> What's your name >> I'm backed with you. >> Sure. What's your name and date of birth? >> Please tell me what law you are trying to accuse me of breaking. >> I'm not accusing you of anything. I'm trying to figure out what's happening right now and who I'm talking to. >> You have no reason to ID me at this point until you're until you're going to until you actually accuse me of breaking any laws. >> What >> What law am I breaking? >> Right now, it seems like with all the burnout on the roadway, that's definitely something worth investigating. >> Okay. Can you investigate that that was done today? >> I have >> Or can you articulate that that was done today? >> I I have eyewitnesses that said that you're driving recklessly. >> On the roadway? >> Yes, on the roadway that I could clearly see that everything burnt out. >> Well, if you want to put it a temperature meter right there, that's the only thing that's hot right there. It's in my property. >> Okay. >> So, when you can accuse me of a current crime, I will gladly give you my ID. >> What's wrong with that then? I'm done. >> Hey, who's driving? >> I'm not. >> You're not driving? >> Again, I am a proud supporter. I appreciate everything you guys do. >> So, again, if if you haven't done anything wrong and you're not concerned with anything, then why are you sitting back? >> Because they've called the cops on me like 50 times, dude. This is been an issue over and over and over again. And honestly, >> Can I ask you a question? All in all, right right now, I'm just trying to talk to you. >> No, no. I can I can I can >> So, I've never came out. All I I could smell that there's burnt rubber right here. >> And there indeed is. There indeed is. Look, feel this. It's still warm. There indeed is right there. 100% there is indeed a warm spot right there on my property. >> So, you're saying that that did just happen recently? >> In my yard. >> Sure. Okay. Yeah, that that's in a public roadway, right? Which would be a traffic violation for reckless >> That I just did that today and that that that's that's when that was done. >> I mean, by your own statement, it's still warm. >> This is. >> We're not trying >> By my own statement, that is warm. I'm pointing at that one spot. >> here. Warm spot. All the marks directly in front of your house. What are you going to charge me with? >> charging you with anything. >> Listen, I'm My frustration isn't you. I've explained to him I am a child supporter of the Brevard County Sheriff's Department. I love everything you guys are doing. I will support you. I would go in a parade to support the Brevard County Sheriff's Department. I'm tired of him calling the cops on me every couple weeks >> So, why when I'm asking you for an ID, you're trying to resist and trying to do all this stuff? >> All because the understanding getting his ID isn't going to solve anything. Oh, you get his ID. Oh, now I know that you did these burnouts. Yeah, okay. >> I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> I'm in my driveway. There's nothing you can you can just go over there and tell him there's nothing you can do. >> It's not just you. >> prove that I did that today, then okay. I'll give you my ID. Or that I did that at all. >> Okay. >> I did That's that's >> What's your name? Just tell me your name. >> Preston. You don't need it. >> What do I call you? Bro? Okay, I'm sorry. >> Sir. >> Um So, why why do you think he's calling you? Is it just he doesn't like you? Like, why is he calling you? >> That is That is why he doesn't like me. >> Okay. Um Did you have a conversation with him? >> No, he was over here yelling at me before. >> What was he saying to you? >> I don't want to get into it. I'm not tit-for-tat. I'm not breaking any laws. >> Okay. So, whatever you do, I'm privacy of your own home. I don't care. >> Privacy what? >> Of your own home. >> Yeah, yeah, of course. >> driveway. >> Yeah. >> do it. You can't block his driveway. >> I'm definitely not blocking his driveway. >> street. >> I'm definitely not blocking his driveway. >> Yeah, I know. >> You can't block him. You can't block his driveway. >> I know. >> Um if you're being loud, they can complain to you and it is an ordinance violation. >> At 8:00 or something like that. There's still a time. >> time. >> And there's still a decibel. >> Decibel, yes. No time, though. >> So, you have They have to prove that there's a certain decibel. >> I mean, anybody can hear You can hear that and it's electric. So, you'd have to prove the decibel. >> Okay. >> And I agree. I'm not arguing with you. I'm not arguing with you. >> just saying the things and the ways people might try to get you, okay? >> I understand. >> Another thing is if you're screwing around back and forth, okay? And I don't know, he calls his buddy over here and he's like, "Hey, are you bothered by this?" This is really conduct. >> Yeah. >> All these options that have