These people are out here feeding the homeless and protesting, minding their own business, just trying to do good in the world. You having this officer roll up and start saying, "Who started this?" And they're like, "Oh, we all did. We all like got together." And this officer wanted to be like, "No, like who organized this? I need that person right now." This officer was trying to find a person that organized this so he could arrest them. And when they told him that they all just got together, he wants to say, "Well, everybody's going to get a citation." And you will see in this video, this officer ends up arresting a few people. Well, what's going to happen is you'll get a court date. You can come to court, okay? And you can talk to the judge about it, okay? >> So, you are detaining me? >> You're under arrest for obstruction. >> Obstruction of what? >> I already told you I was investigating this because you guys don't have a permit to be out here on a public roadway doing what you're doing. >> right. If I tell you again, you're going to jail. >> That's also not cool. >> Uh you can page Okay. I need to get his information, her information, his information, her information. We're going to issue them citations. 37 14 02 being for uh Yeah. >> It's in my car. >> You can say as many times as you want, doesn't make it true. >> All we're doing is feeding the homeless. How does that make you feel? >> You have to have a permit. >> Right. >> Okay. >> It's really big in here. >> Okay. No, he's As long as he stays back there, he's fine. Back up 25 ft from the officer, sir. That's your third warning. Yeah, the guy in the brown can go for obstruction as well. He's been told too many times. It is. Can I ask what you're being detained for? >> He just said He just said you're being detained for You guys have an event without a permit. I explained it to you. >> This is a protest. >> It's not a protest. >> violation. >> And you can see why he arrested the person that was recording him, because he was clearly trying to find somebody to arrest in the beginning. >> Uh who's the organizer for the event? >> I'm not an organizer. It's a bunch of volunteers. >> Okay, well somebody organized it, who is it? >> We are a bunch of volunteers handing out food. >> Okay, well we'll just start citing whoever is out here. >> Well, if I can't arrest nobody, I'm going to cite everybody. And even though a lot of people were walking away, he wants to put handcuffs on this lady because she wasn't agreeing with this officer was doing. >> IDs right now, please. >> I don't have it on me. I'm being cited. >> Stop. Nope, stop. Stop or you're going to jail. Go back over there. >> What are you doing? >> This is our first amendment right. >> What are you talking about? >> Let go. >> What are you doing? >> What are you doing right now? >> What are you doing? >> And all these people that are close to this officer, he wants to tell the one dude right here that's recording to step 20 ft back. >> And this is the best you >> Step 25 ft like I told you. If I tell you again, you're going to jail. Tell that dude in the brown, he can go for obstruction as well. >> He's been told too many times. >> Can I ask what the instruction is for it? >> It is. >> Can I ask >> Clearly he wants to arrest the only person that's recording him, who's arresting these people for feeding the homeless. That's my take on it though. Let me know what y'all think about in the comment section. How you feel about this Tulsa police officer for harassing these people that were just feeding the homeless. You having this officer first saying, "Oh, who's organizing this?" Because he was trying to arrest somebody for organizing this. And then when they told him that everybody just kind of they all got together and did this, you have him saying he's going to give everybody tickets. And the people that were talking back and saying that this wasn't cool, he wants to throw handcuffs on them. And then to the guy that was recording him, he wants to tell him to stand 25 ft back. But yeah, he had all these other people that were close to him, but the guy holding the camera he had a problem with. And then to end up having him go to jail for obstruction. And it just goes to show how evil some of these officers really are. That's my take on it though. Let me know know y'all think about in the comment section.
