Um, do you have any ID on you? Driver's license, registration? >> Yelling and screaming and stuff. I just didn't know if you were in distress. >> Do you have your ID? Just so I know who I'm talking to. >> I don't need to ID myself. >> Why do you not need to ID yourself? You were yelling >> me over? >> when you passed >> I'm not yelling at you. >> I thought that's what you were doing. >> my first amendment right to yell when I see improper conduct. >> when you're yelling and screaming. >> to you. >> No, it's a disturbance to people down here. >> It's my freedom >> I don't take those tests. >> You don't? >> No. >> I invoke my fifth amendment right. >> Sir, put your car in park. >> I got to go. >> You're not going. >> Excuse me, sir. Where are you coming from? >> I'm driving Lyft. This is not a traffic stop. >> It is actually a traffic stop. >> Answer this door or we're going to kick the door open. >> Y'all getting in trouble for kicking my door in. >> Thanks for paying your taxes. >> I need your ID. >> Do I need to? >> You can look from the outside. >> Let's un-violate my rights, though. >> What's good, YouTube? It's BB cast back again with another video and another reaction. And in today's video, it's from the Hundred Ten Police Department over there in West Virginia. Where you had this Hundred Ten police officer pull this guy over because he was yelling out his car. You having this officer saying, "Well, I stopped you because you're yelling." And when he tells him like, "I didn't break a law, man. So, I don't have to give my ID." This officer wants to say, "Yeah, yeah, you do have to give me your ID because I stopped you." And you will see that this officer didn't even write him a ticket or anything. He just pulled him over just to get his ID and then do some cos-playing. And it just goes to show, man, these officers really be pulling people over based on their feelings. I'mma watch it get my reaction. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Let's get it to the video. >> Officer. >> Because, um, I do that to every vehicle in case something happens. >> Exactly. Look, my keys are right here. >> Okay, that's fine. Um, do you have any ID on you? Driver's license, registration? >> me over? >> Um, yelling and screaming and stuff. I just didn't know if you were in distress. >> do want you to see a police officer just left the scene. >> Uh-huh. >> You see, there's people parked in the bus lane. >> Uh-huh. >> That's illegal. >> Okay. >> And I've called you guys multiple times about it. >> Okay, the bus lane right back there in front of Pullman. >> Correct. >> Okay. There weren't nobody in it when I just started by. It was 0 m. have >> Okay. >> I have a on my back camera right here. >> Uh-huh. >> I also have other days, every day that I passed by here, I posted it and I let you guys know every time, "Hey, there's people parked in the bus lane." >> Okay. >> And you know, if handicap people like that guy in the wheelchair back there, how's he supposed to get on the bus? >> Absolutely understand. >> So, I don't have your ID. Just so I know who I'm talking to you real quick. >> I don't need to ID myself for doing anything wrong. I haven't done anything wrong. >> You've been yelling and screaming and hollering and I just didn't know if you >> I wasn't and I wasn't and I've already And you've already conducted your investigation saying that I was a disturber because people were breaking the law. >> But I still have to know who you are. >> Why? >> Because I need to know who you are. >> a stop and ID state. >> Yes, I have to identify >> a stop and ID state. >> who who I'm talking to. >> I know you have to know who I'm talking to if I've committed a crime, sir. >> In other words, I want to check you for warrants. >> I know you have to know who I'm talking to if I've committed a crime, sir. >> Well, I needed to find out what the issue was because you're yelling and screaming and hollering and >> is? People are breaking the law. And I get pulled over for little stuff like this, but yet you're not holding the person over there accountable for them breaking the law every day. >> I do write tickets over there. >> Well, then why aren't you over there writing the ticket for that person? Why are you pulling me over? I'm not yelling at you. >> I thought that's what you were doing. >> have my first amendment right to yell when I see improper conduct. >> You do, but you can't >> So, then why I'm not creating [clears throat] a scene. It's not a disturbance when someone's breaking the law. >> disturbance when you're yelling and screaming and >> to you. >> No, it's a disturbance to people out here. >> No, sir, it's not freedom If people can yell at me, "Go back to where you come from" and you don't stop them, why is it that I can't yell for justice and equality? >> You can, but you can't >> So, then why why are you stopping me then? It's not a disturbance. >> Because I thought you were yelling at me when you passed me. >> And I've already identified that to you. >> That's fine. So, I need to identify who I'm talking to. >> Why? >> And as soon as you give me your ID >> But I haven't done anything wrong. >> give me your ID and I know who I'm talking to, then we leave because I know everything is fine. >> Okay. All right, Mr. Flynn. >> That's correct. >> All right. Well, you have a fabulous day, and I know that everything is fine with you, and I know your complaints. But, let me give you a little heads-up. If you have a complaint about somebody parking in the bus zone >> you all multiple times about that. >> explain to you. My name's Officer Spears. >> I've also left multiple reports on