nothing to do with >> we could try it. >> You're working on your car, you know? >> I mean, we could try it. >> Don't try it. I'm telling you don't try it. >> I mean, I'm tired of him basically yelling at me for every little thing. He's been sitting here trying to tell me how to live. And you know, it's just ridiculous. >> Really? >> And I I'm sure it's back and forth. I'm sure if I look up his history, there's going to be a history. >> Um honestly, I've never called the cops on him. >> No? >> No, ever. The only one thing I've ever done is how it all started, actually, is because I did a bunch of yard work for him. I mean, when I tell you a bunch, I mean I literally tore dirt, big holes up in his yard, removed trees and everything else. And he didn't say thank you, but you know what? I don't care. I don't care. I really don't care. But when I put up a fence at one point and I attached like one or two screws to it so that I could block off so I could have my dogs in the backyard or whatever, I came home one day and it was on the ground, but he had put up this whole brand new fence without a permit. That's the only thing I ever did, I called the county on him and said, "He put up a fence without a permit." The only thing. Never called the guy something. But he's always calling the cops on me because of me parking and whatever else. My wife came home and was like an inch on his grass just now. >> I can be petty, okay? >> I know. >> I I don't >> So >> I don't want you getting in trouble because somebody wants to >> your nice attitude. This guy obviously clearly doesn't understand that I do support the Varick County Sheriff's Department. And had you maybe come up to me and ID me, I wouldn't have pushed back on him so much. >> That's enough. I mean, I don't know what you're doing. I'm not going to speculate on what you're doing here, okay? But if it's clean, and if >> I don't understand. >> There's traffic and criminal possible criminal charges, okay? >> I understand. >> So just be be smart. >> I know. I am. >> I know you don't think people with cameras, but people with cameras If I really wanted to >> I could tell you today private property. >> Keep it there. >> Exactly. >> You want to tear up your driveway, you do that. >> That's That's exactly what I was doing. >> Keep it on your property. >> I'm telling you that. Thank you. Have a good day. >> And just like that, he didn't have to get his ID because apparently he needs to get his ID so he can know what's going on. >> Like I said, right now I'm just investigating, trying to figure out what's going on, who I'm talking to. >> Well, when you can give me a law that I'm actually breaking, >> then he tries to say, "Oh, well, you know, these burnouts right here." Well, then you have to prove that it was him. >> Right now it seems like with uh all the burnout on the roadway, um that's definitely something worth investigating. >> Okay. Can you investigate that that was done today? >> But he didn't say, "I have eyewitnesses that saw you do a burnout." What they say? Back the blue until it happens to you. >> I I've explained to him I am a proud supporter of the Brevard County Sheriff's Department. I love everything you guys are doing. I will support you. I would go into parades to support the Brevard County Sheriff's Department. I'm tired of him calling the cops on me. >> And it's nothing wrong to support them, but then you're going to realize that they be hungry for that ID and did all of that try to get his ID just to end up letting him go. >> criminal possible criminal behavior, okay? >> I understand. >> Just be smart. >> I know. I am. >> I know you don't think people with cameras are people with cameras. If I really wanted to call the cops >> I can tell you today exactly >> You want to tear up your driveway, you do that. >> That's That's exactly what I was doing. >> Keep it on your property. >> This sheriff deputy really thought he was going to get his ID. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How do you feel about this Brevard County Sheriff officer for trying to get this guy's ID all because he's trying to figure out what's going on. This guy did not commit any crimes. He's trying to tell him that too. Like bro, there's no reason for you to give my ID. And this officer knew he had no reason to get it. But he was upset that he couldn't get it when he asked for it. And this guy knew his rights. He was not going to give up his ID. And then he wants to say, "Oh, I see these burnouts right here." Okay, prove it was him then. And that officer couldn't prove it. Cuz he even said, "You could check my tires. Everything's good. I did not do that." But y'all already know, they get in their feelings when you tell them no, especially when you did nothing wrong. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe. And y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music] [music] [music]