that 311 app where it heads directly to the police department of where things >> letting you know >> Can you listen to me a second? >> I can hear you, sir. >> Well, let me explain to you what I'm going to tell you what you need >> you know multiple information about the situation. >> Flynn, let me explain to you. What you need to do, if you go down here and you say, "I would appreciate your help more than anything in the world. If there's something going on downtown, that's my job. I'm the downtown policeman, okay?" My name's Officer Spears, all right? >> Yes, I know that. I can see that. >> I'm not trying to I'm not trying to >> I just want you to be aware that I've called multiple times. This is an ongoing issue. It's an everyday thing, and I and people have threatened me on the subject, and I've been approached saying that no, "You should leave your car in the bus zone just so that I can prove to you that the police ain't going to do nothing. I'll leave my car there all day." >> We do write tickets here. I can assure you that I write tickets here. >> The only time I've ever seen people get ticketed is when I start to make a complaint. >> No, I write tickets here all the time. >> I'm glad that you do. I'm happy that you do, sir. That's >> Go in there at Starbucks, and I'll write >> the other thing. Starbucks will get pissed at me and call the cops on me, but yet they're using Hold on. Their manager is using the spot to just as their own little private zone, and I have that on documented film. >> And you can ask TTA people that the buses that come in there, I do I do write tickets. >> I understand that. I just wanted to let you know that Starbucks is using that as their private zone, and it's upsetting to see because, you know, handicapped people who are in wheelchairs, I've seen them struggle to get on that bus. >> Absolutely. And I'm happy that you're writing tickets, sir. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. Handicapped Handicapped spaces, period. >> This is This is an This is an everyday issue. >> If you see something going on, call over to 911, let them know. Now Now Now Now let me finish. Give me a second, man. You got to let me finish. Tell them that you talked to Officer Spears and that I was wanting you to call in and let them know. I work Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:00, okay? Let them know. Say, "Hey, there's a car parked down there." I will be more than happy to drive by there and I'll give them tickets, okay? But you have to make sure that you do it between 8:00 and 4:00 cuz that's the days I work, Monday through Friday, all right? >> That's fine. >> I don't work during the weekend. But just call in and say, "Hey, I'd appreciate your help more than anything, okay?" >> Like I get it the bus ain't running. I don't but Yeah, yeah, I I understand. >> 4:00. Call over there and tell them. Say, "Hey, I spoke to Officer Spears. He wants me to call in and let you know that this is going on." And then they can relay the message to me. I can go down there and I can write the ticket. I would appreciate your help. That's what I'm supposed to be doing, all right? It's cold out here, all right? You have a great day. Can you do that for me? >> I guess so. >> All right. Appreciate it. You take care. >> He was a little too excited to get his hands on that ID, but the fact that he pulled him over for yelling when he literally broke no law. >> Um do you have any ID on you? Driver's license, please? >> you why you pulled me over? >> Um yelling and screaming and stuff. I just didn't know if you were in distress. >> do >> You pulled him over because you think something's wrong with him, but yet you didn't ask him if he's okay. Not to mention he just told on himself. So if he wants to say, "Oh, I thought you were yelling at me." So you're telling me you pulled him over because your feelings got hurt. >> Why aren't you over there writing a ticket for that person? Why are you pulling me over? I'm not yelling at you. >> I thought that's what you were doing. >> But I have my First Amendment right to yell loud. >> It's a disturbance when you're yelling. >> It's a disturbance to your feelings. Mind you, he did not break no law, but this officer was hungry for that ID. >> I'll get back to you. >> So I That's fine. So I need to identify who I'm talking to. >> Why? soon as you give me your ID >> But I haven't done anything wrong. >> give me your ID and I know who I'm talking to, then we leave. Let them know. I didn't tell them No, now let me finish. >> Man, he was too excited to get his hands on his ID. But that's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this hungry tip police officer for pulling this guy over for yelling? You having this officer saying, "Oh, I thought you were yelling at me first." So you pulled him over because your feelings got hurt. And when he was telling you that he wasn't yelling at you, this should have just been that. All right, my bad, man. You have a good day. But now, man, he was feeding for that ID. He wants to say, "I need to get your ID because you were yelling." Like getting his ID is really going to tell you if he's okay or not. Not once did this officer ask him if he was okay. He was just hungry for that ID and was on a power trip because he thought this guy was yelling at him. And when he told him that he wasn't, then this officer wants to get into some cop slaying and get a little bit too excited because, man, it seems like he hasn't had his hands on an ID in a long time. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. Make sure to like and subscribe and y'all have a wonderful day. >> [music]
